We've been in a warzone with ants this summer. Like, several times a day, every day, multiple hotspots in the house for weeks. We finally decided we needed professional help and Darren was a life saver! Not only was he super responsive and efficient, he was also informative and easy to communicate with. The treatment we got was pet friendly (we have 2 cats) and we had to vacate the house for just an hour. For a flat fee, Darren treated the house interior, garage, and the whole exterior. We highly recommend Darren for any pest control service need. We've called Darren for examining dead mouse smell in our garage. He opened crawl space, went inside till the area of high intensity smell, unfortunately didn't find any rodent. As per him, it might be in the wall. And suggested us to put some odor remover to suppress, already smell was suppressed somewhat. Before Darren came-in to inspect, we've consulted with few other pest control services, one of them came and just opened crawl space, smelled from out there (didn't even get into crawl space) and started giving quote for big servicing including complete house sealing, insulation replacement etc etc. Good thing is Darren didn't recommend any unwanted services like other pest control services did. He mentioned upfront cost for removing dead mouse, if found, somewhere around $125. Since there was no dead rodent found he didn't charge us anything, that was so nice of him.
