They accidentally popped my tire completely and broke the spare tire hoist during a 5K miles Oil Change. They only reimbursed me a fraction of the damages they caused and left me to pay the rest. This was after they agreed in writing to pay me back for all the damages involved. Even worse was their rude and aggressive attitude in handling this matter! Never before have I encountered such unprofessional, uncaring and rude behavior from a business. It's too bad because they used to do a good job on both my vehicles. Never again!!!

They didn't offer to refund part or all of the fee or offer to clean the mess up. My daughter that used to work at Horizon Auto Care in Rockwall told me when they had this happen they would send a power wash company out to clean up. I WILL NEVER go back to this place and will take my vehicles to Horizon from now on. I get mistakes happen but to do nothing to make it right is ridiculous. My experience with this company was beyond amazing! My truck check engine light came on my way to…read morework, so I gave them a call and a technician was sent out to my home to do a diagnostic on it. The guy (I can't remember his name) that came out was AMAZING. He took his time to explain to me everything he was checking and the results from it. He also broke down what the process was to repair and used pictures to explain where the part was located. I have never experienced a mechanic like him. When it was time to fix my truck, Ralph broke down every part that was needed. I had my father on the phone with me and he agreed with everything he was telling me. They came this morning and picked my truck up. By 6pm, Ralph was letting me know that it was done. I couldn't believe that I was able to get my truck fixed in one day. Amazing. I would absolutely, without any hesitation, highly recommend them for your mechanical needs. It is hard finding a good mechanic these days that you can trust. I have definitely found mine.
