I really enjoy eating here. The atmosphere is fun, food is good, and the drinks are delicious. Yesterday we wanted to go to breakfast, but didn't want to drive to downtown Puyallup. Outside of the Original Pancake House and The Hanger there isn't much down by us for breakfast. I just happened to remember seeing something about them serving breakfast, so we decided to go. There's nothing on Yelp about their breakfast, so we took a chance. The gravy was AMAZING! Honestly I'm a gravy snob and I loved it! The menu had things like Sriracha Benedict and a breakfast Sammi. We got both of those and both were delicious! We will surely return for breakfast! They really need to advertise this because it was only us and one other couple in there lol. read more

I love the pizzas here. I usually make my own with fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, and the best part, a balsamic glaze topping. I'm hoping when the pandemic is done, they'll bring back their crab artichoke dip. The beers and drinks are good here too. read more

We've been to this location a few times and have always had a great time.. Friendly staff, great food, always helpful when it comes to asking questions about the menu/food. They also have a balloon twister that comes in on the weekend and he literally is the best balloon twister I've came across.. He can do anything, no joke! Can you say FOOD POISONING?! I know they say not to blame your last meal, however I haven't hung out with one of my friends in months until this Wednesday and we are both experiencing the most insane,explosive food poisoning we have ever experienced after our shared meal together. After going in on 3/14/18, we ordered what we usually do, a side salad and a small chicken caprese pizza (my girlfriend the same but medium on gluten free crust) we started visiting. We ate the salads, feeling fine, but by the time the pizza came I felt oddly full, even though as a new mom I haven't had a square meal alone this week. So I ate one slice of the pizza and set the rest aside, ignoring my stomach ache because it must be unrelated right? Well after two hours of visiting I now have a pounding headache, am flushed and NEED to leave. By the time I got home I had stomach cramps, was sweating and in a panic. I've spent three days in hell and still am not feeling much better, about to head to the urgent care with my infant because of how horrific I still feel. Our service was great. Every single employee we came across had a nice smile and friendly greetings. Which is very important in chain restaurants like this. If you have poor customer service, I won't hesitate to drive an additional 10 minutes up the street for a different pizza place. But that's not the case here. The pizza was alright the service was so so except for when it was time to pay. The server handed us this tablet device and asked us to sign it while standing there watching us. When it's time to leave a tip for the server he should go off somewhere else not stand right there watching us it was very awkward. Also taking the order on a tablet is very impersonal although it may be quick that way shoot we could of put in our own order if we wanted that. read more

We have been to this Farellis location a few times now and have had a great experience each time. They have large portions and good prices for the amount of food you get. We have 2 toddlers and have noticed they tend to seat us in a section with other families. We appreciate this because it makes us more comfortable that we are around other people that will understand if our kids have "moments" while we are eating. We decided to go out to a restaurant last night just my husband and I. This was the day that Pierce County moved into phase 2. The restaurant was BUSY but every single employee was working hard and together and with a smile in their tone. We saw them going above and beyond to clean, sanitize and maintain social distancing. Definitely in my top 3 places to get pizza locally now. First time there tonight, was not disappointed at all. Pizza was great, did half and half with the Italia and the Our James Favorite - sauces were great, not like your typical red sauce or white sauce. The crust was also was fantastic, soft and not crunchy thin. Also we had a meat calzone as well. Service was great and quick. Atmosphere was also very nice great place to bring family and friends. We will be back! The prices were very comparable to other like pizza places. Also pizza and calzone were standard portion sizes. I'd recommend to anyone to give this place a try. So I am fuming right now, had a reservation at 7:30 for my sons 16th bday party and we are just now finished, we had to ask for our bill , I didn't get a refill on my drink, and the restaurant was not busy at all tonight. A party of two- we came in for a quick lunch before grocery shopping (never shop hungry!). *Seated immediately *Clean bathrooms *My knife was filthy with dried cheese on it and fingerprints that weren't mine. Courteous and friendly server Daniel, replaced it immediately and with a clean one! Dirty dishes happen to good people *House garden dinner salad was lovely with cucumbers, olives, croutons, mozzarella, tomatoes and a decent ranch dressing on the side. * My dining companion had the salad with Loaded Baked Potato Chowder. Soup was rich, big chunks of potatoes, a cheddar type base, bacon and green onions. * I had the gluten free pasta- Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo con Broccoli; which I've had before and was just as delicious this time. This was a refreshing change from the prior Saturday in which I had reserved the side dining room for my sons birthday. We ordered at least 7-8 pizzas and more than half had burnt crusts (to hot in the wood fire ovens or too close). The quality was inconsistent with each pizza. The service from our waiter yesterday was top notch. We did our company appreciation get together here and they had a nice room for all of us to hang out in together. The waiter was on top of our needs for the duration of our stay here while we were all eating and chatting and drinking. He was sure to keep us well hydrated and tummy's full! Majority of restaurants were closing early on Sunday, so we decided since this location didn't close until 12am we'd try it out. It makes me sad to write this bad review I had never experienced and r felt like this about any other restaurant. My husband and I always order our lunch r dinner to go, this past Sunday we decided to go have dinner and dine in so out waiter was really nice the place was clean. So I ordered a Calzone and .y husband ordered the chicken parmesan he took a bite and we found a hair in between the bread and cheese when we call the waiter over it seemed like he didn't believe us caus6he keep trying to find the hair I lost my appetite completely I felt sick to my stomach one more bite and my husband would of had hair for dinner ewwww. Manager told the waiter he wasn't going to add our meals in the check only the drinks. I'm upset because the manager didn't came to our table and I checked every single employee and not one was wearing a hair net guys and Gals hair was loose. I don't know much about food handling but I do know this if I worked at a restaurant by law employees have to be clean hair must be comed and brush and chef's need to use gloves.
