So I just ordered with my bf (drive thru). We strictly asked for the same meal with no pickles. we got to window and we're told only one of our burgers had no pickles this changes the whole taste of the burger in which we hate . So I kindly asked for them to be removed the lady working asked "you don't wanna remove them yourselves ?" We stated no . And I repeated myself kindly if they could remove them she stated "fine but it's gonna take a while" with the worst tone to which I responded "That's fine ." She spoke loudly and I heard her tell the cook " take out the pickles I told them to do it themselves but they don't want too!" The cook responds "are you serious right now ?" Literally took seconds she came rushing with our food and she basically tossed our bag of food at us . We then quickly asked for honey mustard rudely back and she was trying to avoid us saying she already gave us some when she gave us ranch we didn't even want ranch . She aggressively shoved the honey mustard and she made rolled her eyes at us. It's not a big deal but that lady had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

great food better than average service here. food is always great at all locations. sunday aug 21 my wife and i went in ordered denver omlette sourdough bread and potatoes. excelent food wife had grilled cheese sanwhich parmesan crusted bread with fries sho loved it. price has gone up quite a bit but so has other places. the thing about farmer boys it they have high quality food always. the only thing i could knock them for is they dont have real butter. margerine is the only option . we wont eat margerine so tell them when u order or else they with put it on toast with breakfast. great place to eat for dinner as well . two thunbs up read more

This place is terrible. I ordered online and it said to pick it up inside at the mobile order shelf. I got to the restaurant to find the doors locked. My credit card had already been charged and I received a confirmation email. I went to the drive thru and they told me to pull forward. Waited in the slowest moving drive thru line ever, only to be met with confusion when I arrived at the window. They had no record of my order. I had to show them my email confirmation and wait for them to cook our food. So much for saving time by ordering ahead. To top it off, when we got home, the order was wrong. What is it about restaurants that seem to think a dime sized blob in the middle of bread constitutes "buttered". Oh and don't look for anything like real butter here. (Second time this has happened to me at this location) I went after work last night, a Saturday night (about 20 minutes before they closed) and the girl said thank you for choosing farmer boys and I laughed and said I thought you were closed, so she says one minute please.. actually we're closed, sorry. The First review came 11 months prior on my chicken salad soup (so much water in the container it needed a new classification). Today I'm writing about the breakfast burrito I ordered today. When we contacted them to bring us the missing items, they said they would prepare them but that we would have to pick it up. Are effing kidding me??!! I have been going to this Farmer Boys since they opened. Everyone there has always been helpful. And the owner Sam will always stop what he's doing just to come over and say hello. If I ask for extra dressing for my salad, they don't charge me. All of the workers there serve with a smile. read more

Great food, great service, very professional staff. On a recent visit, there was a point of sale issue. The cashier Sal and manager Liz took care of the problem, both were very apologetic and provided a complementary food item. I highly recommend this location. The food here is pretty good for a fast kinda place! This is one of the few locations I've seen that's outside the Riverside area it seems like that's generally the only area u see Farmer Boys. I've been to a few of their locations over the years and have never had anything bad to say the foods always been good a bit pricey for a drive-thru but not too outrageous. Their onion rings are pretty good they have a good flavor that goes well with their own brand ketchup. My Farmer Boys burger was delicious crisp bacon and just the right amount of sauce and pickles. Next time I'm going to have to try the fried zucchini cause if its done right its one of my favorites! They have a pretty big menu that consists of burgers, sandwiches, Breakfast, and a number of other things. I'll definitely be hitting up this location again as its one of the few places that's next to Honda Center that you won't be waiting an hour for your food! read more

