I purchased a whole set of custom powder coated project6gr seven series wheels a total of 2500 dollars in just wheels when the wheels are 1700 just in plain black... their was an issue with the powder coating and looked horrible i told them about it it took about a week for a response for them to even email me back and their response was ill give you 200 as a refund.. where is the other 600 i should of got back for a horrible powder coating job.. On top of that all 4 valve stem holes on my wheels were off and werent perfectly circle... took them another week to even get a response from them and nothing happened after i sent a reply back they just ignored me... Edgar and Tiko are incredible!!! My first experience with Edgar (Need for Speed) was in 2007, when I was looking for an exhaust system for my M6. Edgar ordered the exhaust from Germany and kept me informed to the progress and shipping windows; all to be expected from a first rate shop. Here's where the experience is unmatched; I go to sell my car and the dealer is bent out of shape that I've installed an aftermarket exhaust (Eisenman Race Exhaust). The dealer had the audacity to want to charge $600 to replace the exhaust. I called Edgar, who immediately offered to buy the exhaust...bottom line, 4 years of usage and $1500 back in my pocket. How do you beat that! I also gave my X6 for a complete over hall. They added HR springs to correct the stance, wrapped the top with black satin, added 22" EXEs and custom painted them to match the car. They also eliminated all the annoying gray and made the car uniform; black and blue! My next project is the entertainment system. They've recently acquired a custom vehicle stereo shop and are customizing the back with JL Audio speakers, JL Audio amps and an entertainment system in the back. It was a sample rim, of something they have created, the Project 6GR wheels specifically for Mustangs, and as they put it "made for enthusiasts by enthusiasts!" Edgar did a phenomenal job explaining every pro and con imaginable, I learned so much, and had an awesome time. He was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy. His enthusiasm was evident and contagious. I especially loved that he included me in the conversations, because even though I wasn't buying anything today, since my boyfriend was the one who found the spot and wanted to go, I do want a muscle car of my own, and when I get one, this is the place I will go to get wheels!
