Amazing cake and amazing service!! We had a wedding luncheon at a nearby restaurant that partnered with 3 (including this one) local bakeries. The first two could not accommodate our preference of whipped frosting. Fancy cake bakery was the only one who was willing to work with us as well as be so flexible with the delivery. We learned whipped cream isn't popular in the wedding industry since it tends to melt faster/simply not last as long. We didn't mind, we just really wanted whipped cream. Cindy suggested delivery times that would help the cake last. They were so flexible with us given our taste preferences. We felt so special and so accommodated. We showed her multiple designs and she said she could do all of them! So we ultimately picked the one attached but it felt good to know there were no limitations. I was expecting her to tell me that everything I wanted for the cake would be an additional cost, but surprisingly a lot of my requests were not! The only thing I paid extra for were the chocolate seashells. I had bought all the toppers separately from different sources and asked if they could be added on for me, which they did. They also made the smash cake to match the main cake. Not only did the cakes look pretty, they were very delicious and not too sweet. I got the white chocolate mousse for the main cake and strawberry shortcake for the smash cake. My total cost came out to $85. To say I was happy with the outcome is a huge understatement! She helped me modify the designs in the inspo pics I shared to work with my budget and preferences. For example, I wanted a cake that wasn't too sweet and she recommended whipped cream frosting instead of buttercream. She also communicated that some piping styles couldn't be done with whipped cream so I was equip with the knowledge. I had very high hopes for this bakery as it was my wedding cake that they were making. First, the cake looked nothing like they reassured me it would look like. I knew something was up when they consultant saw the picture and very nonchalantly said "oh yes, we can do that." No, they couldn't. The worst part about the cake was that there was absolutely no taste! After "upgrading" to some of their premium flavors, you'd think they'd get it at least close! Nope, everyone thought we ordered vanilla cake when in fact we ordered lemon-blueberry, banana split and strawberry shortcake. I am beyond disappointed with this bakery and I even told my photographer don't zoom in on that cake. What is the point of meeting and doing a tasting when you will not get what you ordered, or at least what you thought you ordered. If this bakery is included in any wedding package you get, go with another bakery or you will end up disappointed, especially if like us, you pay extra for "upgrades". read more

Stumbled over this bakery few wks ago but thought it was closed. Found out tonight that they cater to wholesalers but do open to public. That's the reason why they have limited pastries available. I called to see if they had cakes available to purchase and the person on the other line needed to check. She pleasantly said they have a cake available, so, she told me it was a Bavarian Vanilla creme with macarons. I told her if she could put a Happy Bday Mom on it and told me, she could put a birthday pick and write Mom on the cake. Told her that will work and I could be there in about half hour. I finally get there, it seemed like it close but oh, it wasn't. She opened the gate and I almost tripped on myself because the glass front door and the security wrought iron gate rollers. I'm okay, thank God, I caught myself, lol. I don't blame them for making it seem it's locked and closed, hehe. It's in an empty, almost non existance tucked in the corner area of little shops. Maybe they should have a doorbell for service, hey, that would be an idea to let the owners know. Yes, I met the lady on the phone, Cindy who is the owner. Very nice and pleasant. She and her husband own this Italian pastries and desserts shop. The pastry display were empty cause it's almost closing time. They had a few cookies out and asked if I could buy the chocolate chip but wanted to taste the shortbread with fruit jelly in the middle. Omg, the cookie literally melted in my mouth!! Yum! Stopped by in the morning after dropping my oldest off from school to give it a try. So glad we did! We got 6 sugar cookies (two different types), a cream cheese & berry roll, 4 coconut macaroons, and a big loaf of cinnamon bread - all for $10.
