Used to frequent this location at least once per week or more. Service was friendly and the place was clean and well kept. Stopping in tonight on a whim has cured me of going back. Slow counter/order service, very slow in delivery orderd at 5:09 and received at 5:34 and I know it is fresh but when drive in always take precedent dine in customers suffer. Delivered order to table was wrong and condiment bar was under filled and the large ketchup dispenser empty until I brought it to their attention. The last issue is what happened to the Fatburger theme of Rock and Roll and light hearted upbeat music. I am not a fan of Rap and Hip Hop and listening to this music just ruined the whole visit. Might as well remove the Icon pictures off the wall and replace them with BIG, Tupac, Snoop and all the other gangsters of music. This location is horrible. The staff are very very rude! If you have a special request such as something as simple as no pickles they still manage to screw it up. I recently visited the location on Sunset and Mountain Vista when I placed my order before I could finish the employee gave me my total. When I said I needed something else his reply was "hold on since you want to order something else."Once he added the items he then said "are you sure you don't want a drink? I mean really." This is the last time I will ever frequent this restaurant. The outside parking lot and menus are disgusting. The manager should be absolutely embarrassed as well as the company itself for such an awful representation of the Fatburger brand. read more

I live close by, but don't dine here nearly as often as I would like. What I truly love about this place, is their fantastic French Fries, because they are the huge STEAK FRIES that you never find in conventional "fast food" establishments. I had to review them at 3 stars on this trip due to tables being dirty, foul smell, and ladies bathroom overflowing while there are less than a handful of customers. Ate here during lunchtime rush (12:15). They had 2 employees working. One cashier and one cook. Their computer system is so old they can't split cash and card for the customer in front of me. Dont go to the Fatburger inside of Sunset Station. Ordered a fatburger and a double fatburger. I saw them when they went on the grill. Some already formed patty thin as McDonalds cheeseburger. I'm talking thin. Something told me to just cancel the order and get my money back because you know Fatburger is a little pricey. I wish I would have. Fatburger starts with a ball of meat that's pressed on the grill and cooked. They're false advertising because there is no way the patties they're using are a 1/3 lb. I dont know if the hotel is being cheap or if its the franchisee but they're not serving real Fatburgers in there. Stay away from there unless you want to get pissed off. I'm a huge Fat Burger fan. I've never gone inside this location on sunset but I frequent it after work on the way home at night. They routinely deliver the same excellent service and food every single time I come. I love their hamburgers. I'm not a big fan of In N Out. It may take a little longer than most people prefer as they cook it fresh, but it is worth the wait. Those burgers are juicy, flavorful and delicious. My only complaint is they have a dark parking lot and some lights out. It has an unsafe feel to it. I don't see a lot of women stopping by at night for this exact reason. I know the neighborhood and feel safe here, so I come rain or shine. read more

I was NOT impressed! Give me In N Out over this any day! Thank goodness I was dressed in costume and received 15% off my order. (Their doorway advertisement for Halloween week/weekend). My burger didn't look burnt but it sure tasted burnt. The amount of cheese was poor (1 slice) for $.99, and was pretty tasteless. The pickle/ relish combo I found to be rather ICK! and the fries tasted just like Burger Kings. I wanted Onion Rings, but they didn't have any. I am aware you can build it the way you wish, however being my first time there (and probably my last, I was that unimpressed) I felt I should try the sandwich as it should be. Sierra, the one employee, was the best thing in that whole place! She was GREAT! She brought our food and asked if we needed anything, we asked for Ketchup, which instead of just telling us where it was since it's a serve yourself, she went over and got it for us. She didn't need to do that. She went above and beyond her job just to make our experience more enjoyable. She had a smile on her face the whole time, which was nice compared to the rest of the employees. Give that girl a raise and promotion! Oh, and besides the 10 minute wait in line, because the employees (including the manager on duty) lack of knowledge of the 15% off deal; they clearly have advertised on a sign as you enter Fatburger was ridiculous! First they argued with us about the 15% off, until the employee asked the manager, who then gave us the stink eye, until she waddled her butt to the doorway. Then without any word walked to the back where the line continued to grow as we waited, and waited. She returned and completed the orders after calling her manager asking how to input the discount (probably waking the manager up, but good for them if they don't train their employees properly). Food isn't worth the price. For a family of four we should had driven down the street to Red Robin where the seats were comfortable. Fatburger was run down and not clean for the price we paid. Four burgers, three shakes and two fries was 60.00!!!! The dining room is uncomfortably hot and the chairs are old and uncomfortable. While the food is good, we can get full service at Red Robin or a bigger variety for less at Habit Burger. Or if you are looking for late night burgers, hit the In n Out drive though. Yuck!! I stopped by Feb 23,2018 for a quick lunch. The outside of the building was in really bad shape. When I walked inside it had a stench of raw sewage. I didn't have time to go find something else so I ordered. As I waited for my meal I was appalled at the condition of the place. Everything was filthy dirty form top to bottom, windows, furniture, floors. Another couple walked in and did not even order, she looked around and I heard her say, "this place is really dirty", they walked out. The cook was playing some hip hop music in the back that had vulgar lyrics. Dropping the "F" bomb, and he never changed the station or turned it down, with a young girl eating with her mother in the restaurant.
