Best cake ever! Worked with Cindy for my daughters custom wedding cake which we wanted to be simple but elegant. Not only was it beautiful, it was sooooo deliciously devine. So many of our guests commented on how moist and good it was. I provided the black flowers that we wanted on it and they did an amazing job of decorating it just the way we wanted. We also ordered the chocolate mousse cups, eclairs and cream puffs. My oh my....heaven DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND CREATED A BEAUTIFUL DISPLAY!!

Beautiful custom birthday cake. $75. About 8 servings. Moist. The outside buttercream was rather thick and we didn't eat that part. But the flavors inside were delicious.

I wanted a custom cake for my son's first birthday and decided to try Fancy Cake Bakery after reading all the reviews here. Cindy was such a pleasure to work with and super accommodating! I was expecting her to tell me that everything I wanted for the cake would be an additional cost, but surprisingly a lot of my requests were not! The only thing I paid extra for were the chocolate seashells. I had bought all the toppers separately from different sources and asked if they could be added on for me, which they did. They also made the smash cake to match the main cake. Not only did the cakes look pretty, they were very delicious and not too sweet. I got the white chocolate mousse for the main cake and strawberry shortcake for the smash cake. My total cost came out to $85. To say I was happy with the outcome is a huge understatement! I would definitely order a cake from here again.

There was plenty of options to choose from and we didn't know which one we wanted but Cindy informed us we could choose different flavors for the different tiers. We ended getting a personal 2 tier cake for our cake table and ordered 2 more sheet cakes to serve our guests. I'm so glad we were able to enjoy our cake because it was delicious! They made our wedding cake for us and it was everything we could have wanted. The cake was perfectly crafted to our desired vision. All of our guests loved both flavors. The cake was delivered to our Wedding Venue on time. We visited the location of the bakery to try multiple samples of different flavors. The ambiance was great and Cindy was very informative and helpful. I would recommend this bakery for any wedding or occasion.

Our cake was delicious and was greater and more generous in size than we expected. Really happy with the look and taste of the different layers we selected. My husband loves German chocolate cake so we went with this unique look because the flavors were so good! We also had a layer of strawberry shortcake and a layer of banana split. We enjoyed tasting all the flavors with Cindy and helping design our cake for our special day.

I got cakes delivered to my birthday party at Luminarias Restaurant from Fancy Cake and LOVED them! Cindy was wonderful to work with. She helped me modify the designs in the inspo pics I shared to work with my budget and preferences. For example, I wanted a cake that wasn't too sweet and she recommended whipped cream frosting instead of buttercream. She also communicated that some piping styles couldn't be done with whipped cream so I was equip with the knowledge. I ultimately chose whipped cream for the white cake and it was so light and fluffy! The cakes were delivered on time and turned out so cuteee and exactly how I pictured them. They were so tasty too - my guests raved about it, especially the black cake which was the marble cake flavor!

The gold foil option was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful experience picking out a delicious cake for our wedding day. Cindy was very helpful deciding upon cake options that would compliment the natural flowers we wanted to use to decorate it. Our cake was delivered well ahead of time and looked as good as it tasted. I couldn't have asked for more.

Very happy with the cake quality, taste, and design. I had my daughters 1st birthday party. The theme was strawberry. The cake was delicious! I got 2 cakes, a smash cake, and 18 cupcakes. The main cake we chose strawberry Short cake and the 2nd cake was a marble cake for my sister. Cupcakes were had and half. Since this was the first time a got cake from Fancy Cakes I asked if there was a tasting box so that I can try out their flavors. I picked up a box with many different flavors. Honestly there wasn't any that we did not like. All were delicious fluffy and soft. The frosting on all were the perfect amount of sweet. Not too sweet. My guest enjoyed the cakes and LOVED the design! Highly recommend them. Cindy was very easy to work with. Professional and kind. Will use them in the future for sure!

Amazing cake and amazing service!! We had a wedding luncheon at a nearby restaurant that partnered with 3 (including this one) local bakeries. The first two could not accommodate our preference of whipped frosting. Fancy cake bakery was the only one who was willing to work with us as well as be so flexible with the delivery. We learned whipped cream isn't popular in the wedding industry since it tends to melt faster/simply not last as long. We didn't mind, we just really wanted whipped cream. Cindy suggested delivery times that would help the cake last. They were so flexible with us given our taste preferences. We felt so special and so accommodated. We showed her multiple designs and she said she could do all of them! So we ultimately picked the one attached but it felt good to know there were no limitations. The flavors were delicious and the tasting experience was so fun. We are so thankful for Cindy and her team! We got married on 4/23/26 at Orange hill. Thank you again! read more

Everything was clearly explained to us, including any potential upcharges, which made decision-making easy and stress-free. We also appreciated being able to customize the design to fit our vision, and coordinating with our florist to incorporate fresh florals made it feel even more personal and stunning. On the day of the wedding, the cake was delivered seamlessly to our venue, which was one less thing to worry about. And the best part? Our guests couldn't stop raving about it! 90th Birthday Celebration in February 2026 for my mother's event. Cake was made to exact specifications, they did a beautiful job. The taste was excellent, my mom and her guest thoroughly enjoyed it. Where the issues come in is in the service. We initially ordered extra carry away cake boxes (which we paid for). The order was supposed to come with a cake box for the top layer. I asked Cindy to send me the cake boxes we paid for so I could personalize them. That did not happen so I asked for a refund. When those small boxes were cancelled they did not send the box for the top layer. When the cake was delivered to the venue the delivery man came in holding the three tier cake up above his head like a pizza delivery boy. Acknowledged that he did not have the box for the top layer but would circle back after delivering another cake near by and bring us a box, he never returned. They will not show you a picture of the cake prior the event so whatever you get when they deliver is what you will be stuck with. We rented a cake stand that I had to return and in so doing and upon informing Cindy of all I have said here she did not show any empathy for our experience. Great cake, lousy customer read more

