Well, we were wrong! We started with a bottle of champagne, which was excellent, followed by the oysters. They were incredibly fresh, delicious, and surprisingly large. We also ordered the cheese beignets, which were absolutely delicious, although very rich, so they probably aren't something I would order again. Since we already had two appetizers, I decided to skip ordering another, but next time I definitely want to try the spicy tuna tacos! For dinner, we both ordered the filet mignon, and they were cooked to absolute perfection. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were fantastic -- the perfect balance of salty with just a hint of sweetness. For dessert, we ordered the sticky toffee pudding (I think that's what it was called!), and it was amazing as well. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful experience.
