Such a hidden gem in my opinion. The place is very spacious and has such a nice environment for anyone who wants to do hangouts or sit and study. I love the array of snacks we can get ( I love getting their elote fries!). The menu in general are priced pretty fairly in my opinion and if you have a large party, you can just get their milk tea tower and snack sampler! Came on a Wednesday around noon and it was very empty. I've seen some girls meeting up for brunch hanging out here. I thought that was a great place because they had a variety of snacks and food. Seems like a great hang out place to catch up with friends. Got two drinks. Taro milk tea and matcha. Seems very simple powdered drinks. They do not have the regular black boba. It is pink! Tried their small snack combo or something like that which consists of three different types of fries and two different kinds of chicken nuggets. We bought it to go so the food was not as hot as we wished because we came a bit late to pick up. The portion is generous. We shared with our parents too so basically four people can eat this. I like the bbq fries, the flavor popcorn chicken was good too. Husband said we could even buy a tray like this and bring to a potluck. Also tried their creme brulee avocado smoothie. i've been to this place a few times and i was pleasantly surprised by their snack platter options ranging from small to large. we ordered the medium size and it was more than enough to feed 5 of us. the drinks here are underwhelming; however, the ambience really makes up for it. very nice study spot with ample seating and outlets, as well as free parking. read more

I am so very happy I finally got to check this place out! My main reason was to get the bottle service, the dessert pot, and the sampler. It can be a little confusing so I had to ask the employee a million questions before I finally decided what was good for my family and I. I decided the best thing was to get the Large sampler which came with the following: salted egg chips, elote, fries with 2 different flavors, chicken wings, egg rolls, tempura, popcorn chicken and the sauces. Everyone loved the egg rolls and sadly there wasn't enough for the part of 9 that we had. But it's okay because there were so many other items that we were getting full on and enjoyed!!!! The other thing I just had to get was the dessert pot and it basically looks like the container that Tom Yum soup comes in so it looks actually really funny and cool because it's just the toppings that you put in your drinks. I literally loved all the different toppings. They gave you paper containers to fill your own cup and they gave a bottle of whatever choice of milk tea that they offer for it specifically. They also told me that the tea is 50% sweet because after you add the toppings, you don't need it to be full sweet which totally makes sense and it really was delicious. It seems every time I turn around, there's a new boba shop popping up. Came here when they first opened and waited awhile before receiving our drinks. It's a cute little place with plenty of big tables for students wanting to study there. The place is nicely decorated and they also sell boba related souvenirs. I'm so glad FTB opened in the OC! Although they don't have as many board games as some of the other FTBs since they just opened, the drinks are still just as good as I remember. I always get their nom nom green tea with boba. Their boba always comes out perfectly cooked and the nom nom green tea, while on the sweeter side, is a drink I feel like I've never had elsewhere. I've been to the FTB location in San Gabriel but this place does not disappoint! I ordered their Nom Nom Green Tea, which is basically creamy/milky green milk tea. I highly recommend ordering any of their popcorn chicken (original, sour cream onion, BBQ) because it's very flavorful and super delicious. They have plenty of tables so it's good for studying, board games, and hanging out. This is one of the very few places that open late (aka til midnight). It's in an assuming plaza, but the interior is fun and beautiful. They offer a variety of foods and drinks! We liked the milky drinks, fries, and bubble waffles. We had a large order but everything came out correct. We also played Uno. They have so much seating, large and small. Tried this place out because it's local but I'll probably never come back except maybe for the appetizers. I do wish the appetizers had bigger portions. Nam Nam Milk 1.5/5 This drink was just too much of everything and way too sweet. You have to mix it throughly so you don't get just the boba juice at the bottom. The boba pearls are hard to chew as well. Factory Milk Tea 2/5 This drink is better than the other drink because it is not as sweet and sometimes simple is better. You can really taste the tea in this drink. Elote Fries 3/5 These fries were pretty good. You can taste the mayo that they put on and I like the little addition of a lime. The fries are coated with some seasoning which makes it flavorful. Bbq Popcorn Chicken 3/5 This was on par with the elote fries. The seasoning of the bbq is tasty and smokey. Sucks compared to Factory Tea Bar over in uhhh where was it... SGV or something? Man this shit got my hopes up, I didn't want to ever drive that far for their brick toast. It is not good here. The toast was way too stale/hard. The powdered top of it was caramelized. The presentation sucked. I wouldn't eat their toast again here. Not at the Westminster location anyway. this place is my go to study and chill area but the only reason why i gave this place 3 stars is because of the cleanliness isnt there. Everytime i come here theres disgusting and dirty stuff under the tables especially at the booths tables and that goes for the restrooms, everytime i go in i see bugs like cockroaches and what not. thats what truly disgusted me, I dont know if they are lazy or too busy because i had to myself tell them how their restroom are filthy. but the food here is good though including the drinks here. The interiors of this place has a really nice vibe, seems like a fun place for friends to get together! The most recent time I stopped by, there were people playing cards, doing work, hanging out, etc. Definitely a fun place to sit down and drink boba. I've gotten the green milk tea 3 times now. The first time was pretty poorly made and tasted just like watered down creme. Wasn't super keen on coming back but was told that that's not normal. The next 2 times were fine. It's not my favorite milk tea, but it's also better than most chains in Irvine. I haven't tried their fruit teas yet - it looks like they just use syrup? And I only really like fruit teas that use actual fruit. The promotions and videos they show on their videos are aesthetically well-made and make me want to try the various desserts they offer haha. This place opened in Dec 2021 so it's pretty brand new. The setting and decorations were very festive. The digital menu had photos of drinks and videos of how they make drinks. They even have a type of hot pot but full of boba type toppings for group gathering. The drinks were good and the service was great. This is a cute place to stop by for a treat. read more

It's also a great place for large groups :) Food / I've had their drinks and they're not bad, but it's a bit too sweet for my liking even though I always ask 25% sweet. They have lots of snacking options which is great cause most boba shops don't. I got their calamari and salted egg chips. Their calamari can be a pass since it's a small portion for what you pay for. I do like the crispy salted egg chips since it's freshly made to order but I can hardly tasted the actual salted egg flavor. Their popcorn chicken is great and you can customize how spicy you like it and what kind of seasoning (original, bbq or sour cream). Fries are great here and I would recommend it too. Service / You come in and order at the cash register and depending how much you order (I recommend finding a table), wait until they call your number on the receipt to pick up your order on the other side of the cash register. Most of the drinks my gf and I tried were pretty good and so were the snacks (salted egg chips, popcorn chicken, squid rings). So happy that FTB is now in the OC~ I used to make the drive to the 626 in order to get FTB but now I'm glad that this place opened up. The Nom Nom Green Tea or a Strawberry Green Tea is usually my go-to's, but I'm all about trying new drinks. This time I tried the Supreme Tropical which is a green tea with basil seeds and 5 diff type of fruits: apple, mango, watermelon, strawberry and orange. The drink was super refreshing and is now in my TOP 5 places to get fruit tea from. Overall, drink was a 5/5 and I would come back if I ever want a boba fix. read more

Boba is fresh and actually perfectly cooked! This is the location to go to! Got my go-to usual Nom Nom drink - it has boba and pudding already included! I always get boba with my drinks. The 75% sweetness was perfect! Also, we got the passion fruit peach green tea. 25% sweetness was perfect! You can either wait in line or order at the kiosk. They're quick! Plenty of seating inside to relax and hang out with friends. They also have snacks and more food at this location than other locations.
