Awful service! We waited 5 minutes at the hostess booth to be greeted. After ordering it was 15 minutes to get our pitcher. Once we got it it was about an inch and a half below the brim (shorted at least half a beer). The food did come quick but with none of the kids amendments promised in the menu, such as breadsticks and carrots. My daughters spaghetti had standing water at the bottom and looked more like a soup. Also her meatball was cold in the center. When the food arrived we had only 2 plates and one napkin for 4 people. The pizza was good but Luke warm. But I can get better service and food for half the price at Route 66. Not going back. read more

I tried this restaurant back in April of 2016, and I was less than impressed. Well after hearing people talk it up i tried to give another location a try. Maybe my facebook review last year wasnt enough, so I will try to get my point across on yelp. Let me say this, the food was good, and it didnt take as long to get our food. The thing that stood out was the poor service. My husband and I got this rude woman whose name I still cant pronounce right. And let me tell you, Bronwyn is snappy if you say her name wrong. On top of that she barely paid attention to our table, and when it came to ordering she was completely focused on my husband. It truly made me uncomfortable being around her. I thought this was a family restraunt? Why would you hire someone who completely dismisses someones wife and focuses on the husband. Even my husband was made uncomfortable by her constant leers. Cheap pizza at an expensive price. For the price we paid, I expected to see a pizza loaded with toppings. Instead we got a pizza short on meat and cheese--a sign of cost cutting. Seems like a great place to eat with family. I on the other hand did take out. I called in my order and went to get it. I walked in and was greeted by the very nice door staff. I told them I had a to go order and they promptly went and retrieved my order. They proceeded to check me out when i told them that they forgot something and they reviewed my order and then ran to get my desert and then checked me out again. After she rang me up they told me the price and I was astonished by how expensive it was. I got a 12" Octoberfest pizza with a Apple Crumble and the price was almost $26. Very small amount of food for a very high price tag. The pizza wasn't very good and the Apple crumble was a tiny portion with a high price tag. Will not be going back to this restaurant any time soon. read more

I've been to farrelli's a couple times before and it was fine, my girlfriend and I went in tonight and sat in the bar they had a guy set up singing karaoke very loud but we looked past that we ordered out drinks which were really good then it took our waitress Beth a very long time to come take our food order, so when she did come we ordered both our appetizer and dinners all at once, it was a simple order of garlic bread and two salads, they took FOREVER to get to our table when they did my girlfriend requested a side of ranch, we sat in wait for another ten minutes or so and when it still didn't come we got up and left the two GROSS salads on the table and proceeded to the front desk to pay for the drinks and bread, our waitress still hadn't noticed we left the table.... Two young men came to try and process our order but did not know how then Beth showed up and tried to remove the salads from the order still hadn't addressed us or inquired about our visit and why we were unhappy and leaving, she also did not know how to remove the salads! She said she needed to find a manager so she left and I watched her get the help she needed then she started toward me and turned around to walk the other way! I was in shock so I threw my hands up In The air so she came back towards me notably irritated, processed my card and told me to "have a good night". I'm so upset at the lack of customer service! Sat down at the bar on Friday with my girlfriend for dinner and drinks at a Farelli's not packed with freshly minted 21 year old college kids. The bartender greeted us promptly, took our drink orders and gave us menus. After that he must have forgotten about us because he didn't take our food order for like 15-20 minutes. Surprising because we were sitting right in front of his face. I remember thinking how awesome his beard was. So he takes our food order. Salads take 20 minutes to come out. My entree came out 30 minutes after salad... And it was the wrong thing. Maybe dude was having a bad day but this was their Friday night crew. Extremely unimpressed and do not plan to go back anytime soon. read more

You could go blind with this pizza, trying to find the mozzarella cheese on it. I ordered a 12" three topping. It took 20 min. Strange for wood fired unless the oven was running low at 450 which I suspect. The green pepper and mushroom did not have a char on them and the Italian? sausage had no fennel in it and was pre cooked which made it extremely dry. Save the $18.00 walk next door to Safeway and get 2 to 3 rising crust pizzas. They'll taste better and you'll save on a tip. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. We used to come here all the time and eat in the bar for happy hour. Food was good and service was always good. This has changed lately. The last two times we have eaten in the dining room service has been horrible. 10 minutes to be greater, 15 minutes to get a refill on a drink, and multiple servers within one dining experience. Basically the servers are disorganized and have no idea what's happening. Both visits the restaurant wasn't very busy and last time we were there I counted 5 table with diners. No reason for service to be so horrible. Last time I ate in the bar with a few friends, our server created us and then literally disappeared for the remainder of the time we were there. We had to flag down a different tables server just to get a drink. Then tonight we ordered a pizza to go and they messed it up so we had to wait for them to re fire another pizza. They were nice about it, but just a novice mistake for such a large pizza joint. Needless to say, management needs to make some changes or you shouldn't bother checking them out. read more

Skip Farrelli's and just order Pizza Hut! It took 40 minutes to get our food which was not even as good as Digorno. Seriously, $23 for a cheese pizza! We have been to this location 3 times and none of those 3 experiences was any good. I feel like a fool for giving them so many chances. We ordered the 2 sodas, artichoke dip, personal veggie pizza, and a 16" cheese pizza. The total was $58! I don't mind spending money when dining out but this experience was totally not worth it. The pizza was not hot. The dip was grainy but tasted okay. We had to ask twice to get plates and silverware. We actually watched as our pizza sat under warming lights for several minutes before being brought to us. My veggie pizza was bland but at least this time they didn't burn it this time. The crust was soggy. My son only ate one slice of his pizza. Time spent with him was the only good thing about this dinner read more

We love the Fredrickson Farrelli's! Consistently great service and food! This night was no different. Our server Abby-Jo went out of her way to give us great service! We chose to build our own pizza and asked for uncooked green peppers and green pepper which in our experience has been hard for some pizza places to get right. They not only got it right but made sure even the presentation was perfect. The crust "rolled" a little when they took it out of the oven so they made us a whole new pizza ! We also had a salad with the house dressing - LOVE the salad dressing (which is a kind of balsamic )! My youngest made her own pizza, which is her favorite thing on the menu. They went out of their way to make her happy. We WILL be back!!! read more

We just moved into this neighborhood and saw Farrellis it was our first time there, Very nice atmosphere, clean, and the bar is very nice as well. We had drinks, which they do serve the moscow mule in the copper cup one of my favs and it was very good. our server was very attentive also gave us a card to earn points on all visits, We were very pleased with our server the Pizza is Awesome it was a very pleasant experience we do plan on making this one of our spots.. The pizza was great as always, but we were very disappointed in the macaroni and cheese. We tried both the regular, and the spicy sausage version. They were both cold, runny, and lacked flavor. Additionally, there was no indication that it was, "Fire- Roasted" as it says on the menu. read more

The first time I tried this new store was about a week after opening, the second was about three weeks later. Both times my pizza was undercooked and doughy. I have now tried four of the local Farrelli's restaurants (Tacoma, Parkland, Sumner, and Fredrickson) and have not once had even a decent slice of pizza. The prices are also outrageous compared to other local pizza joints like The Harmon Hub or The Rock where the pizza is actually fully cooked and very tasty. I feel like the management and owners have lost touch with the community and are only here to make money. read more
