    Smashed fatburger

    Trying to figure out how they make and pack their hamburgers that they come out smashed. Got the order wrong. How hard is it to make 3 hamburgers correctly?! So disappointed. Taste was off, didn't taste like Fatburger.

    Burnt onion ring order and a half cut and eaten PLAIN BURGER, that sould have had chili that we paid EXTRA!!

    Burgers are way over priced, and paying extra for chili that either watered down or they never put it on the burger, after paying EXTRA!!! Then I ordered onion rings that were double cooked as it was sitting in the fryer for an order or they do not know how to fry!! Every onion ring was burnt and thew most of them away for a $7 side!! Awful food and we paid $70 for three burgers that NEVER had chili!! GO TO TOMMY'S, if you want a good chili burger and cheaper! NEVER again FATBURGER!! Yes, I could have gone back to complain, but photos and reviews are just as good as well as why argue and wait! The girl we paid had a sorry attitude, and she told me, "Everything is expensive!" It's like she said to duck it up, but this is FATBURGER customer service!! OK, NEVER AGAIN, FATBURGER! As for star(s), it would be zero (0), but you gotta give at least one!

    Awful...awful...awful!! This place needs a SERIOUS makeover from the staff to the food and until that's done I will NOT be back, things are too expensive these days to waste it on this place, save yourself a trip and head to Sunset station if you are craving fatburger. The to go menu to order the guy yells at you with your order and is very short with you "what you want?" My goodness, I hope this place gets help if it wants to keep its doors open, it's very outdated and desperately needs a paint job and don't get me started on that rackity drive thru SMH Burgers were not tasty and fries were old and not worth the amount of money we paid for everything

    Took 45 minutes to get the food and the kids said that that was the worst burger she's ever had. Onion rings were unedible, the western burger was completely dry and overcooked and didn't have much flavor at all. They're severely understaffed with one girl running around take an orders from the cash register and the drive-thru. And a guy cooking burgers one burger at a time. With the unreasonable high cost for the terrible food that we got, we will never be coming back. And I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The one good thing was that the girl behind the counter was very nice

    Last visit here ! cup filled with ice only and stale ass hamburger bun . Too pricy for this service . You have to blew your horn for them to answer the drive thru . 1:00pm on a Wednesday. Guy really nice must be over worked. Other guy outside breaking branches looking at people pulling up to drive thru . Maybe now would not be the best time for landscaping task .

    This was the first time and the last time I go to this Fat burger location. I normally go to the one inside Green Valley Ranch and I've never had any issues but tonight I was dropping my daughter off from some event and this was right there and I had not eaten, so I went through the drive-through which took forever. It took 20 minutes from start to finish for a regular hamburger. I only ordered one meal and it took forever to get, and it was completely wrong. All I asked for was lettuce, tomato, and extra pickle only and I stressed the word only and on the receipt it said extra pickle, only lettuce, only lettuce, which I thought was kind of strange and about 14 minutes later Francisco opened up the window and asked me what I wanted on the hamburger so I told him again that they forgot on the receipt tomato but they put lettuce two times so please have them put tomato. Then I got the food and drove to where I had to go and opened it up and it was smothered in extra mustard and I never even asked for mustard. I took one bite and it made me nauseous. I tried to wipe it off as best I could so I spent 20 minutes in the drive-through only to get my order completely wrong and the burger didn't taste good. It looked like someone took a bite out of it. It was just shaped weird. I'll post a picture and anyway I will never go back to this location. It tasted disgusting and everything was wrong.

    Chicken tenders, absolutely disgusting. I don't know why I thought I'd give them another chance. Close this location & open something actual edible.