Fancy Cake Bakery did an amazing job. For our preview appointment they provided a lot of samples and were very patient as we picked out flavors. It was difficult because we liked many so in the end we chose 2 flavors and multiple tiers. The cake itself was a showstopper and we should have ordered even more because it went quickly with our guests. read more

Seriously, this place is so good. They sure deliver what I have asked for and more. We order a cake for great grandma birthday party on NYE and they made and delivered it. I came there a month ahead and showed them a picture and he gave me a few cake and filling to sample. It was all good and hard to decide. Since it was for Great grandma, the writing on the cake have to be in vietnamese and he did it. He wrote in vietnamese. Amazing! read more

My mom was so happy and in love with her birthday cake. Cindy, thank you for helping me make my mom's birthday extra special this year. Not only did it look beautiful, but it also tasted amazing! The price was also very reasonable: $75 for a 2 tiered naked carrot cake, with fresh flowers. It's $65 if you prefer buttercream flowers. Cindy was also very sweet, and her customer service is excellent. We will definitely keep ordering cakes from Cindy in the future. read more

I had very high hopes for this bakery as it was my wedding cake that they were making. First, the cake looked nothing like they reassured me it would look like. I knew something was up when they consultant saw the picture and very nonchalantly said "oh yes, we can do that." No, they couldn't. The worst part about the cake was that there was absolutely no taste! After "upgrading" to some of their premium flavors, you'd think they'd get it at least close! Nope, everyone thought we ordered vanilla cake when in fact we ordered lemon-blueberry, banana split and strawberry shortcake. I am beyond disappointed with this bakery and I even told my photographer don't zoom in on that cake. What is the point of meeting and doing a tasting when you will not get what you ordered, or at least what you thought you ordered. If this bakery is included in any wedding package you get, go with another bakery or you will end up disappointed, especially if like us, you pay extra for "upgrades". read more

Stumbled over this bakery few wks ago but thought it was closed. Found out tonight that they cater to wholesalers but do open to public. That's the reason why they have limited pastries available. I called to see if they had cakes available to purchase and the person on the other line needed to check. She pleasantly said they have a cake available, so, she told me it was a Bavarian Vanilla creme with macarons. I told her if she could put a Happy Bday Mom on it and told me, she could put a birthday pick and write Mom on the cake. Told her that will work and I could be there in about half hour. I finally get there, it seemed like it close but oh, it wasn't. She opened the gate and I almost tripped on myself because the glass front door and the security wrought iron gate rollers. I'm okay, thank God, I caught myself, lol. I don't blame them for making it seem it's locked and closed, hehe. It's in an empty, almost non existance tucked in the corner area of little shops. Maybe they should have a doorbell for service, hey, that would be an idea to let the owners know. Yes, I met the lady on the phone, Cindy who is the owner. Very nice and pleasant. She and her husband own this Italian pastries and desserts shop. The pastry display were empty cause it's almost closing time. They had a few cookies out and asked if I could buy the chocolate chip but wanted to taste the shortbread with fruit jelly in the middle. Omg, the cookie literally melted in my mouth!! That little cookie had no chance, hehe, I inhaled it in 3 bites. Definitely, coming back!! read more

The bottom tier was a marble cake with cluster, middle tier was a vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and Bavarian cream, and the top tier a lemon cake with raspberry cream. Now I came to Fancy Cakes literally after getting turned down from almost every bakery around because of a last minute cake design that I needed for a birthday party (Of course I dont blame the other businesses for turning me down since they expect a decent amount of time to work on their requests). Not only did they take my order the night before it was needed, but they got the order magnificently spot on. Yum! Stopped by in the morning after dropping my oldest off from school to give it a try. So glad we did! We got 6 sugar cookies (two different types), a cream cheese & berry roll, 4 coconut macaroons, and a big loaf of cinnamon bread - all for $10. The cream cheese roll was amazing, and the loaf of bread smells just like my grandma's homemade bread did. We'll definitely be back in the future. read more

I was looking for a cake for my baby shower tomorrow. I didn't want anything difficult in fact I wanted it to be super simple. I spoke to one of the Employees and he said it wouldn't be able to be done By tomorrow he didn't ask any more questions or say anything else completely just walked away from me. So far our experience with Fancy Cake Bakery has been great! My fiancé and I went for a cake tasting and the owner was very nice and helpful. Gave great ideas and still listened and went out of her way to understand our vision for the wedding cake we want. Banana cake was amazing!!! We called the place to see if there were any birthday cake available, no answer on the phone. We drove the place, no parking at all, very small and limited. I walk into the store, empty. I rang the bell and and yelled hello, no answer. I could hear people talking in the back. I rang the bell again and wait nothing. We waited for 10 minutes trying to get someone attention no one came. You can clearly hear people talking in the back. I will not be back. read more

We got our wedding cake from this bakery and the entire experience was perfection from cake tasting, to design creation and eventually to our final wedding cake. They had so many delicious flavors to taste when we were first deciding on a flavor, it made it difficult to choose our favorites since they were all so delicious!
