I'm always looking and feeling fabulous after visiting Fabulous Freddy's! I've tried many different car washes, both old and new, but none of them ever compare to Fabulous Freddy's. Most of the time I just pop in for a quick wash, they have reasonable prices and they always towel dry and do your wheels/tires too. If you need a deeper clean, they offer all kinds of detail packages or you can create your own. I just took our car in that needed more than a basic wash and for $35 I got it washed, dried, wheel and tire shine, vacuum, complete wipe down of interior seats and dash and windows...they had two people working on it so it was down quick. They can often get busy at the detail lanes, but they have about 5 lanes to load up with cars and keep things moving. While you wait, they have some seating outside or you can go inside and grab a bite to eat or get a drink. They often hire young teens for the detailing work, which is great to see. Most are very polite and do great work...but you do need to look everything over just in case as things can get missed or rushed from time to time. I've never had a problem with them fixing anything I see or find and usually they ask if there is anything else I would like taken care of. Overall, great experience. read more

The last few times I've come here, the service has noticeably gone downhill. The employee checking customers in hasn't been asking ifI would like an air freshener in which I ask for. Some ladies will give me two majority of the time but yesterday I was given one. The person doing the pre wash seems to be putting in minimal to no effort. Yesterday, they barely sprayed or scrubbed my vehicle and even scraped the top of my hood with the rubber sprayer. (The entire crew working all look new I haven't seen any of them before). After going through the wash, the drying service was equally disappointing. My vehicle wasn't fully dried, the tires weren't wiped down, and overall it felt like the job was rushed from start to finish. It's frustrating when the level of service keeps declining, especially when there's an expectation to leave a tip. I don't mind tipping for great service, but lately the effort simply hasn't been there. read more

When they closed the doors on Durango/ Elkhorn I was left with 12 car wash coupons I PAID in advance for The nearest one is a 25 minute round trip drive. I called the HQ and asked if I could turn them in for a detail. NO only one $9 credit for the detail. As a former Manager of Mercedes Benz of San Diego customer service is #1 Not so Fabulous F's let me know it's not a priority. So I'm out over $100 unless I spend my gas and time to drive to the closest store No thanks I would gladly have turned them in for a full detail read more

Unfortunately I won't be paying for services at this location anymore. I would rather pay a small business mobile car detailer. I hope they learn to train their young staff to take pride in their work and customer experience instead of running the business like a conveyer belt operation. I have a 17 yr old son and I would hope that when he has his 1st job working for someone else, they will take the time to teach him the importance of being focused and efficient. But most importantly doing the job to the best of his ability and taking pride in putting out high quality of work. Today 4/20/25 at 5:06 pm (per the time on my receipt) it wasn't busy at all. I decided on the Best Interior package at $45, but I was happy to receive $10 off for a loyalty discount so I paid $35. After running my car through the car wash and pulling it up to the attendant, he asked if there's anything specific that I wanted. I asked him to make sure that the interior was nice and clean from food crumbs and the leather wiped down. I went inside the store to buy a couple things and get cash, so I could give a tip as I usually do. There were 2 young men working on my car and one came to get me at 5:24 pm saying they were finished. As I walked around looking inside the car, I pointed out crumbs on the back floor mats and the front passenger seat which they addressed. As I handed the attendant a $5 bill, I showed him my receipt and I explained going forward they should consider if they were the customer paying that amount of money, would they be happy with their own rushed services? After I left to drive to the grocery store, I could see my front windshield was smeared, the rear view mirror still had fingerprints on it. They used armor all to make the interior shiny, but still left crumbs in crevices and didn't bother scrubbing areas on the leather that took just a little extra force to dislodge what was caked. I ended up cleaning all my windows and mirrors and re-wiping down areas of the leather myself when I got my car home. read more

Woke up extra early so that I could get there as soon as they opened (7:30am). I got there about quarter til 8 and was stoked to get it done since not many were going through. The girl working the carwash register area came out to greet me with what landed as being irritated that I was even there. She said that the carwash was broken but I could get the interior done and just come back because it should be working in an hour or so. She was so rude that I didn't want to do it but I ended up driving back around and noticed she was having her back caressed by another employee and was annoyed with me again. Proceeded to have two teenagers clean the inside of my vehicle. One was very kind and let me know what they would focus on. I ended up tipping them more than necessary only to be hit with from the other guy, " you can come back later after the wash is back on and actually tip us more." I was dumbfounded. I will not be back to this carwash. Will also make sure to tell anyone and everyone I can about this experience so my family can make sure to no longer go to this location anymore but no longer buy anymore gift cards to "gift" to others. read more

Been getting smog checks and oil changes here for 10+ years. The mechanics are always so friendly and efficient. Tried 3x this week to get a smog check. First the system was down. Last 2x the tech isn't there. Not going back, so disappointing. read more

When the wife brought the car home I basically had to rewash it myself. The kids there couldn't even wipe down the car as these pictures show I could wipe it off with my hand. The wheels weren't touched and the interior was half way greased down with whatever garbage product they use. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Will never go here again. read more

