Located off Bolsa Ave in Westminster. Parking is shared with the other businesses in the plaza. The place has a good amount of tables and seating inside. You can order off the kiosk or at the register. They offer teas, milk teas, coffee and snacks. They are opened late till 2am on Fri and Sat. Sun and weekdays till 11pm. I got the pink matcha you can choose rose or strawberry. They also have claw games to entertain you. Overall a nice spot that is opened late for drinks and snacks.

Great spot to eat, chill and/or study/get stuff done. I really like the popcorn chicken here, and I always seem to get it with a drink ;) Service is always pretty quick, and they have a self service option to utilize. Great if you want a little Pick me up :)

First time being here even though I've passed by so many times. Honestly a great study spot with lots of open seats and outlets. It's designed in a way that looks like you're kinda outdoors in a way LOL I got the Lychee Black Tea. You really can't go wrong with this. Flavor was accurate and portion was big. It was refreshing for my study session. One thing I will note is how the area we were sitting had a few gnats flying around. Almost had to move!

    1. The milk tea was well-crafted! I like the options to adjust sweetness! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! The interior is big! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready within 10 mins! 4. There are indoor and outdoor seatings! There are a lot of tables! 5. Parking lot has a lot of spot, but it can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: There is a restroom available for customers! Photo: Nom Nom Green Milk Tea

We were looking for a late-night treat and decided to stop in. Parking was decent, though I can imagine it gets pretty busy during the day since it's in a plaza with a lot of other shops. Customer service was excellent; the woman who helped us was incredibly sweet and very helpful. Cleanliness wasn't really an issue; most of the tables were taken, and the few that were open could've used a quick wipe-down, but nothing major. They also have some fun little claw machines, which was a nice touch. My fiancé ordered the Thai Crema Blend. He said it was okay.. not bad, but not amazing. He often compares Thai tea to 7 Leaves (his favorite), and this didn't come close for him. It had a much more milky flavor than he prefers. I tried the tiramisu latte and honestly would never order it again or recommend it to anyone. I hated it. And I don't hate much coffee.. I usually love strong coffee and could talk your ear off about beans and flavor profiles, but this one just missed the mark in the worst way. We also tried the bubble waffle with ice cream and fruit. It was okay, but I think it would've been much better dining in instead of taking it to go. The popcorn chicken had a very strong basil flavor, but it was still decent. The highlight of our entire night, which is funny because we almost didn't order it was the egg rolls. We ordered the small (4 egg rolls) and immediately wished we had gotten the large (6). They were hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Hopefully we'll find better drinks next time, because the food definitely has potential.

Great study spot with good drinks! I got the mango green tea with 25% sweetness and boba and it was perfect, not too sweet and the boba was nice and chewy. The drinks came out pretty quickly too. On a Tuesday afternoon, it was packed - we thankfully got a booth but there were no other empty tables. It was a little loud and there were no outlets next to us, but the study space was clean and comfortable. Overall, would be back to do some work here!

A very nice and chill late night tea, drinks and snack place for people to congregate and either study or have a nice time chatting with friends. This place is located in an odd strip mall but it's much bigger than it looks. They have lots of booths and tables here and it was still pretty full around 9:30-10pm. I Ghadiri ordered their Factory Milk Tea and Passion Black Tea to try for drinks and their Milo Brick Toast with Ice Cream. The drinks were nice specially the Factory Milk Tea. It had a nice after taste which I love. The Milo Brick Toast was just ok, not something I would ever crave or get again but at that time of the day it would be hard getting anything better. Over all a great late night tea/cafe specially during the week days.

I've been craving brick toast and found this spot! Their brick toast dessert was so delicious and only $10! They also have a lot of tables to hang out or do some work! Definitely planning to come back to try their drinks.

My husband found this place on a whim and I'm glad he did. Service is definitely mid but the tea was good. We ordered the strawberry tea with boba and the aloha smoothie, which is a pineapple smoothie. My husband loved it so much that he bought one more before we left. The strawberry tea was great and the sweetness level was right where I needed it. The ambiance is really cool! It's such a great hangout spot for groups and gatherings with friends. I'd love to come back. It's totally a plus that they have super late night hours and it's quite lively.

The coffee shop is huge! Lot of tables and very cute decor design! I came in pretty late at almost 2am when they alm close but barista still very accommodate! Ordered nom nom milk ( ice blend). Drink came out quick, SUPER BOMB!!! So gassss, for $7 the cup is absolutely gigantic they gave u a lot worth the money! Ordered at 50% so is not too sweet! Will be back again for other drinks they have 9/10.

