So I came into farmers brothers to order my food so I could use their restroom since the water at my work is turned off for maintenance and as soon as I walked in the door I was met with the worst stench I've ever smelt. When I went into the bathroom I near vomited. I can handle nasty smells. Lol but this was unbearable. I don't know how I can eat my lunch knowing how the inside smells now. I am soooo grossed out and appalled that I've been going here for years and never knew how foul the smell is, inside. I will NEVER order food from here again!!!!! I don't normally go to Farmer Boys, but when I do, its normally for their fried zucchini because they have the best, or so I thought. Other Farmer Boys know how to make their fried zucchini. I went through the drive-thru got home in 5 minuets and the zucchini was extremely soggy and the batter was fallen or not even coated correctly. I was so disappointing. They didn't even taste that good because the batter wasn't covering enough. Another problem I had was that I waited almost 10 minutes in the freaking drive-thru which is ridiculous. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. my boyfriend and I pulled into the drive-thru around 8pm last night. We were the only ones in line, so we drove up to the menu and ordered two burger combos. No special requests -- just exactly as they came. We pulled up to the second window and paid (it cost about $20/2 people). Then the clock started ticking...and ticking. Minutes were going by and it was taking forever. We could see a few of the employees working/making food inside, but one girl was clearly texting. NO ONE came to the window to explain why the food was taking a little bit longer (for whatever reason), or even to apologize for the wait. My boyfriend checked the receipt, and we had been waiting for 18 minutes at that point. We were about to just bail and leave when the lady FINALLY came to the window, gave us a very half-assed 'sorry for the wait' and gave us the food. When we got home, things were even more disappointing. My burger was cold and stale and barely even worth eating. The cheese looked like plastic from one of those kiddie kitchen/play food sets. My boyfriend called them and complained and they were rude and didn't care. After waiting for so freaking long AND paying $10 for each burger, this was absolutely ridiculous. We could've gone right down the street and gotten a restaurant burger that cost the same (if not less) AND it would've actually been hot. The entire experience was just unbelievable. We've both been there before and it's been fine. It usually takes some time, but NOT 20 minutes (especially when you're the only one in line). It's too bad because both of us go there and it's in a convenient location, but after last night, neither of us will be going back. You had one job, people. P.S. Came in to this Farmer Boys drive thru today around 4. Didn't leave until 4:25!! Yeah, you read that right! No one ahead of me in the drive thru at all! First they tried giving me the wrong order. They realized it was wrong. Then they gave me what was supposed to be the correct order but upon pulling away I realized it was incorrect. Pulled back in and was given yet another incorrect order. Finally after 25 minutes I was eventually given the correct order. How you mess up someone's order three times when they're the first car in the drive thru with only two cars behind them and those cars pulled in a good 5 minutes after is beyond me. Please check them off. Train employees not to forget an order a fries. Kids dont really understand why they didnt get theirs. There are multiple choices of the Natural burger. If we order all different? Please mark them so we dont have to open them all and check for ingredients to figure it out. Pretty simple. Wasn't impressed. Tried the Farmer Boy Burger combo for around $10. Burger was on the dried side, bun wasn't soft, to be honest, Carl's Jr Famous Star taste much better. Omelet was just okay for around $7, comes with tomatoes and side of toast. Also got Chilli fries for $4, that's about the only thing was tasty. Décor - 4 stars, new restaurant. Farmer Boys has the best breakfast burritos! It has pretty much become a Sunday morning ritual for my sister and I to get their breakfast burritos and fried zucchini. The food is fresh and definitely keeps us coming back. As to some of the other reviewers, yes the drive thru can take a while, but that's because they are making the food fresh! Hello!! This is the same at any other similar location such as a Paul's or Tom's. So to the reviewer that is complaining about the wait, perhaps you can get out of your car and go inside? Or why are you eating at Farmer Boy's so many times (2 days in a row once) if you are so impatient? Doesn't make sense to me! My eggs were broken. Ordered 3 egg breakfast and only got 2 eggs. Bacon wasnt cooked completely. Hash browns were raw. Juay gross all around ill wait for them to get their act together to come back. Sitting on a busy corner the drive thru can quickly be lined into the parking area. The building is new so it's comfortable and clean dining in. That is as far as the good parts go. The food is incredibly awful. Soggy fries that are over-salted and zucchini that is mushy. The burgers are flavorless and if you order guacamole it tastes far from fresh. The bacon is thin and the white bread tasted like wonder bread. Farmer Boys chain is generally a good food chain but I would seek another one if you want the Farmer Boys flavor as this place doesn't deliver. We have given this place 4 tries on completely different days and will never go here again. The service was very friendly and courteous. This review is strictly for their "Farmer's Burger"...not the other menu items. I've eaten at 3 different Farmer Boys locations and this was the first time I tried their Farmer's Burger, which is a double bacon cheeseburger with avocado. This had to be one of the worst hamburgers I've had in a long time. I'm a total hamburger lover and actually, I'm not that picky about burgers...I like most of them and can enjoy different types. But this one was just really bad...from the really bad cold buns (falls/rips apart and can't hold the burger) to the really fatty and undercooked bacon. Most bacon that's placed on burgers is at least crispy..but this one had really fatty bacon that wasn't crispy at all (see pics). The cheese was gross for some reason...it was all totally melted...like it was the cheap kind of American cheese slices you get at the market. I regretted eating this oily and gross burger so I had to run 3 miles later that evening to punish myself. read more

Service was very friendly, however the location was pretty dirty. If they had been busy I would have understood the lack of cleanliness. I am one of 5 only people dining inside, yet every single table has been sticky and uncleaned. Was not happy. Was disappointed in our whole meal fries were limp and cold same with the onion rings. The pastrami sandwich was OK but small for the price. Ordered an omelet and Prescillia was taking my order. I felt like immediately she had a lot of attitude when she said ok you want the Denver omelet and I asked what's in it she immediately sounded irritated. I got to the window and she basically threw my food into my window it was in ny car in my lap before I could even ask for condiments. I didnt move my hands even and I asked can I have ketchup and salt and pepper please and she said "mhm" and rolled her eyes. This has become one of my favorite breakfast place. The portion goes right with the cost. I substituted toast for fruit. And I got a full plate of fruit, not the little bowls you get at other places. I was at the drive through lane behind one of those humongous ford trucks with the extra large "arch support" wheels. I was about. 5 feet away from the ordering station, and not able to see the menu; all I could hear was the person on the (?) intercom, "welcome to farmers. May I take your order?" repeatedly.
