We actually stopped inside to pick up food for the first time and found it to be super clean inside. I always get a gyros plate, really good gyros and I also love the rice and side salad. Oddly, I don't actually like their hummus, which was a lil sad, but really not a big deal for me. It's no wonder this spot has been here as long as it has, it's seriously just good food, service was quick as well. I would say parking isn't the best since it's located at a real busy part of Milwaukee, but you can still find street parking if you really need to. read more

I think the food quality and quantity is great! I got the Chicken Shwarma Plate and it was extremely filling! I had leftover for another meal as well. The chicken was juicy and fresh and there was ample amounts of rice, hummus, and pita bread (so much so that I took like 4 pieces of pita home -- well done!). This place was too good. I will most definitely be back. I got the gyro wrap. It was well balanced with meat, veggies and sauce. The pita bread was perfectly toasted on the edges and soft in the middle. We also got a side of hummus and it had to be the best hummus I've ever had. I feel like kifta (beef & lamb) wasn't as flavorful as what I've had at other places in the city. I also wished there was a bit more spinach filling in the spinach pie. Great food and very poor service. My father in law and I ordered two chicken shawarma sandwiches for $20. I asked for garlic souse and hot souse the guy gave them to me for free. On my way back to our table I accidentally dropped the garlic souse on the floor so I went back to the guy and asked for another garlic souse and I explained to him what happened. At that point he rolled his eyes and told me very rudely that I have to pay $0.55 for it. I asked him so you give the first one for free and if I accidentally drop it I have to pay for the second one? He said "YES" very rudely!!! and I said ok that's fine and I paid. It was weird situation ‍. I don't mind paying for the souse, it won't break the bank lol. My issue is with how you treat your customers and how you run the business. It is either give the souse for free or put it on the menu and we will pay for it. And no need for the attitude!
