I enjoyed all of their fried apps, dumplings, egg rolls and tempura were great, but I wasn't a fan of the chicken katsu, it was dark meat and very tough, I could have sworn it was pork, also didn't like the cold sushi rice, I would have preferred it warm. An incredibly disappointing experience at this place. The food was great but the experience was an absolute nightmare. At my first visit I was told that they were only taking reservations and that if I was a party of one I was NOT allowed to order all you can eat. I came back after making a reservation and left a $20 tip on a $26 tab. At the end of the meal I was also told that reservation cannot be made for parties of 1. That being said the next time I came to visit I was sure to bring someone with me. I went to order all you can eat while the person I was with went to order edamame. I was then told that doing so wasn't allowed and that we either had to both order individual sushi or both had to order all you can eat. I've been to all you can eat sushi spots all over the Orange County and this is the 1st time I've ever seen this enforced at this level. One of the workers went to tell me this is customary at many sushi restaurants he's been to... yet wasn't able to let me know the name of a single one of them. I have been coming to this place for about three and a half years now, it is my absolute favorite for when I crave sushi or anything fish related. I love eating raw or cooked fish (I could eat it every day), and to me this place has the freshest fish I have ever consumed. Literally every two weeks I track my paycheck so I know if I have enough to splurge on their all you can eat (which I have to get every time, it's so worth it with all the things I can eat, literally in HEAVEN when it's fat fish night). I could go on and on about how amazing and tasty their food is, but I also have to give a shout-out to the staff there. They are one of the kindest, chill, and welcoming people I have ever met in a restaurant environment. They are so sweet, they even bring us little sides of avocado and rice for my 8 month old to try! Anytime I have family or friends coming from out of town, I always make them come here to this special place! Some things to know if you were thinking of AYCE: 1.) Everyone has to agree to AYCE (this is to avoid someone mooching off a person who ordered AYCE but they didn't, which happens OFTEN in other places) 2.) They will require a reservation to book AYCE (helps them prep, you order in waves of 3 so they try to prep each wave for your table at the same time). I've found that other establishments have started or have already begun to pick up these requirements for AYCE to make it a smooth and sincere experience for both customers and restaurants. This place has AYCE for $25. Better to come with a bigger group so you can share the dishes. You can order up to 3 times and you mark off what you'll like on a piece of paper. My friends and I loved the Baked Monster Roll. It looked like a huge blob when we got it but it was actually really delicious. It was hard to see the roll though because it was covered by so much stuff so we were blindly picking up bits and pieces of the dish. The Golden Tiger was also an interesting one because it felt like the rice was fried so instead of it being granules it was all mashed together. Also for some of the rolls, ingredients were not evenly dispersed. For example for our California Roll, there was one piece where it was just crab meat. Our salmon roll also had pieces where it was just a tiny little bit of salmon and a thin slice of cucumber. 3/5 STARS- Quality of the fish is okay but they do have some unique rolls. read more

I love sushi and regularly get sushi, I think i can say this is my new favorite place. I had 7 rolls and 2 jalapeño bombs 3 seaweed salad and 1 spicy tuna crispy rice all amazing.
