My daughter that used to work at Horizon Auto Care in Rockwall told me when they had this happen they would send a power wash company out to clean up. I WILL NEVER go back to this place and will take my vehicles to Horizon from now on. I get mistakes happen but to do nothing to make it right is ridiculous. They accidentally popped my tire completely and broke the spare tire hoist during a 5K miles Oil Change. They only reimbursed me a fraction of the damages they caused and left me to pay the rest. This was after they agreed in writing to pay me back for all the damages involved. Even worse was their rude and aggressive attitude in handling this matter!
