I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The old man who works there is EXTREMELY RUDE. He dumped half of his inventory of seasoning on my friend's chicken strips until it was INEDIBLE. My friend said in these words "I'm so sorry, but there's so much powder on it and it's making my stomach hurt." Before she could ask if he'd make it without seasoning, he said "I TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE HOT." Then stormed off. My friend says "It's not the heat. Tried this place from a recommendation from a friend as they told us their impossible burger was better than the beyond burger. I ordered their xxl burger which was 1 pound in weight and my girlfriend ordered their impossible burger. Each burger was about 10 dollars each which does not include any fries or drinks. I feel like I can get a better deal at in and out for the amount I paid here. Their burger was good but not worth 10 dollars to me. They could have seasoned the meat more. My girlfriend liked her impossible burger but said it was a little dry and it wasn't as good as the impossible burger. The cashiers are energetic and courteous and make sure they get your order correct. The manager is very personable with people and greets you while you are in line or after you've ordered. The manager also goes around periodically and asks guests if they enjoyed their meal and if there was anything that would have improved their experience. YES!!!! Finally an establishment that cares about customers feedback. I think it's great that the manager does that. He also makes sure you get your picture on the wall of fame if you tackle the biggest burger they've got with fries. Food challenges are always fun. The food is great!!! This is not your average burger joint. The food is on point every time. I've been the FATBURGER 3 times how and I'm in love! I totally get that places are closed during the COVID-19 shutdown. That's totally understandable, but when your store location is closed completely until further notice, it might be a good idea to mark that on places like Google and Yelp , instead of saying you are open for takeout and delivery. First time ever at a Fat Burger. I took our family here for lunch. Parking isn't bad and they have outdoor seating too. Inside was clean and we were the only customers at first and then it got crowded within 20 minutes. Not a great menu....very confusing to have the hamburger menu options painted on the wall, but fries and sides on the digital screen behind the register. Hamburger menu does have prices....or the add ons. Staff was friendly and the food was good. It reminds me a lot of habit hamburgers. Ok I had always heard about Fat Burger so I thought I'd give them a try. They were located right by my hotel. Went in a dinner time (6pm) two people cooking burgers and no one manning the register. The person was on a bathroom break no big deal when you got to go you got to go. He finally showed up to man his station. I had a couple of questions, my first time remember, he answered them but seemed like my questions were bothersome. Took me a bit to pull the information out of him so I decided to order. I got the 1/2 pounder with steak FF (thick) and a drink. My meal came out after a reasonable amount of time. First my bun was cold ??? It was cracked like it was stale or on its way. This was confirmed later to be going stale. I was able to pick that off. The burger was dry, lacked flavor and overall not good. The FF were nothing special standard salted FF. The dining area was not clean the serving trays were stacked up and the flip lid on the trash can near the drink area was disgusting. Several tables needed to be wiped and floors needed sweeping. Now when I arrived there were a total of 4 food there so NOT busy. This would have been the time to clean the front of house up. By the time I left the line had grown. I have 2 stars because it was edible but below average but don't recommend this place. Honestly McDonalds new burgers are much better. Go there or In and Out if you want a decent burger. Now I may try it again in a month or so because hey everyone has a bad day. read more

This was a very first time I've ever been to a fat burger. I got their spicy chicken strips because I love spicy food, especially spicy chicken. Not only did it cost me $20 for three little chicken strips and a very tiny thing of fries , instead of just it being a spicy breading, it was a chicken strip that was already cooked and breaded and then just completely caked on with a spice powder. The powder was sticking onto my fingers and staining them. And when you shook the chicken, the powder came off. It wasn't spicy. It's just the amount of powder was making me sick. I couldn't eat it. When I went to the cashier, the cashier and the cook were extremely rude to me saying "well I told you it was spicy". I informed him that the spice wasn't the problem. It was the caked on powder. The guy then proceeded to pick up one of my chickens and shake it and saying it's fine. And when I continue to try to talk to them, they both just turned and walked away from me. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Disgusting food and very little of it for what it costed. I will never be back. My 4 yr old and I got food poisoning here. The burger had zero flavor. It didn't even taste like meat. The fries were fine, but then again fries are hard to mess up. The chicken nuggets were good and they were actually chicken and not "chicken" (think McDonald's). ALL the drinks from the fountain machine tasted funky. Like maybe the machine was calibrated weird. We tried like four different drinks and they all tasted off. Unfortunately, as we were leaving my stomach started cramping. I brushed it off. Half way home, I knew we had to race home or there would be some bad stuff happening in the car. My cousin and I came in to try the impossible burger. This stuff is making its way to more and more restaurants and it's great. In comparison to the other restaurants that offer the same or another variation of the impossible burger, I enjoyed the thickness and size of the one here. the texture is on point, while the flavor is a little lacking in contrast to the other variations I've had. I also dislike how they charge extra for cheese. Cheese should be included on every burger. But Fatburger is a business, and I get that. Buttttt I mean commonnn. Really? Anyways, I do recommend the impossible burger to both carnivores and herbivores. Few people said it tastes just like In-N-Out.
