I tried to change my Angel Eyes bulb off of my 2005 BMW 530i but upon doing so, the wire sleeves were so brittle, due to age, that they fell apart. I didn't want to risk shorting out the lights or anything else so decided to look for headlight replacement. I had no idea that they were so expensive. I shopped around for used ones. I went to a guy who was selling them for 1/2 of what Factory Express was selling them for. But after seeing them in person, did not have a good feeling about the seller or the headlights. So decided that I'll bite the bullet and buy from Factory Express since the guy over the phone sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Upon arrival, the person I spoke with turns out to be the owner Edwin. One look at his shop and I knew that this guy knows what he's doing. He asked if I was looking for just one or a set. I told him that I wanted a set because I wanted them to match since the other one is pretty dull. He said he can buff out the other one to match the replacement. After taking a look at the wiring, he said he can save the headlight. Edwin is honest and I would recommend him to anyone looking for parts. He's passionate about cars and knows his stuff. He'll try to save you money where he can. I definitely would recommend him! read more

Great service!! I found these people on ebay when trying to replace the headlight on my Lexus after an accident. They found me the right headlight and installed it for a minimal fee!! The guy noticed the new tires on my car and told me they sell tires too. After asking how much they would have been, I was kicking myself in the rear for not having found them before!! I could have had a few new pairs of shoes with what I could have saved :( Definitely coming back for any work on my car!! read more

One day some unexpected a-hole swooshed by my beautiful baby- she's a 2006 Pony Edition MUSTANG - and took off the whole side rear view mirror of the right side of my Stang. Factory Express Auto Parts was able to find me the same mirror and replace it the same day. Now my car looks like it did the first day I bought it and not like it got drunk the night before. If you have a car with xenon hid headlights and you're keeping the car for more than 4 or 5 years, you will eventually need new bulbs and ballast and the dealers want you to take out a second mortgage on your house to pay for them. Thanks to yelp, I found Factory Express Auto Parts and had Edwin replace the headlight ballasts on our Lexus GS300. They didn't work right immediately but when I took the car back, he took care of it right away and I saved a ton! read more

Excellent Service!! It's white glove car service but not the price. Edwin is super knowledgeable and quick. You don't have to worry about getting your car back with something broken as many shops can be heavy handed but not this one. I brought my 1999 AC schnitzer BMW after months of trying to find someone to fix a euro clear lens xenon projector that had dry rotted and was a bit of a mess. He came up with the parts to fix it, which basically don't exist and even went above and beyond by welding a plastic bit that held the lens in place. I might add the plastic weld was the cleanest I've seen. I still don't know how he did it with no seam line what-so-ever. I'm bringing my MINI GP 1 In to have him put in some halo fog lights on. I should add it took him less then 2 hours to do a job it would've taken Most 2 days to do, for real. Factory Express Auto Parts =Edwin completely exceeded my expectations , and I'm extremely picky being that I come from a generation of family members that have owned auto body , car dealerships, and gas stations. So basically I've been surrounded with Car people my entire life and can spot not so wonderful talent. I appreciate those that take their craft seriously so that's why I'm putting 5 stars. Edwin is the sweetest!!! A super sincere guy!! I had backed my car into a pole in a really narrow driveway and I called whoever was closest to see if they have any polish to take the paint off my dent, but it turns out Edwin can do basic mechanic work and can fix minor things like that. He was able to take the paint off and push the dent back to normal in 10 minutes!!! It's as if I never got into an accident! He was a life saver for me!!!! read more

Edwin provided outstanding service, above and beyond what you'd expect. I needed to replace the tail light assembly for my '94 BMW... Not an easy part to find for a 20-year-old car, but he was able to help me out, at a very fair price. AND he installed it while I was there, at no extra charge, simply as part of his attitude toward customer service (he said, "I'll just do it, as long as you're here"). Very refreshing, especially after dealing with a salvage yard who sold me a defective part, tried to blame me and then refused a refund (just "store credit", right...). This is the place to go for lighting, etc., Edwin's specialties, and he also had solid recommendations for sources to provide service in areas he doesn't. Highly recommended!! read more

Recently I have had the pleasure of having my auto repaired at factory express auto parts. I was recommended by a friend that said Edwin the owner did excellent work and was very inexpensive. So I checked it out, (it was a little out of the way for me since I live in West Covina) I needed headlight and bumper repairs on my Porsche 987. I talked to the owner personally who was very friendly and explained everything. He took the guess work out, and gave it to me straight. No hidden cost and yes they are very inexpensive. The best part of all he was finished before the due date and through in a free carwash (wow) I would defiantly bring any of my classic cars to factory express auto and I would highly recommend it to any of my family or friends. read more
