PROS The location is excellent, super easy driving distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as south to Bethany and Fenwick. Our room was great -huge with a comfortable bed, sofa, desk, 2 flat screens, and big bathroom with an excellent shower Plenty of electrical outlets for charging The hotel Wi-Fi is great Tons of easy parking The included breakfast is quite good -pre-made breakfast sandwiches, buffet style sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, dry cereal, breads, some pastries and granola bars, yogurts, juice, milk, coffee, tea. They have a nice indoor pool, workout room and a basement bar Staff was very friendly CONS Although the location is pretty good, getting to and from the hotel is a challenge because the Coastal Highway is a divided road, so you can't simply make a left out of their lot to go to the beach. If the hotel was located at an intersection, that would have solved the problem, but it's land locked. So to go to the beach, you have to make a right out of the lot, cross 3 lanes of traffic, and make a U Turn. Even during the "off season" traffic was heavy at times. This may sound petty, but one aspect of breakfast was a bit uneven.  One day there was a ton of fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas) one day there was no fruit, and one day the sorriest mushiest, grossest looking banana in the Western World was set out. Same thing with ketchup and hot sauce -there one day but missing the next day COVID PROTOCOL No more than 2 people in the elevators at a time Hand wipe stations are found throughout the hotel Disinfectant wipes are throughout the rooms No daily housekeeping Leave your trashcan in the hall outside your door to be emptied Drop your towels in a bin on the first floor and get new towels from the front desk No cash can be used -credit cards only

Very pleased with our weekend stay here. The entire facility was immaculately clean and it was kept that way during our entire stay. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable. We did not have daily room service but requests for towels and coffee refills for the in room coffee machine were promptly delivered. There was no full breakfast buffet but we were offered a "grab and go" breakfast. They had several kinds of breads and pastries ,yogurt, fruit, and granola bars. They had some good coffee and a hot tea selection along with bottled water and orange juice. You went up to the counter and they packed up what ever you wanted. You could take it back to your room or eat outside on the deck where they had spaced tables. They had an indoor pool which was limited to 10 persons but during our entire stay I never saw anyone using it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was required to wear masks in the common areas and everyone did so. We always felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely return when we are in the area.

I have stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn Express Rehoboth Beach several times this year. I enjoyed my prior stays there. I have also enjoyed my stays at other Fairfield Inns in other locations. This was my first time staying here at this Fairfield location, because as a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum member I had an annual night free room. I actually stayed here two consecutive nights including my one night free and my second night using my 35k Bonvoy hotel points. My first night was in room 326 with two queen beds, because that was what was available at the time of my check in. My second night was a confirmed king, therefore, I changed my room in the morning around 11am. I was able to easily change my room in the morning, because a king bedroom became available for my second night stay. My king bedroom 219 was smaller than the 326 queen bedroom, but had a better view of the front parking lot of the hotel. My 326 queen bedroom was larger, but had a view of the rear parking lot. The hotel offered a complimentary buffet breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, Jimmy Dean muffin sandwiches, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, bananas, apples, etc. Their complimentary buffet breakfast was actually better than the Holiday Inn Express complimentary breakfast. Also this hotel does have a bar in the basement, which the Holiday Inn does not have. I recommend staying here.

I stayed here with a couple co-workers for business, and we had no complaints. I thoroughly enjoyed the politeness of everyone on this property, and I have to give a shout out to one man who worked the breakfast station every morning, who's name I sadly didn't get. He took notice of my sports shirts and proceeded to have light conversations with me about local sports every morning and it really made going down for breakfast each morning all the more enjoyable. I wish I saw him on my last day to tell him in person and take note of his name. While on the subject, the complimentary breakfast was very good! Scrambled eggs and the sausage were delicious and I had them every day we were here. The property was very clean, very well-kept, and there weren't any instances where it felt like it needed an upgrade. The inside pool was a decent size and felt really good after a long day at work. It was also very warm, but the surrounding air of the room was surprisingly cool so it felt cold to get out of the pool. We were near every restaurant we could possible want to visit as the hotel is either a short walk or drive to everything that you want on the strip and just a short drive from the boardwalk and beach. Fairfield Inn has never let me down before and I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area again.

