I believe I'm more of a cloud top person that's more airy, which is easier to get mixed in than a thicker cream. maybe I'll love it if I get it hot so that way the cream melts into the hot coffee, but having it iced isn't for me. I ordered and enjoyed: 2 Garlic Bread ($5.35/each), Chocolate Croissant ($6.60), Almond Croissant ($6.85), Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread ($4.75) and 2 Macarons ($3.20). Their pastries are fantastic. My boyfriend doesn't enjoy sweets as much as I do so that garlic bread was good for it. The croissants were really flakey and flavorful. I enjoyed the bread. For the macarons I was given a third one as a thanks for all the items I orders and I liked all 3. Yum! Wish I could come back to support the business, especially with their incredible coffee, but I was told that they will be closing on 7/31/26. I'm so sad I didn't discover them sooner. Remember when Factory Tea Bar was a beacon of popcorn chicken perfection? Those days are as gone as last year's New Year's resolutions. Now, they serve up morsels of something I can only describe as resembling chicken, if chicken was made of smelly rubber bands. These once delectable nuggets have been demoted to a culinary equivalent of a bad reality show - you chew, but there's no substance, only regret. The absence of basil leaves was the final nail in the coffin. It's like Batman without Robin, Penn without Teller, a movie without popcorn...you get the idea. As for their 'Nom Nom' drink? It has all the flavor of a glass of water left out overnight. It's the Casper the Friendly Ghost of beverages - it's there, but there's nothing to it. One can only 'Nom Nom' when there's actually something to 'Nom Nom' on. In summary, Factory Tea Bar is now less 'factory of delectable delights' and more 'assembly line of gastronomic disappointment.' Ordered from the kiosk, price said $5.50 , was up charged to $6 for no reason. Didn't mind that part, waited 20 mins for a single smoothie as the cashier told me they were busy when I followed up. I waited out longer for a total of 35 mins and decided to just get a refund. They told me they were unable to refund me money since I used the self service kiosk. Ended up speaking to the manager and he told me the same thing of how busy they were and unable to return funds??! I had to pull up the receipt on my phone to obtain the dollar amount and told them they can just give me cash back. Not sure why I have to solve their logistical/business problems and lack of customer service. Never coming here again. My first review in a long time, never have I had such an unpleasant experience at a boba shop. At least the store had good music and ambiance while I waited for what felt like eternity. read more

Service is just so bad . It's insane how rude they are and, as someone who is used to bad service growing up in Little Saigon, this was just like a 2/10. They def rush you and act like they do not want you to study / take your time to browse the menu when there is no one in line behind you. Drinks were ok. I ordered the supreme fruit tea, but it was very watery. WiFi wasn't working and, when asked about it, the girl snapped at me and said she already told her manager. I get that it's hard to constantly be asked the same question by more than 1 customer, but plz be nicer. Fries were limp and chicken popcorn were filled with small bits that were also burnt. I called the shop today around noon to place an order for drinks. The drinks were fine, but the attitude of the staff when answering the phone was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They sounded like they didn't want to take the order and made the conversation feel uncomfortable. I am a regular customer who buys drinks from this shop often, but I have never been this disappointed before. The way the staff handled the phone order made me feel like I was begging. Not happy that the owner was dishonest…read more Once a month, I buy fruit teas for people at work, and they always hand them to me in reusable plastic bottles. Been doing this since 2016. This time, he handed me the drink order in plastic cups. I asked if he could put them in the plastic bottles like he normally does. He says "we don't do that anymore." A day later, I saw people walking out with bottles. I am sad and disappointed that the owner decided to do this, considering how often I buy drinks here.