I am so disappointed with this "complete" detail. I just got home from fabulous Freddy's, they completed my service in 2 hours (website states a complete detail takes 3.5 hrs or so) which is understandable if they have enough staff to help. However, the trunk was untouched and center console as well. They stated the only thing they couldn't get to was the back seat where a car seat left a mark, which is totally fine. But missing the entire trunk, ceiling, and center console is not a complete detail. The service is not worth the amount of money paid for this. If you want a complete detail, save your money and don't go here. read more

Took my truck in to get car wash inside and out... First off they did an excellent job! I had just got back from a San Diego Beach vacation and I brought most of the beach back with me and now my truck is spotless front to back- But the outstanding part happened after I left... I got to my next stop and realized I had lost my wallet somewhere. I raced back to fabulous Freddy's and the car wash manager Vanessa had my wallet and everything was still inside and when I offered her some cash she Politely told me not necessary - fabulous Freddy these are the kind of valuable employees that you want working for you! I called the store and left a message for the manager to tell the same story...What could've been a real inconvenience ( losing cash- ID/credit cards etc...) was instead a chance for me to meet a FABULOUSLY honest human. read more

After speaking on the phone, I had pulled back into Fabulous Freddy's and offered a new VIP car wash free of charge and Teresa was there to view the car seat I had issue with after going through the car wash. These young people were on top of their game today! From the time I entered the wash, which that young man got all my bugs guts I collected on my trip to Nebraska and back. Then after exiting the wash cave I pulled the car into position, mentioned to pay attention to the inside of the windows. Which not only did they do an excellent job on the windows but on the rest of the car as well. And if I am being honest, today's crew just seemingly took more pride in their work. I paid $24 dollars for the VIP wash. And got one of the worst car washes ever.... I gave the kid a $5 tip and got in my dirty vehicle. Dash looked like they wiped half of it. I bought the 3 month pass for best wash recently, $240 later, I pull up to get a car wash, go through the main wash area, pull my car up to where they told me, no one came to my car. As the water drops dried on my car I watched 3 other vehicles pull in as the workers began cleaning their car before mine, I sat for 10 minutes while nobody did anything in my car and when they started they did not even give a half decent effort. The interior dressing was poorly done, probably because they only worked on it for 5 minutes and did not do an adequate job vacuuming. My car was long overdue for a car wash. This Fabulous Freddy's location is in Northwest Las Vegas off of the 95/Durango exit, at Centennial. It's has a few food options inside such as Robertos, Krispy Kreme, and Splash! There is spacious amount of parking and a gas station as well. I stopped by for just the Car Wash. So over priced for service quality! I got a $35 car wash, I mean if I'm paying that kind of money I'm expecting it to look really good. My sun roof window and back window weren't clean, they didn't clean the rear view mirror either. There were still crumbs in the seats. I have a Tesla and it's newer so my car isn't super filthy. They are going so fast they miss spots and then get upset and make faces when you don't tip, but I've already paid $35 and don't really carry cash. This place absolutely sucks at washing cars. Each time they call my name stating that my car is finished, I have to go over the entire car with them showing them all the dirty areas they missed. I always thought it was cool that it's all kids working and I always tip well despite having to show them all the areas they missed, but today was my last time coming here. I have been to this location so many times and had decent to pretty good service at the car wash. I brought an SUV in yesterday. The wash and dry was great, but they didn't vacuum my backseat floorboards. They only cleaned the inside of the windows, but no side windows. And, they did a very quick swipe at wiping down the dash. It was a horrible job. I even commented on how fast they "cleaned" the inside. Their VIP wash was NOT worth the price. I didn't notice all of it until I had already left. Disappointed. I should have checked their work, that's on me. I paid for the inside and outside of my car to be cleaned. I wasn't expecting perfection but my floor mats and doors were still extremely dirty. When I got home all it took was for me to take a wet rag and wipe it down, which isn't a big deal but when you're paying $30 for a car wash you shouldn't have to go over their work. & they didn't even touch my hatch ... So if your going to take your car here to get cleaned make sure you have 2-3 hours to spare. Every time i've come here it has taken over 2 hours to get my car clean and I come very early in the morning. This time I payed the 85 dollars and the girl short changed me by 5 dollars and I ask her about it and she was like well I put two 5 and five 1's up there I saw her take it it out of the drawer and she didn't she took one 5 and 5 one's, then the car cleaner comes up to me and tells me that he can't clean my car doors the proper way if I don't pay and extra 35 each door on top of the 85 I already payed. I ask for the engine detail which they said no problem so I paid the $35 fee, when I picked up my truck and looked over everything I saw all they did was try to just wipe down some of the surface part of the engine , I was very disappointed and ask for a refund (they did) I would not recommend an engine detail from them. read more

He can no longer drink coffee, so he has a favorite energy drink that not many other retailers carry. The staff always orders more for him to ensure he has his favorite flavor.