A great spot for hanging out late at night! We ordered the FTB Condensed Milk with Milo Toast + 4 Scoops Ice Cream and Supreme Tropical Tea. I wanted more chocolate and worker Jocelyn was so kind in getting that for me. Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and even claw machine games until 2 AM -- A comfy and casual spot I'd definitely return to!

I enjoy studying here! Big booths, a few outlets, and not too busy which makes it a good study space. Parking is easy and the interior is lit to resemble that of a bar which is very cool. There's also a few board games on the side to play with friends as well. I ordered a green milk tea ($5.46), which tasted pretty standard. Although the cup is a little bigger than the standard, they also add a good amount of ice which diluted the taste a little. The popcorn chicken ($7.80) was well-seasoned. The best part of the bubble waffle (8.84) was the ice cream surprisingly as our waffle came out lukewarm even after waiting over 20 minutes for it.

    Courtney T.

Passion fruit with lychee jelly! It was good but extremely sweet. Definitely would get 50-75% sweetness They also had games to play and hangout!

Glad to say, I enjoyed the pistachio latte. Wasn't too sweet, it was perfectly balanced to the coffee. I didn't get to try the banana coffee but my boyfriend enjoyed it. As I was ordering, another barista was peeking at the tablet and started making my order. That's how you know their good team members! A short line was already forming as I sat down so it was smart of him to get started so nobody would wait too long. Parking was easy to find. I usually skip on places if parking is limited. And if you're familiar with einspanner, essentially it's coffee with whipped cream in it. So that's exactly what I went for. The café is clean and trendy. The baristas are very sweet and after a few minutes my drink was ready. I gave it a little mix and took my first sip. I will say the coffee itself is strong. You can definitely taste the coffee, but it's something about the thickness of the whipped cream that didn't quite mix well with the coffee even after a good mix, the coffee is on the thicker side, which I didn't love. I believe I'm more of a cloud top person that's more airy, which is easier to get mixed in than a thicker cream. maybe I'll love it if I get it hot so that way the cream melts into the hot coffee, but having it iced isn't for me. I'll come back when it starts to get cold outside.

I added Findi to my Teaholic Diaries instead of my Coffeeshop Chronicles because I skipped past the coffees and went straight for the milk teas and matcha. And I have to say, that was the right call. I ordered the strawberry matcha and the oolong milk tea cloud. The strawberry puree in the matcha latte was delicious, and the oolong tea flavor in the milk tea was subtle but still shone through. My friend also ordered their taro coco, but we both thought that one was gross. The coconut flavor was too overpowering and there was this bitter sour aftertaste that was pretty unpleasant. Maybe because that's the vast amount of digital cafe projects happening at this time of day reminds me of my time in Panera. It's huge! So even with all the traffic they are able to handle a large volume of orders, and I can sit comfortably in the ambience of a chill soundtrack. I ordered a Strawberry & Cream Matcha and Cookies & Cream cookie hoping for something sweet. I'm glad I got the cookie because the creamy beverage was more like strawberry water. I'm surprised to see this combo not hit in such a popular location considering the strawberry matcha I'm nearly veteran in tasting. I didn't expect much from the cookie but for a total of $14 and change the bakery portion size is outperforming the barista. Remember the exact price you paid if you want to log into the wifi because they have a two-factor authentication to further confuse your senses. At least the project patrons seem familiar with the run of show here. I never expect much from service at coffee shops but considering my surprise about the wifi it feels customary to welcome guests to take note of the detail. Additionally, and most importantly to me, when I get an iced beverage I usually get it in a plastic cup. I'm surprised they dispense these in a normal to go coffee cup (with lid, not pictured so you could see what the order was). All that work and I don't get to see. My order reads "Take Out" although I never elected that and maybe that's what the standard of operations is here since I don't see a single other kind of container. Are all orders "Take Out?" Why notate if there's no "Dine In?" I guess I'm just used to cold beverages handled differently. I'm sure the difference wouldn't have affected the watery taste. Considering the sheer operational power of the local's favorite spot, I suppose there's only enough left to expense a one-cup show. The iPad menus at the register feel like wasted potential or overkill but in a house this big, the iPads lying around are bound to entertain its target audience. Overall, I'd say this coffee house is O'Kei.
