So today I went to get a salad and decided to try their grilled chicken Cobb salad. I also paid $5 extra for extra crispy chicken, so I got both grilled and crispy. Asked for 3 sides of ranch. OMG! The service was awful. When my husband and I arrived there for breakfast. The cashier/drive-thru cashier was so jumpy. We finally decided what we wanted to order. I told him I wanted breakfast burrito with meats. He said no meats at all. My husband asked him what kind of omelet on special deal. Again he was so rude he does not understand. We were very clear. Ladybugs are good for the garden, but not what I want in my $10 Southwest salad! Yes, I popped the lid and there it was, cruising around on my "chicken" and lettuce. Makes me wonder how clean their lettuce and other vegetables are if live insects are still on them. Also, according to their website, their salad is "loaded with grilled all natural chicken breast." They used to use real chicken breast, but now it's just cold, processed cheap "meat" with fake grill marks. I went during their happy hour and purchased my 9 dollar chicken combo, Chicken strips @ $3, zucchini $2, onion rings @ $2 and a big cheese @ $5. Total Bill is 21. *** I was specific with the intercom guy (Alexus) I had two coupons *** I get to the window, he takes my bank card and I realize he didn't take my coupons. He charges me 27-28 dollars...Here's our exchange.. Me: uhh I had coupons Alexis: umm you didn't give them to me so I ran your card Me: what? Well can you reverse it? You didn't ask for them Alexis: you didn't tell me you had coupons Me: what!?