    Whataburger, who? In-n-out, what? They both don't compare to Fatburger. This was the first time I've ever tried their food. I ordered via DoorDash and it was cooked quickly and exactly as I ordered (Swiss cheese, mayo& onions) and packaged perfectly. My only gripe is that it's a little pricey, but at least the burger was thick like whataburger's. Their milkshake reminds me of the old McDonald's milkshake (if you remember that sugary goodness). Their fat fries (steak fries) are the way to go, just need a bit more salt (personal preference).

    after i made my order based on pricing on board and on company app i questioned francisco why i was being charged individually for original burger meal vs large meal as shown on receipt and he said how much? i said at least $2.50. my original was being charged for my fries, soda, my burger, cheese, and tax as compared to daughters only large meal and tax & cheese which should be the case for mine. my meal original came to $19.31 and large was $20.35...how is this when advertised original on board and app for $16.19 plus tax and cheese? he then got very rude and said im going to just refund your money i do not want anyone unhappy but im very busy as a large fucking family just came in and i need to deal with that! im at a loss for words...he asked is that what i want? i responded all i want is my $2.50 refund for being overcharged incorrectly and my food so i can be on my way. he asked for my card and refunded money and said go now we dont need unhappy people here@!!! i asked for his name and said it is horrible the way you treat people. let alone your ripping off people, refuse to make good pver $2.50 + for me and then takes his prepared food and does what with it? reuse it for other people? toss it at owners cost, and lose a customer to boot and swears say8ng he has to do his managerial job by fucking serving a family in his restaurant..boohoo your a joke of a manger and give a bad name to to both the store, management, and his staff. you must be a demo...

I mentioned that it was my first time visiting, but that didn't seem to matter. She started firing off questions about my order, and since I had never been there before, I wasn't familiar with the menu. I'm not sure why some restaurants expect first time customers to have everything figured out in a few minutes. Every question I asked seemed to irritate her. She barely made eye contact and acted genuinely bothered that I was there. When I asked what sauces were available, she actually sighed before answering. It's a strange feeling when you're trying to support a business and spend your money there, yet you're treated as though you're inconveniencing the staff. What made the interaction more frustrating is that there wasn't a single person behind me in line. There was no rush, no crowd, and no obvious reason for the impatience. A little courtesy and patience go a long way, especially with first-time customers. As for the food, it looked beautiful in the photos, but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. The boneless wings were overwhelmingly salty. Easily the saltiest thing I've had in a long time. The bone-in wings, however, were flavorful and enjoyable. The fries were well prepared, and they provided a generous serving of ranch, which was appreciated. In the end, the food simply wasn't good enough to justify the attitude. Customer service matters, especially in the hospitality industry. No one is asking for staff to be overly accommodating or put on a performance, but BASIC patience, professionalism, and kindness should be expected. First-time customers will have questions, and that's part of the job. If this business wants continued support from the community, the customer experience needs as much attention as the food. DO BETTER!!!

What I liked as much about Aztec Burgers was how inexpensive the burgers are! The flavor, the size of the portions, and the price were all factors that contributed to such an amazing evening at Aztec Burgers! Aztec Burgers is one of those places I will definitely return to. Before I could finish unbuckling my child, a man wearing an Anthony's Pizza shirt rushed out and said, "You hit my car, you know," in an aggressive tone, standing very close to me. I apologized and explained that I had already checked and saw no damage, and asked him to please give me space so I could safely get my daughter out of the car. He continued holding my car door while assessing his vehicle, which made me uncomfortable and distracted me from tending to my child. He then spoke directly to my daughter, telling her to get out of the car. After she was out, he continued to be rude and condescending, telling me to "watch out for people's cars." He then addressed my daughter in a high-pitched, patronizing tone, asking if she was "okay," while staring at me. The entire interaction felt hostile, unnecessary, and inappropriate--especially involving a small child. I am a responsible person and would have absolutely left my information if there had been any damage. What stayed with me most is that two hours later, my daughter asked why that man was "so mean." That speaks volumes. This was a simple parking lot situation that did not need to escalate the way it did. A shame that this place seems to have good food, I won't be dining here.

The service was incredible, the server was super welcoming, helpful as we were deciding what to order, and in checking in on us to make sure everything was good. The price was fair and absolutely worth it, and we will definitely be back!
