This place was so yummy! The zucchini was hot and juicy, and tasted delectable when paired with the ranch. The sandwich and burger I got were also both very juicy and put together well. The service was good, and the restaurant was very clean. The only downside is how expensive this place can be.

Our party of 6, adults and children, ordered at the counter shortly after entering. Kind service at the counter and at our table when served. We enjoyed a pancake platter, chocolate chip pancakes, French toast platters, a big cheese burger, kid's meal chicken strips, fountain beverages, and fresh orange juice. Super casual with traditional farm kitchen vibes.

For $9.99 you would think you get a piece of meat that looks bigger than a piece of bologna. Or at least cover the bread. I was very disappointed. Shame on you Farmer boys

This is my first time eating here and I was not impressed . The fries were excellent however the charbroiled farmers burger ( its a cheeseburger with guacamole and bacon) tasted burnt so that was disappointing (reason for the 2 star rating on food ). It looks like they have a pretty good menu selection , with lots of options . The service was good . Would I come here again probably not , there are better options out there . However I must note that this place is pretty busy so maybe I just picked the wrong food.

Farmer Boys has great burgers, sides, and so much more! The Double Big Cheese burger is so tasty and filling. The fries that come with are hot, crispy, and seasoned well. The BEST thing to get here though is the fried Zucchini. SOOO good, especially with their homemade ranch. They're nice and accommodating when they take your order, but once your order is taken, that level of welcoming and friendliness seems to change. I needed something they had left off my order and simply walked to the counter to some employees who weren't doing anything to ask and was met with rolled eyes and being ignored. Interesting. Despite the service, the food and over ambiance of the restaurant is nice. You can sit inside to enjoy your meal and it's clean with lots of tables and nice decor all over. Can get loud during rushes. Delicious food worth checking out!

During my visit to Clovis, the family wanted to swing by a nearby area that allowed us to order and eat quickly since we were starving! We entered the place with a good amount of patrons during lunch and observed the place to be clean and the workers were up and about making sure tables that were previously seated by patrons were cleaned up for the next customer/s. Not much has changed since the last time I ate here in 2019 in terms of decor but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Plenty of seating and parking was plentiful. The food itself? Just as I remembered. Delicious and well priced. I purchased the Farmer's burger with fries. The fam purchased a grilled chicken sandwich, big cheese and zucchini sticks. All were delicious (zucchini sticks were hot as hell but that's fine). Overall, it's just nice over the years to return back to a local staple and delicious + well priced.

This place is a hidden gem! Seriously, when you are in that in-between mode of... I want fresh food, I don't want a big sit-down restaurant with a wait staff, I want variety like breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but I don't want it to cost way too much- AND I want to be satisfied, check and check!!! Look no further! I come here quite often with my family and my brother's family. There is always room to sit comfortably. The workers up front when you order are always super sweet, and when they bring the food to your table, it is awesome how they truly care and make sure you have everything you need and want. I ordered a burger with a veggie patty and a salad. Other faves at our table were chicken strips, fries, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. You refill your own drinks, but all food is brought to your table, and I can't say it enough...everytime the workers are so kind! Great management is evident. One more fun thing, when you head out, go ahead and ring the bell signaling the fantastic service- we always do! We'll done Farmer Boys!

Disappointed. Made an online order. Went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. Waited another 15 minutes before they then asked what I was waiting. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes After receiving my order I opened my box to find that my French toast sticks were completely burnt and inedible. Completely disappointed

I love farmers boys. I come here when I want some classic American food. They have everything that each family member would want. Burgers, salads, burritos, breakfast and sandwiches. The breakfast is so simple but it's honestly my favorite thing. The burgers are also really good, my favorite is the farmers burger. The way the restaurant is set up, you walk in and order at the counter, pay, get a number, fill your drink and find a table to sit at. And a server will bring you your food. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so welcoming. Highly recommend.

So hadn't been to this location before. In fact, it's been since they stopped selling breakfast bowls that I have been to an FB. First time having a burger here and decided on Patty Melt. It was good, but not great. Little greasy. My wife didn't like her burger for the same reason. Fries were hot, but bland. Service was good. With so many better burger options, don't think I'll be back.

Delicious hamburger & very big tasty onion rings. 02/25/25

We sat at the bar on a busy Thursday in Fresno, and honestly, I highly recommend doing the same. This is a quick-service-style restaurant where you can wait in line to order and then be seated, but snagging a seat at the bar gives you a completely different perspective on the experience. Aaron and Johnny were an absolute dream team. If you're there on a Wednesday or Thursday, look for these two. When they told us to "sit back and relax," they actually meant it. We didn't want for a thing. Water stayed full, we were consistently checked on without ever feeling hovered over, and their food recommendations were some of the best restaurant suggestions we've had in a while. And that last part is important... the suggestions weren't just upsells, but instead they were thoughtful and intentional recommendations that genuinely complemented what we were ordering. You could tell they weren't just trying to add another item to the ticket but were really were trying to make our meal better. That kind of service is becoming very rare, especially in a quick-service setting. Meanwhile, the restaurant itself had that great something's happening here energy. Busy, lively, people coming and going, the bar buzzy. This is exactly the kind of place you want to stumble into on a Thursday night in Fresno. Heirloom gets balance. It is casual enough to feel approachable, but intentional enough that you leave feeling like someone actually cared about your experience. And with Aaron and Johnny behind the bar? Sit back. Relax. Let them take it from there. (Side note, I believe it is Johnny but might be John, I know for sure if you are manager of this place you know who I am talking about!)

