Waited for about an hour but the food is average . Better the waiting can be reduced. Also, the delivery quality needs improvement

We made the right choice!! We had known about how good their nihari was and so decided to order that first! We also ordered their famous dhaga kabab and chicken tikka, along with fresh plain naan and puri parathas. Their nihari was served in a steel deep plate and served on a stove on the table to keep it hot! This was the highlight of the experience! They also helped us with our toddler, waving to him, recognizing that i needed the high chair moved and without me even telling them they came to help! Such hospitality, I have not seen in Dallas restaurants! Especially in Pakistani/desi restaurants! The restaurant was packed and busy but every server had a smile on their face! It was really good experience!

What really made our visit exceptional was our server, Mohammad Ahmer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and enjoying our meal. His attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel special. Great food paired with outstanding service made this a memorable visit. We will definitely be coming back because of the excellent service we got!

They forgot our Garlic Naan orders multiple times, and got confused about how many of each dish we ordered. Elite, please hire servers that know how to execute the job description. I shouldn't have to flag my waitress down to order basic items like drinks for the table. It's common sense to check on a table that is sitting. Also when we tell you we are ready to order, don't tell us to hold on and proceed to disappear for 10 minutes. Yes waitress in the Hijab, I'm talking to you. On a busy Mother's Day dinner night; why are there so many people cleaning and so little amount of servers? It makes no sense. Also please teach your staff to not wear the same gloves to serve food, clean dirty tables and get to-go boxes for customers. Those gloves are 100% cross contaminated and I feel like that is food safety 101. I never let service affect my ratings but I am waiving my white flag and surrendering to the atrocities I experienced today along with my family. Even on my way out, I thanked our waitress to be polite and she didn't even acknowledge us. Yes, waitress in the Hijab, I'm talking to you. The owners or management of this place are either entirely clueless or severely impaired. The food was mediocre at best. The goat karahi tasted as if they burnt the tomato sauce. Their lassi isn't even a lassi, it's like a mango shake. A majority of the meats in the mixed grill were either overcooked or just plain bad. I'm not hating. I promise. I'm calling it as I see it. This place is just that terrible. I won't be back.

If the pictures aren't quite worth a thousand words perhaps my words can paint a better picture. The "kabob" roll is a Pakistani street food staple perfected over eons of toil by Pakistani chefs slaving over hot stoves and grills {even though the country is only 73 years old as of this writing and was once part of the British empire's Indian colony [so technically it's a British dish then? (Another thing they stole from us!)]} ... anyway I digress. Kabob roll typically made with kabob (beef, or Lamb by our Indian cousins) but almost as popularly and arguably more often made with Chicken. The menu here has the favorites you'd expect to find at a Karachi kabob roll house. The fact that they had a garlic mayo roll got me and the better half glee with glee. And while it was a valiant effort it wasn't quite the besting the "streets" of Karachi and then came the Tikka Boti Roll and man does that thing take you back to the streets of wherever you call home where they serve the same thing. It's good. It's damn good. You will eat it. You will also need to go early enough so they don't run out. I have no closing statement. Just go eat :)

Thankfully, this restaurant is huge so the wait was about 15 minutes after we logged ourselves on the electronic waitlist. The host was very kind! Our server was kind, but the service was very slow because the restaurant was absolutely slammed! Ambiance: This place is LARGE. They have pretty much 3 full dining areas. The third dining area is decorated to support celebrations and weddings. However, on Sunday evening we were there, the banquet hall was open to the public. If there was a celebration, I'd imagine that the restaurant would take longer to seat people because they have 1 less dining area. Food: The food was magnificent! I've never had Pakistani food before, but I was truly blown away! For 2 people, my husband and I definitely pigged out and ordered too much food! We had leftovers to eat the next day. 1) Aga's Platter - As other reviewers mentioned, this was a delicious sampling of all the popular BBQ items! My favorite from the platter was the lamb. After all, the lamb is their signature item! 2) Chicken Shinwari Kahari- Between the 2 dishes, this was my favorite! I enjoyed the spiciness and the unique flavor profile that I haven't yet tried! This Pakistani dish is punched with flavor. 3) Garlic naan - very garlicky and very delicious Note: Rice is not included in any of the entrees so you'd need to order that separately. Pictured in my photo is the "large" order of rice.

The hostess recommended we try the goat chops and chicken tikka masala, since it was our first time. There weren't any physical menus--they're doing QR codes at the table or your waiter/waitress can show you pictures of the dishes on their tablet. Given all of the accolades for the goat chops and our proclivity for chicken tikka masala, we decided to order those, plus garlic naan, a mango lassi, and--later added some rice, since it was not included. We really enjoyed all of it. Goat is not something I gravitate towards, but I must admit it was very tasty. Lots of flavor and tenderness. The chicken tikka masala had more of a kick than most places, which I really appreciated. The garlic naan was soft and garlicky. The rice was actually very nice and an ample portion. The mango lassi was also a winner--creamy and nice mango flavor. We were in and out within 45 minutes, so they're running a very efficient operation. The restaurant looked massive and unlike any Indian or Pakistani place I've gone before. By the time we left around 6:45, there was a sizable crowd outside waiting for tables. They do offer water outside while you wait, which is very considerate. There were some reviews that complained about bugs, which made me nervous, but the place seemed very clean overall. I would definitely come back again!
