I'm stuck between a 3.5/4... lets say the first time i came I thought I ordered chicken tikka masala apparently they don't even sell that and just gave me chicken tikka lol I was a bit confused but realized the misunderstanding. It was good but I felt waiting 15 minutes was a little long. Sitting there is not really a good idea if you are not comfortable around smoke. I smell smoke coming from somewhere and that just kind of ruined my meal. Another thing I noticed that made me do a double take was seeing a man put ice into his machine. He just used his bare hands to put the ice in and to me, its not sanitary. Came back just today to try their kahari gosht which is kinda like goat curry, excuse my poor explanation of what it is lol It is spicy and flavorful. I was not pleased with how they contained my meal. They used a paper lid to cover my meal which basically absorbed a bit of my sauce and also some of the sauce spilled out (this was at the station) I guess they thought it was ok since they used foil to wrap the container lol iuno i would just use plastic containers, to me, that makes everything more clean. But this was good and i will probably come back, only for take out though.

Okay let me just start off by telling you that I have been to tonsss of Indo/Pak restaurants and never came across one that is this good. I have been eating at this place for past 2 years now. Here's what you need to know: This family kitchen is located inside a Chevron Gas stations (TRUST ME DON'T GET TURNED off by that), it's located in awesome Sugar Land area with lots of lighting around. When you walk in, they have a nice small restaurant setup with Desi HDTV channels along with Gas station setting. It's kept very clean and very nice atmosphere. Now let's get back to the Food: I have friends in Clear Lake who travels all this way just to eat here because it's that damn good. Their Chicken Tikka Leg and Boti is to die for. I cannot stop containing myself from eating the Chicken Biryani. I eat it once every week. Their Kadahi Chicken is sooo good (little oily, but totally worth it), The bun kababs are awesome, the chicken kabab roll and seekh kabab rolls are really good. They also give their Dall rice combos with your choice of kababs such as seekh, chicken tikka boti, shami kabab etc. There's aloooot on their menu. Even if your not feeling Desi, they have authentic Mexican food made fresh for you, even if that's not what your in mood for, they've got really good fried chicken with biscuits/gravy etc. for you as well. BEST THING: They do not put any ARTIFICIAL flavors to their food, I hate those restaurants that puts those leafs and tons of masalas in their food to make it smell good but tastes like shit. This place doesn't do any of that, it's basically a home cooked meal by a professional with brilliant taste. Go try it yourself and see what I am talking about. Prices are also pretty good for the amount of food you get. You will not be disappointed.

Mexican style halal burger! Worth trying . Huge pattie!

We made the right choice!! We had known about how good their nihari was and so decided to order that first! Their nihari was served in a steel deep plate and served on a stove on the table to keep it hot! This was the highlight of the experience! They also helped us with our toddler, waving to him, recognizing that i needed the high chair moved and without me even telling them they came to help! Such hospitality, I have not seen in Dallas restaurants! Especially in Pakistani/desi restaurants! The restaurant was packed and busy but every server had a smile on their face! I ordered the Sev Khamni, which is a savory street food snack from Surat, in Gujarat state in India. I also ordered the Dahi Puri, which if I'm not mistaken is a street food from Mumbai. Wow! I loved this food. There were so many unexpected flavors and textures in this dish. It was sweet, tangy and spicy at the same time. The crispness was a surprise to me. I ordered to go because it was about to start raining. After doing some research at home, I saw that it would have been better to eat them as soon as they were made, so I will need to return on a more pleasant day and eat them there. They still tasted amazing to me after the trip home. The service was fast and friendly. They were also very helpful answering my questions. I would have ordered more but I had already ordered from another food truck as well. I will be back to enjoy some more of this amazing Indian vegetarian street food!

Elite, please hire servers that know how to execute the job description. I shouldn't have to flag my waitress down to order basic items like drinks for the table. It's common sense to check on a table that is sitting. Also when we tell you we are ready to order, don't tell us to hold on and proceed to disappear for 10 minutes. Yes waitress in the Hijab, I'm talking to you. On a busy Mother's Day dinner night; why are there so many people cleaning and so little amount of servers? It makes no sense. Also please teach your staff to not wear the same gloves to serve food, clean dirty tables and get to-go boxes for customers. Those gloves are 100% cross contaminated and I feel like that is food safety 101. I never let service affect my ratings but I am waiving my white flag and surrendering to the atrocities I experienced today along with my family. Even on my way out, I thanked our waitress to be polite and she didn't even acknowledge us. Yes, waitress in the Hijab, I'm talking to you. The owners or management of this place are either entirely clueless or severely impaired. The food was mediocre at best. The goat karahi tasted as if they burnt the tomato sauce. Their lassi isn't even a lassi, it's like a mango shake. A majority of the meats in the mixed grill were either overcooked or just plain bad. I'm not hating. I promise. I'm calling it as I see it. If the pictures aren't quite worth a thousand words perhaps my words can paint a better picture. The "kabob" roll is a Pakistani street food staple perfected over eons of toil by Pakistani chefs slaving over hot stoves and grills {even though the country is only 73 years old as of this writing and was once part of the British empire's Indian colony [so technically it's a British dish then? (Another thing they stole from us!)]} ... anyway I digress. Kabob roll typically made with kabob (beef, or Lamb by our Indian cousins) but almost as popularly and arguably more often made with Chicken. The menu here has the favorites you'd expect to find at a Karachi kabob roll house. The fact that they had a garlic mayo roll got me and the better half glee with glee. And while it was a valiant effort it wasn't quite the besting the "streets" of Karachi and then came the Tikka Boti Roll and man does that thing take you back to the streets of wherever you call home where they serve the same thing. It's good. It's damn good. You will eat it. You will also need to go early enough so they don't run out. I have no closing statement. Just go eat :)

Oh my gosh... the place was absolutely packed! There were people waiting outside. We scanned the QR code, entered our details n waited for about 30 minutes before getting a table. We ordered Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Bihari Kababs, Kali Mirch Chicken Curry, naan, rice and lassi. Everything was fresh, flavorful & absolutely delicious. The Chicken Bihari Kababs n Kali Mirch Chicken Curry were the stars of the meal. Despite the huge crowd the service was quick, organized, and very professional. That's something really appreciated. I've honestly never seen this kind of rush at any restaurant in the Dallas area. The food definitely lives up to the hype and now understand why people are willing to wait just to get in. Later found out their chops are one of the signature dishes, so that's definitely on my list for the next visit.
