Customer service could be a lot better. They do not acknowledge you upon arrival. You are on there time. Way too expensive and they are not completing full service. I went for an oil change they put on receipt that they added washer fluid it's completely empty also got a tire rotation and wheels were not balanced and guy on tire rotation was acting like a real bitch. I recently got an oil change at this location. While I assume the products and service quality are good--since this was my first time using this business--the experience felt overly pushy. Jaquan, though friendly, was very persistent in recommending additional services for issues he found. After I declined, he continued to press the matter, which became frustrating--especially since I had already mentioned I needed to get back to work. My sister, who was on speaker phone, even had to step in and ask him to stop after I had already said no multiple times. At that point, his tone turned somewhat sassy. Aside from the unwanted persistence, the service itself was good. I just hope future interactions are more respectful of customer boundaries after a clear "no." read more

Not impressed. Could be much better. Came for a brake job. They never told me they didn't have the rotors until they had my car on the lift and threw the old rotors away. Now I have no choice. I'm captive no matter how long it takes. Three hours for parts that will be here in "5 minutes". I fully understand car repairs always mean we have to wait but don't insult our intelligence with false ETAs. If you don't know when the parts are coming just SAY SO. I went there for a standard oil change. The mechanic tried to sell me an air filter which I declined. When I got the quote, it was $87. The last time I went there, it was only $49. Long story short, I was charged for the air filter that I had declined earlier. I didn't discover the "mistake" until I pulled out. I promptly returned and showed the mechanic that I was wrongly charged. He said that the charge couldn't be reversed and that he could cash app me or go get cash from the store next door. Came here for oil change, new front tires and balance, spent $402. Car was ok but a week later started shaking. Brought it back up there and EDWIN NESTOR came and told me that the stems for my lug nuts had been broken off and that the original lug nuts were missing and there was no way I would be able to drive for as long as I did with it like that.!?!? He ran back camera footage that only showed the passenger side not the driver side that I was mentioning. There was 3 brand new lug nuts that I did not purchase inside my console with no explanation. They refused to service the problem that they made and tried to get more money from us, all while being extremely rude!!! I have gotten my oil changed here for years and I'm always satisfied. The only have 2 bays open, so sometimes you wait longer than 10 minutes. But today I got my brakes done and tires rotated. All of the staff members are kind, honest and knowledgeable. I thought i needed new tires, the assistant manager was honest with me, and told me that mibe were fine. They even turned on another fan in the hot waiting area for me. I would recommend this place! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I went in for a regular oil change. When the technician asked me to reset my gauges, I let him do it. While he was in my car, smoke began to come from under the hood. He turned my car off and it would not come back on. I am currently dealing with this fiasco with ZERO assistance from NED VANDIVER and he was very rude and walked away from me mid conversation. Update* Very quick service the guys are kind. They all reminded me of that one uncle lol. It was very interesting I've never experienced this type of business. Once you arrive drive to the back and wait to be serviced. Once the car in-front is done you drive in and get your basic service. In my case an oil change. I watched the whole thing so it gave me a peace of mind to know I wasn't being duped. They checked my fluid levels and did the inspection that comes with the service. You might get a better price some where else, but the service alone and the quick and I mean QUICK turn around time makes it all worth it. Would give negative stars if possible. This is second time trying to give this location my business. The last time was years ago but it's still just as absurdly terrible as it was then. Last time I waited for over and hour and eventually left without ever being helped and was treated horribly by the staff. Today I waited for over half an hour while they let THREE cars go in front of me. This is a company that focuses on 10-minute oil changes and that is not the case here. This location is the worst business I've ever encountered. This place is great! I called ahead to see how many cars were before me since it's first come first serve and I didn't want to be stuck in a long line. When I called I was told 2 cars were in-front of me, when I got there I was able to pull right in! The employees are very friendly and it took about 15-20 minutes. It's more expensive than a normal oil change but they do a lot of other checks and top off your fluids which I appreciate. If you don't want to wait in a long line like a lot of the bad reviewers literally call ahead. read more

I went here to get my A/C charged and fluids topped off. I waited about 1hr while the guy put my car on a machine that service the A/C. He put my car on the machine 2 times and also informed me my compressor was going bad on a 2015 Automobile. Once i left the shop and drove up the street. My car started making a hissing noise and my car was blowing hot air. I went back to speak to the guy that worked on my car, he informed me that the fluids was working and give it a couple days and the a/c should be working properly. On day 3 a/c still wasn't working. I informed him that he messed up my car and i wanted a refund. I recv'd my refund back. I took my car to the dealership on day 6 and let them service my a/c. I was informed by the dealership that a pin was removed and my a/c didn't have any fluids. The dealership informed me that if i would have continued to drive my car with no fluids and the pin was missing i would have messed up my car. The dealership fixed my a/c by replacing the pin and placing the fluids back. The dealership informed me i didn't need a compressor and the dealership was cheaper. Express Oil Change work intentionally removed the pin from my car and didn't add any fluids to my car so that i would come back to them for issues they would have caused to my car. I will never go to them every again. I will continue to go to the dealership to prevent scammers like them from working on my car to cause damages and get more money out of ppl. There are hundreds of quick oil change places in Atlanta/Decatur and it would seem that I picked one of the worst. I try to support businesses in my neighborhood but never again will I be visiting this one. Where to begin, from the outside it looks like your standard oil change place, boasting a 10 minute oil change. Seemed like a good deal. Little did I know a 10 minute oil change would cost $40! That was the lowest price I was shown. Since my car was already in the bay I begrudgingly agreed to pay $40. I asked them to check my tire pressure because I know it was a little low. I was told the air compressor was broken and it hadn't been fixed. That should have been a huge red flag. Another red flag was the woman working in the bay was eating lunch the whole time, chicken and corn on the cob. "Oh, thanks for the pen covered in chicken grease and oil" They changed my oil fast but when I looked at the breakdown on the receipt it said Tire Pressure "OK". Which is a flat out lie because I know it's low and I know they didn't check it. It makes me wonder if the other things on the list were even checked. Never again Express Oil, never again. do not come to this establishment they will ruin your car. i took my charger there a few weeks ago and two days later my check engine light came on and the code said oil cap. i took it back there after getting the code and told them about it so i let them do my oil change that day thinking they would fix my problem. they said whoever did my oil change 2 months ago screwed the cargo on too tight then i politely let them see that they were the last ppl to touch my car. then the started beating my car to get the cap off then told me i have a oil leak after they beat it to get it to come off(oil cap). they did the oil change and put coolant in my car and then my car ran hot the next morning. took it back the manager who says he is the owner started yelling at me (i recorded)him bc they messed up my car. well my car runs hot now if i drive over 60m.p.h and they wouldn't fix it. terrible mechanics and management. read more
