Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. After my oil change, they forgot to put my engine splash shield back on properly. The very next day, while picking my mom up from the airport, I heard a loud crash while driving. I pulled over and saw the shield dragging on the pavement. I had to lie on the hot ground and try to pop it back into place myself. In the process, I cut my hand and still had to deal with it falling off two more times before I even got home. In over 10 years of car ownership, I've never had something like this happen. Later that night, I got a notification that my oil had been overfilled. When I brought the car back the next day, they admitted that the bolts for the splash shield were never put in, and yes--they had overfilled the oil. But the worst part? Three weeks later, I took my car to the dealership and found out that the oil cap had not been put on properly, and my car had been leaking oil the entire time. Absolutely nothing was done right, and no manager ever contacted me about any of this. I've truly never had such a bad experience with car service in my life. I'll never go back to Valvoline, and I highly recommend others avoid them as well. Also my dealership is significantly cheaper.

Andrew and his team are THE greatest. This is, by FAR, the best place I've ever taken my car to. For many years before moving north, he provided great service for my vehicles.