We got a spot there and never moved the car until we checked out. It was actually preferrable to us to have it below ground and protected from the elements - and also from non-guests who might otherwise vandalize. Our room - oceanview - was absolutely oceanview. The only bummer being we overlooked the pool - which was always PACKED during the day (and noisy). However, we did have a lovely view of the beach. That worked out great as our last evening they had some life guard competitions on the beach and we could see it better from our balcony (2nd floor) than we could from the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out of the room. We were able to rent the beach chairs and umbrella through the for a 10% discount. We got passes we presented to the actual vendors. I highly recommend you go down before 8:30 am and get the vouchers to stand in line at a vendor tent at 8:30 when they open - to avoid long waits and get a good spot on the beach. The room itself was fine. We had 2 double beds. Linens were clean but the towels were not the best. They looked new but were not soft. Room had all the basics - large fridge, microwave, coffee machine (K cup) and OK sized TV with pretty good stations. They have a restaurant on site as well as a little coffee shop. Nothing is free (no complimentary breakfast). We packed our own stuff so we were all set The room was pretty quiet and fine for sleep. I think the only downside was the price. Costs are so much higher this year or maybe here - compared to what I paid prior years for other beach boardwalk oceanview rooms. The boardwalk was decent. A fair number of classy restaurants for us to pick from. Prices were high but perhaps that's the area. They had cheap food, too - as well as souvenir and beach shops. All in all, the hotel was exactly what we needed. A good location on the beach with everything we needed without having to drive anywhere. I found this place to be better than some of the reviews I read prior to booking over the winter. But we usually find places acceptable and more like the positive feedback than the scathing reviews. I recommend this place and would most likely stay here again - as opposed to the limited other options we saw in the area. However, this is not our favorite boardwalk so we won't be back. Our favorite is Wildwood so that's we're were headed next now that we've tried all boardwalk beaches.

The other days they just said we could get more towels and to leave the used ones on the floor outside the room. Also we found blood on the sheets. When we wanted new ones we were told they would be coming but after 30 min when no one arrived we called the front desk and were told to go to the lobby to get the new sheets. While we were there the fire alarm went off 4 times. This was startling and jarring. No one could assure us of the etiology or that we were safe. It was not pleasant. We did not sleep well. I would not go back to this property. Don't waste your time or money here.

So when I booked my own trip to Rehoboth for the first time with my girlfriend, RGH was definitely on my radar. Imagine my surprise when the rooms were incredibly reasonably priced -- far better than any other hotel around. Throughout our stay, everything was so wonderfully handled. The staff was incredibly nice and personable, our room was cute and comfy (with really powerful AC, YAY!), and the breakfast was delicious. There are so many cute little nooks around the house to eat or hang out in. And if you're worried about sharing a bathroom, don't be -- they were so incredibly clean, and I only had to wait once. The one thing that worried me was the fact that I've mostly seen an older crowd here, but we weren't treated any differently for being younger, and of course the place is incredibly LGBTQ+-friendly. My only regret is that I didn't get to see the dog! In case you couldn't tell, I highly, highly recommend Rehoboth Guest House, and I hope I have the pleasure of staying there in the future :)

There are so many seating options in the lobby that look as though they came out of a beach resort magazine. The hotel posts a daily board of local restaurant specials, and the hotel itself offers plenty of great extras, like wine and cheese every day from 5:00-6:00, and cookies and milk every evening at 8:00 in the lobby. Complimentary lobby coffee is available 24/7, so there are no coffee makers in the rooms. There's also a big game room with dozens of board games. They have an indoor pool and sauna, and an outdoor hot tub. Our hotel room was quite large, with a huge flatscreen TV, a work desk, a king-sized bed, a sofa, and a coffee table. The in-room Wi-Fi and the satellite TV worked great. The bath was on the smaller size, but it looked brand new. The shower had plenty of hot water and the only nitpick was maybe the pressure from the rainfall style shower head could have been a teense more forceful. We had a nice private balcony overlooking the street and their street level firepit and seating area. The overall location is great, just a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach and within hundreds of stores and restaurants. The daily breakfast was stellar -a bounty of pre-made omelets, Sausages, Baked pears, Cereals, Oatmeal (with mix- ins like nuts, chocolate, granola, seeds, coconut), Pastries, whole and cut fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, hash browns, and ham slices. Our off-season rate was a little over $100 a night, quite a good deal for the hotel's luxury and services. Guest service was excellent at every encounter we had.