This drive thru experience was terrible. Placed my order and repeated it twice, two of the same combo meal. When I got to the window the attendant, Fernanda, took my card and swiped it and handed it back without giving me an itemized receipt. She passed me my beverage and I asked her for my second one. She immediately got defensive and gave me a lot of attitude. She said I ordered only one. I reminded her I ordered two of the exact same meal. The lady working behind her making the shakes could be heard taking in our direction. She asked me what my order was. I repeated to her that it was the same exact meal, twice. "But, I'm asking you" was her response. She still insisted on me repeating my sides and shake order. We waited at the window and then asked us to move up front to wait. They didn't have our order complete so it's understandable. After waiting in the front for a while the manager came out and handed us our food. I was about to drive away until my partner identified that they gave us only one meal. I had to get out of the car to go speak to Rose, the manager, about my food. She seemed just as confused and went back to the window attendant and realized half the order was on a cold counter. I didn't want to get off the car. We drive through because of COVID and not only did I have to get out of the car, we get home and half the food is cold and inedible and the other half is hot but honestly I don't feel safe eating it. We all have seen big changes with Farmer Boys over the last few years....they have updated their restaurants, improved their menu items and have really improved their image but the area I most want to discuss is their staff. It is clear that a lot of effort has been made to ensure a great customer experience. This must come from an excellent training program driven by a philosophy of providing excellence in customer service. Does this really matter at a "fast food" ( I'm sure they hate that term) restaurant??? Absolutely! Yesterday, my wife and I stopped by for lunch and placed our order. There was a little confusion with the order and to correct the issue the counter associate, then later the Assistant Manager and even later the general Manager went out of there way to make sure we were happy....and all of this attention was made without any fuss from us. Since this place is only two blocks from my office, I thought I would try it again. It was Monday, March 14 at 2:30 PM . The last time was disappointing to say the least. This time I ordered a cheeseburger combo. The bun is still cold but overall it seemed OK. That is until I took my third bite. A yellow plastic tie that holds bun bags closed crushed between my teeth. I was so disgusted I didn't even go up to ask for my money back. I left the food there walked out, dumped my Coke in their parking lot about never to return again. I have only visited one of the Farmer Boys and I was in Murrieta, CA. This one didn't seem as clean as inviting as that one. This one also had the new advertised double patty chili cheeseburger. It was nothing like what was advertised nor what was pictured. There was barely any chilling on that burger at all. But on the other hand, the chili cheese fries had a good amount. Took a bit to place and get order. The price was a bit high, but not bad. The flavor level of the burger was ok, nothing to write home about. Overall, 3 stars is fair. read more

I don't normally go to Farmer Boys, but when I do, its normally for their fried zucchini because they have the best, or so I thought. Other Farmer Boys know how to make their fried zucchini. I went through the drive-thru got home in 5 minuets and the zucchini was extremely soggy and the batter was fallen or not even coated correctly. I was so disappointing. They didn't even taste that good because the batter wasn't covering enough. Another problem I had was that I waited almost 10 minutes in the freaking drive-thru which is ridiculous. Came in to this Farmer Boys drive thru today around 4. Didn't leave until 4:25!! Yeah, you read that right! No one ahead of me in the drive thru at all! First they tried giving me the wrong order. They realized it was wrong. Then they gave me what was supposed to be the correct order but upon pulling away I realized it was incorrect. Pulled back in and was given yet another incorrect order. Finally after 25 minutes I was eventually given the correct order. How you mess up someone's order three times when they're the first car in the drive thru with only two cars behind them and those cars pulled in a good 5 minutes after is beyond me. Wasn't impressed. Tried the Farmer Boy Burger combo for around $10. Burger was on the dried side, bun wasn't soft, to be honest, Carl's Jr Famous Star taste much better. Omelet was just okay for around $7, comes with tomatoes and side of toast. Also got Chilli fries for $4, that's about the only thing was tasty. Décor - 4 stars, new restaurant. Farmer Boys has the best breakfast burritos! It has pretty much become a Sunday morning ritual for my sister and I to get their breakfast burritos and fried zucchini. The food is fresh and definitely keeps us coming back. As to some of the other reviewers, yes the drive thru can take a while, but that's because they are making the food fresh! Hello!! This is the same at any other similar location such as a Paul's or Tom's. So to the reviewer that is complaining about the wait, perhaps you can get out of your car and go inside? Or why are you eating at Farmer Boy's so many times (2 days in a row once) if you are so impatient? Doesn't make sense to me!
