We ordered the Texas twinkies.. and the server never told us there are toothpicks still intact and hidden in the jalapeño. So I nearly poked a hole in my gum when I bit into it. And no I didn't tell server or want her to get in trouble. But just beware when biting into food that is being served to you. The waitress was wonderful and one of them even changed the TVs for my younger kids to watch motocross.

Four pieces for 30 bucks not going back ever

I mean, wow I asked for a whole chicken and all I got was four pieces of chicken four pieces of chicken for $30 needless to say I won't be going back there

Better than I expected! The service was great! Food was good. The ambiance reminds me of Texas for some reason. My mom wanted to treat us for BBQ since she knows my son loves brisket. He was very happy with what we ordered. We had a Huge sampler. The chicken was the best thing ever!!! We also had the chicken nachos, so good! I would go back if I wanted to feed a few friends who enjoy BBQ. It was pretty affordable and taste matches the price.

Ordered a rib and two meat combo (brisket and burnt ends) with a baked potato and macaroni and cheese. The cutlery included broke as I was cutting into the potato. The loaded baked potato included the smallest amount of cheese I've ever seen. Honestly, it made me feel embarrased for Famous Daves. Im so confused why there was a $3.50 upcharge. They charged 0.25 for a packet of barbecue sauce. Dont waste your time or money, just go to Lucilles.

My friends catered from here for her birthday and OMG it was SOO GOOD. The chopped pork, coleslaw, bun, and muffin were all so tasty. I'm not a HUGE rib fan but they were good too. Lots of flavor in this meal. And the BBQ sauce poured on top of the pork into the sandwich made it at all better. The two young ladies that delivered the food to our house were so sweet, respectful, and kind (one had purple hair! I can't remember their names but they were so helpful).

Decided to come here the other night for my best friend's birthday, was the first one to show up out of the group. Was harness by a homeless person before going into the restaurant. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the place. When everyone showed up we decided on our food and got an appetizer the start out along with some drinks. Had to get chesse curds and the two brisket with some corn and mashed potatoes.

Came here for dinner at around 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant only had about 2 other groups of people here. The restaurant is spacious and had plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Upon entering, we waited about 5 minutes before a waiter came to seat us. There were four of us so we were seated in a booth. There were about 4 waiter/ waitresses working while we were there. We felt a bit awkward because although it was 8:30pm, the restaurant was open until 10pm so we didn't think they would be in such a hurry to close up. Our waitress was kind and took our order, we ordered the Feast for 2, there were 4 of us but it was enough food for 4 people! We also ordered a side of bacon baked potato soup. The soup was brought out quickly. The bowl the soup came in was warm, but the soup was cold. Literally COLD. Like they just heated the soup up in the microwave. We brought it to the waitress' attention and she apologized for it. She brought out "another" bowl of soup but I'm sure she just reheated the soup for another 2 minutes. The soup was mediocre, we didn't bother to eat it. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive at our table. We were so excited and extremely hungry so I had high hopes for the food. The roasted chicken was good, a bit dry but the bbq sauce saved the dryness. The pork ribs are good, I liked the flavor and it was tender. The beef brisket was tasty and flavorful. I wanted to love the beans but I could tell it was reheated and not fresh. Same with the corn muffins and mojos. They were dry and seemed as if it was sitting out all day. The mojos even looked like it was the leftover bits. We ate the meats but didn't bother eating any of the side items it came. The waiters also acted like they wanted us to leave so they could close up and start cleaning. Because it's Vegas, I didn't expect nor do I understand why they would serve cold food at 8:30pm! Maybe it was an off day for them but we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered a to go order and wasn't pleased. Ordered a loaded baked potato and got a potato with salt on it. They didn't put any utensils or sauces in the bag with my order. For as much as I spent I would think the service would be better.

    Feathers on the wings
    Eric F.

My friend and I had dined in at your Famous Dave's location on Rainbow Blvd., and before leaving, I ordered the $8 wings special to take home. When I got home and opened the box, I realized the order was already wrong, I had specifically asked for plain wings with the sauce on the side. Instead, the wings were fully sauced, and there was no Buffalo sauce included at all. I was disappointed but decided to give them a try anyway. After taking a few bites, I noticed something odd on a few of the wings. Upon closer inspection, I saw that they still had FEATHERS on them. Yes, actual feathers, still attached to the wings. I immediately called and spoke with the general manager, Bobby. His response to me was, "That doesn't happen very often, I'm sorry. I'll make you another order of wings." I had to ask him to repeat himself. That's the resolution? A redo on a meal that should never have been sent out that way in the first place? "That doesn't happen very often" isn't reassuring at all, this shouldn't happen EVER!. I was (and still am) nauseated. I've thrown up three times just trying to write this letter. Whether it was the wings or just the shock of what I found, this experience turned my stomach and completely wrecked my trust in the restaurant. This isn't just about a wrong order, it's about basic food safety and quality control. This wasn't a simple mistake. It was a serious sanitation issue that was brushed off like nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.I genuinely hope your company, and especially the team at the rainbow blvd. location takes this seriously and puts measures in place to prevent something like this from happening again to anyone else. This experience has completely turned me off from your restaurant, and I'm still trying to process how this could've happened in the first place. These are photos of the wings I was served at Famous Dave's.

Placed a to go order, Reyna was very nice and pleasant upon ordering. One of the items I ordered was unavailable so Famous Dave's upgraded another item and gave a refund. Reynas customer service was great. Along with great food. Thank you Famous Dave's, will definitely order again.

The ambiance at night is nice and dimly lit. Great menu and nicely priced. There's currently a 3 course special that comes with a salad, salmon, tiramisu, and bottomless wine for $60! It's definitely worth it. The goat cheese spread tasted great with the salad. The salad also comes as a big portion. The salmon was huge and perfectly moist. I got the foie gras on French toast. It had the perfect amount of salty and tart sweet flavor with the blackberry-cherry sauce. It comes as an appetizer, but because it's so good, I don't recommend sharing since the portion is so small. I got the spicy seafood pasta, and it was amazing! It had the perfect amount of spice and it comes with a hefty amount of seafood along with a whole big lobster tail! The shrimps that it came with were also huge and there were plenty of calamari and octopus with the pasta. This dish was such a great deal with the portion and the amount of seafood it came with. My only complaint is that they can lighten the amount of fresh basil they put in. I highly recommend! Last, we got the creme brulee, which comes with orange biscotti. It's a shareable portion, and perfectly sweet. Our server Zoe was also amazing! She was super friendly and answered all the questions we had with the menu. This is a proper local craft brewery and taproom restaurant, with family roots going back four generations in the city, and they lean into that local identity with a solid house beer lineup alongside the usual bar standards. Wasn't too busy, which was great, meant we actually had good seats for the game. Ok options for slot machines too, this being Vegas and all. I had the fish and chips and it was good, though every place really skimps out on the sauces lately, unless that's just me being picky about my dipping ratios. Nice selection of local drinks overall. They had me try one of their more out-there brews, some kind of skunk-named one, and it genuinely smelled like Cheech and Chong's basement. Points for the experience, even if I stuck to my regular pour after that.

My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.