The burger was okay but definitely overcooked and not very juicy. It was missing some flavor. The garlic fries were probably the best thing we ordered. The hibiscus lemonade was decent, and the mocktail we got was actually really good. As for the service, some of the staff were really nice and welcoming, but I did feel a little uncomfortable toward the end. When I asked if I could pay with cash instead of card, I got the impression that the person seating us assumed I was going to leave a tip and seemed disappointed when I clarified that I was just paying cash. I also felt like some of the servers were giving us an attitude afterward because we didn't tip. Overall, tipping is a personal choice, and I don't think customers should feel judged or pressured because of it. Some of the staff were genuinely kind, but unfortunately the food and the experience weren't enough for me to want to come back.

This original location remains my recommended spot for Mediterranean food. Many Mediterranean…read morerestaurants in Fresno County are Armenian-owned, while only a small handful--like this family-run restaurant--specialize in Lebanese cuisine. Lebanese food is widely considered among the best expressions of Mediterranean cooking due to its vibrant use of fresh ingredients, particularly herbs, lemon, garlic, and olive oil, along with a strong emphasis on healthy, plant-based, and grilled dishes. It offers diverse, shareable, and nutrient-dense options such as tabbouleh, hummus, and falafel, making it both flavorful and nutritious. I always enjoy dining at Golden Grill because they exemplify Lebanese cuisine so well. Their dishes highlight fresh herbs like mint and parsley, along with garlic and lemon juice, rather than relying heavily on spices. The result is a light, refreshing, and aromatic flavor profile that feels both vibrant and balanced. The kebabs are excellent. The grilled cubes of beef, chicken, and kafta (ground beef and lamb) skewers are flavorful, tender, and juicy, topped with herbs and grilled to perfection. They carry a subtle smokiness and savory aroma, and the meats are beautifully charred with vibrant color. Their pita and saj sandwiches are also very well done. Each sandwich is warm and carefully assembled, forming a sturdy pocket filled with high-quality ingredients. They combine savory meats (or falafel and vegetables), creamy sauces, and crunchy pickles and onions into a balanced bite. The bread holds generous fillings without collapsing while still being tender enough to bite through easily. The pocket opens cleanly, creating the perfect pouch for the ingredients. For a small restaurant with limited seating that appears to receive many to-go orders, the presentation for dine-in guests is especially thoughtful. The dishes are served on clean white ceramic plates and trays, with the food carefully arranged and portions balanced. It is simple yet elegant and visually appealing. Golden Grill also captures the Lebanese mezze-style dining experience. As someone of Korean heritage, I appreciate this approach, since it is similar to how Korean meals are served with many shared dishes that provide variety in every meal. Some of the shared plates include Lebanese staples like hummus, falafel, tabbouleh, baba ghanouj, and fresh flatbread. Everything here tastes fresh and well-prepared, with distinct textures and aromatic flavors. The signature entrées come with two cold appetizers. The hummus is silky smooth, a velvety blend of garbanzo beans and tahini that almost melts in your mouth. The baba ghanouj is creamy, garlicky, and finished with olive oil. The tabbouleh is bright and balanced with lemon juice, garlic, and a generous drizzle of olive oil that ties together the citrusy and earthy flavors. The restaurant itself is clean, with tables and chairs wiped down quickly after guests leave. Service is friendly, welcoming, and helpful when placing orders. Prices are also reasonable, especially considering many competing Mediterranean restaurants do not place the same emphasis on presentation or on creating a mezze-style dining experience at no additional cost. While some may prefer other Mediterranean cuisines, I personally enjoy the fresh, light, and diverse flavors that Lebanese food offers. Golden Grill's citrus-forward dishes and extensive mezze options make it one of my favorite Mediterranean spots.

My roast beef dip sandwich was served on a soft roll and they did not skimp on the meat. However, as I experienced in my previous visit, service during their bingo events is just not good. Our server was so bubbly and friendly, no complaints there. But after the event started, she was gone for stretches of time. At the end of our meal, it was ultimately another server that asked if we needed boxes. I actually passed our server on my way to the restroom and saw her in the event space so I'm not sure if she had extra duties there. After reviewing the menu selection, it felt like I was waiting for a while just for a staff member to acknowledge us. Instead, the workers were standing with their backs to us , and left us standing there for a while. In fact , I was so confused I was looking around for a kiosk to order my food. The next thing that I didn't like was the price of our lunch. 45.00 for one sandwich , two small cups of soup , two fountain drinks , and a dessert. Seems pricey for a sandwich spot. I get it - this is a step up from Subway. However, for what I spent - I expected more. Finally, the dining room tables were grimy. I had to clean off our own table before the food arrived. I felt like this was inexcusable considering the amount of staff standing around not doing much. Here is what I did like. The menu has a nice variety of hot or cold sandwiches, sides , and desserts. Everything sounded so good. Today, I opted for the Monterey chicken sandwich. While the flavor was good, it ate a little messy. I had chicken pieces falling out and cheese oozing out of the bottom. I don't think I would order this again- there appears to be better options to choose from. The baked potato soup was really good ( salty but delicious)! Hands down , the best thing we tried was Gary's chocolate cake. That cream cheese frosting was heavenly! Heads up- this cake is super sweet ,and a little goes a long way.
