Additionally, the conduct of your counter staff was unacceptable. Rather than assisting me, they laughed among themselves and directed a rude comment toward me, a paying customer. I responded calmly. We rented a mid-size white U-Haul van for a week and paid ~$560 for the full 7 days, and I'd say that's an amazing price. We didn't rent the box truck because we didn't need one, just the van was perfect for our needs. We originally ordered online, and literally showed up the next day for quick pickup. We put a credit card down for incidentals, put a $150 hold on the card, and paid the total upon return. They did try to add stuff, but we declined, and that was it. In and out in about ~20-30 minutes since there were others renting as well. Overall, I'd say a great experience. No gimmicks, no games, just service and a great U-Haul van that my family jokes was the star of our wedding, ha ha. I called it my Lamborghini, since I got all of our event rentals from place to place. This van came in soo handy! We'll definitely be back to rent from them again for future events.

I rented 2 flat dollies, but was told that location doesn't have them (according to the front desk person, the owner is aware of this). There were no dollies at all to choose from. The cargo van already had the gas light on upon getting in the driver's seat. After loading up the van at my apartment, it wouldn't start. So, I waited 30-40 min for the roadside to come by to fix the issue. I happened to try to start the truck again and it miraculously turned over and started. I asked the roadside assistant to meet me at the drop off location. While unloading he fixed the truck since it was a battery issue. I was delayed about 1.5 hours due to the issues and didn't have the two dollies to expedite the process. The front desk person gave me the owner's number to which I called and left a voicemail briefly explaining everything asking for a callback. I also texted him as well. This was on June 30th and I have yet to hear back from him. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but the fact that I've received no call back when running a business like this is unacceptable. Update: It's July 7th and I haven't heard from the owner yet.

This is my first time at this UPS. Well, when I walked in today around 12:35 pm, I was nicely greeted by Edwin. He was very pleasant with a nice smile. They also had two other employees working there. He wanted to know how he could help me, so I told him why I was there. He asked to see my ID, looked me up in their system and couldn't find my name. He asked if I had a tracking number and I told him no. I forgot it at home. I asked him to check one more time and he did by telling me that maybe it's in another UPS store. I thanked him for it and walked out. Now I need to go search and see where my package is. Hopefully it's not lost somewhere in the wilderness:-)) They offer many different services here: printing, shipping, copy making services, scanning, to take your photo for your passport/ID, faxing, laminating, P.O. Box mailboxes, notary, shredding, even Amazon returns. It's a very interesting UPS. Shaped kind of like zig-zag. Store was clean, everything was nicely, fully stocked and organized. Depending what you buy, everything has its own price and value. People keep complaining about their parking being full, cramped, but I have been inside this shopping center few times, and never had a problem with their parking. Thank you Edwin, and UPS!
