Spent a little over $40 bucks for two large fatburgers with cheese and three fries. Couldn't get one ranch for free. Worker said he hates they can't use discretion. He said Store policy. Keep in mind the manager or owner was right there but I know it's not the employees fault. I've been to several and it was policy but based on the amount spent they still gave me at least one because of etiquette and they knew it wasn't an unreasonable. On top of that they have the Smart and Final First Street ketchup in the bottle with a dispenser screwed on the top. That doesn't make my experience feel like it's worth the cost. At least put it in a ketchup dispenser with no store label unless it's Hienzs or something comparable instead of rubbing in our face your using value brand condiments but charging premium cost. Last, I grew up as child eating Fat Burgers in Los Angeles and it tastes far from the good Los Angeles locations. Not even as good as the Vegas or Hesperia locations. I'll never go back to this location and will discourage all my friends in the area from this location. I've managed businesses and I fortunately had the witz to use customer service to build business instead of lose business. Yes, considering the flavor wasn't even there, that additonal cost for one ranch is a big deal to me. Hope that .82 cents (w/ tax) for the ranch was worth it. Will never be back. I understand prices are high everywhere right now but this place aside from having high prices has their machine set up so that you have to pick a tip amount and you can't by pass it. The cheapest option is 15% and that meant a $12 tip from me to the owner who I bet doesn't even hand it down to the employees. Also no where in the restaurant does it state anything about charging extra for card payments, what kind of fast food place does this anymore? Who carries cash now days. Unfortunately this was the worst Fat Burger I have ever gone to. I took my kids and it was just the worst food. I got the kids meal for my daughter and it was 12 dollars for the tiniest burger I have ever seen. My son got the western burger and it was probably the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I got the buffalo boneless wings and they were about the size of a quarter. It was 80 dollars. The gentleman working there is the only reason I give it 2 stars. He was friendly and a good worker. We were the only people in the restaurant and he served us then was cleaning the floors. He was friendly and helpful. But the food was just not worth 80 dollars. We hit up Fatburger every once in a while. The food is typically very good and fresh but also pricey. They do have Vegan shakes and impossible burgers for vegetarians and they can also make you a grilled cheese if you would like. They used to have impossible nuggets which I liked a lot but I guess they weren't selling well so they discontinued them. Overall the atmosphere in the store is nice and the service is always good and friendly. If you want to put a good burger place into rotation that is better quality than you typical fast food, give Fatburger a try. read more

I was so surprised by this spot. The service was top tier. Just welcoming and friendly service. They were so patient with my children's and my indecisiveness lol. There's ample counter top and regular table seating inside and a few tables outside for dining. Tried a new place after the movies. The cashier was friendly and helpful. It's a cute little place to come to have burgers and wings. I'm pretty picky with my chili cheese fries but I have to say their chili is pretty darn good. I like that they have two kinds of fries you can select from. I like skinny instead of the wedge size. The chili is not sweet and there's no beans in them and it's not spicy. The lemon pepper wings were okay and not the best I've had. I like my wings crispy. The burgers are so so and not what I expected. They have relish in them and I didn't care for it. The burger didn't have much flavor and was extra crispy so not sure if that was done on purpose. Slowesttttt service ever! Had only one person in front of us who ordered two items. Went in at 12:05pm and was handed my son's kids' meal to go at 12:36. The man who took our order was also the one preparing the food, not sure if that's a common thing at Fatburger but I found it quite strange. UPDATED REVIEW: Thats not correct Moe. My husband called me at 6:52 saying you were disputing the fries and I could hear you (or your employee) arguing saying "no fries". At which point I sent him a copy of the receipt which clearly showed the fries were ordered and paid for. If you'd at least own up to the bad service without lying we'd maybe consider coming back but between that and the terrible, crusty burgers, we're definitely not returning. Ok now I have a lot to say about this particular location. I usually love going to fat burger and getting my food. But today crossed the line. When i, went to I got something to eat and when I was going to eat my fries. They were cold, hard, and stale. Like, it was so hard I could barely eat them. So I asked the "manager" nicely if I can have my fries warm and he responded rudely saying ..NO we're not like other restaurants where we serve it to you. We just freshly make them." At first I said no I won't make a big deal of it but then I decided to go back in with my sister and according to her, the manager kept yelling at her and being mean but when I entered in he changed the subject and started being nice to her. When I came out with her, she told me that he was yelling at her and came out crying to me. That's when we told our mom about it and she was pretty concerned why a grown man would treat hungry innocent children like that. So my mom came in and decided to try and talk to the manager nicely about it just like I did with the fries. And he started being rude to my mom and started yelling at me and my mom meanwhile my 8-year-old sister and other customers were inside witnessing this, verbally threatening us. It's so sad how people can be so rude these days. This isn't even about the fries anymore, this is about the mean cocky Manager and his nasty attitude towards customers. Mo,is it? You don't come and threaten my family and think you are superior above all of us then get away with it. I will be getting in contact with the supervisor by tomorrow morning. Summer is definitely here! I have 3 recommendation for my fellow Yelpers. 1. Get out of the heat and go see a movie! Fyi, "Top Gun" (the new one) is a very good movie. 2. Resist the fresh popcorn that smells freaking amazing. (Save yourself for lunch) Well ok, we got the free refill bucket popcorn and it rocked, but this is California after all ... "Do as I say, not as I do" (Yes, political humor) 3. Satisfy your burger craving at Fat Burger! I can't remember the last time we ate at a Fat Burger. Freshly made to order and good quality beef on a soft bun. Juicy, thick and perfectly charred. We ordered the Xxl and the original 1/3 lb burger. Yes, you'll pay a little more but the satisfaction is well worth it. This burger play will be my "go to" routine whenever I come to watch a movie this summer. Sent my 7 year old with his 17 year old brother to get a shake because he hadn't been feeling well. I forgot to turn on the credit card and it declined. The lady there today first ignored my boys when they walked in for five minutes then the card declined so my son had to call me to turn it on. They were sooo rude to my kids they were so embarrassed and walked out even though I was able to turn the card on within 40 seconds. I would love to talk to a manager or owner and share more about the experience and this lady who mistreated my kids. Kids went Nextdoor and got gelato. I have been a fan of Fatburger but had not eaten at one for years since the other Corona location closed years ago. I reserved seats for movie at the Starlight and waked over for dinner before my movie started. The menu appeared to have the items I remember plus buffalo wings. I decided on an order of Buffalo Wings and Chili Cheese fries with the fat fries. The others had wings as well but different flavors. The wings looked great and tasted great; they were fried and had crispy skin on the outside and could taste the vinegar and the butter in the sauce. The Fat Chili Cheese Fries were quite small and I was disappointed about that; however, they tasted great. I did not complain as I knew that I would be eating popcorn in the theater afterwards. Fatburger is not inexpensive so be prepared for your wallet to get thinner if you eat here with a family of four. The food is still good and I love that you can add a fried egg to your burger. Unfortunately Fatburger get a 3 star review, they had the funnel cake fries on their napkin dispenser and been out of them for a long time. The first time they said they were out and now they are saying they no longer sell them. Yet they are still advertising. So this location was not as good as the other one in Corona, so the consistency is not there, onion rings were oily and a little soggy. Patty was not as flavorful as the other location, one thing I rate them higher is their customer service, overall it's pricey and for it to be just meh! Just grill some parties at home! read more
