We ordered this for take out since there was a promotion for a BOGO. Otherwise it is roughly $20 for a plate of 4 tacos with rice and beans. I had ordered the carne asada plate. The pickled onion on top was a little too acidic for me, did not work well with the meat as it was savory and did not compliment well. After removing the onion it does taste great on its own, but the star is the unique sauce they provide with it. It is a tangy orange that packs a lot of heat - unfortunately I sweat easy, but it was so addictive that I ended up eating all the sauce, no regrats! If they did not have the BOGO deal, I probably wouldn't go for these again, but that sauce... Maybe.

The 3 meat platter was really good. Loved the rice too. Fish tacos were good; comes with thicker tortilla. I love all the fun ice cream options like the viral fruit shaped ones, fried chicken shaped, and meat looking ones, sad I didn't get to try but I did get their cinnamon cheesecake and it was delicious. Tons of drink options in the fridge too. Liza was at the counter and she was so friendly and helpful at explaining the menu items we asked about. Love the decor and neon signs inside.

Fatima's grill was awesome. Don't be fooled this is a Lebanese / Mexican fusion, extremely unique. They have lots of options, treats and drinks throughout the store. My friends and I ordered the shawarma fries, Cali burrito, and the garlic shrimp fries. All of these were very good but I highly recommend the Cali burrito. Very common dish but Fatima's grill knocks it out of the park somehow. Idk how but he did. The shawarma fries also packs a lot of flavor and highly recommend. The GS fries were good but wish I got a little more shrimp. This place is not the cheapest but definitely get your money's worth in quantity and quality.

I would give it 4/10. I gave this place a second chance but they still fail. Two years ago I had a wrap it was a meh. This time I got a shawarma plate. How can they mess up a shawarma beef and especially the pita bread!?! The place is ok. Ambiance is chill. Im just surprised they allow do a phone order pick up and expect you to order online through doordash which add a lot of fees. Anyway I will not go back.

The tacos were not bad, wish the meat was a little more tender. The sauces are really good. The lebamex sauce is pretty spicy for me but very addictive. The green sauce was more mild. The refried beans were very tasty. The rice wasn't as flavorful, but still pretty decent. I ordered for pick up and it was ready when I arrived. Pick up was smooth, there wasn't a lot of people inside the restaurant. The decorations are pretty neat. Overall, great food and value. Would come again.

The food was on point! It was so good that half of each burrito was eaten before I even thought to take a picture. I love the unique flavor combinations. Inside is a tight fit because the place was constantly moving while we were there, but it was clean and there was a positive vibe from everyone. The owner was at the front and made sure we had a good experience. It was a great place to try. If I lived closer, I'm sure I'd visit regularly.

What a place! Doesn't look crazy from the outside but once you step in it has so much culture and awesome decor. The staff is very helpful and polite but the food speaks for itself. Portions are huge and the flavor is on point. I was not disappointed

I literally just came back eating from here and wanted to leave a deservingly great review for this place. The founder Ali is a nice and welcoming man and definitely a hard worker. He was working the front when I placed my order. My wife and I ordered the three meat platter and I ordered the quesarito surf n turf burrito. The platter was amazing! The chicken was my favorite of the meats. The burrito was huge! Well worth it. And it tasted so good. We left satisfied. Definitely coming back. I want to get the wraps next. I wanted to give props to the founder and compliment him on the good food. I knew I was going like this place once I saw all his Kobe Bryant stuff in his place lol.

Service was cool, I felt rushed but its okay it was around 11:30 and they close around 1 I believe. Overall cool spot, not too pricey.

I order my food ahead of time so I'm not too sure about wait times but the food is pretty dang good! The service is good as well. The ambiance inside from what I experienced is great, decently sized and usually always has customers. I recommend this place, especially if you like throwing hot cheetos on your food!

To Ali & the crew at Fatima's Halal Grill/Fatima's Grill, You guys Doing big things with the fusion of food... #1 in my books!! Even when I first came to your location, you yourself was very welcoming, humble, and so was your staff. I always knew, when I stepped foot in your door, you guys would kill the game... I always told myself, this is the spot!! The menu is excellent, the food prepared was fresh off the grill.. I have many coworkers and friends that have been going to your location trying more than half of what you have on your menu. When they go there, they always bring me a different order weekly. The Desserts are to die for... By far, the best fusion w/ hot Cheetos and other things.. You guys are killing the game when it comes to the food game. First of all, this place does not even deserve one star!!!Stay away from this store. They treat us very very rudely. They did not care about us as a customer. This is the worst customer service experience we ever received in the United States of America. They do not treat customer as the order they have received in the store for providing table for the customers. Their policy does not make sense and when we told them we do not understand your policy. PROS: The shawarma wraps here are so good, especially when you add that spicy reddish-beige sauce (Idk the name). They also have a convenient meat market next to their restaurant. I definately recommend this place if you're into fusion foods like Mexican and Middle East flavors, it's different but so good together. CONS: I wish they were open later especially on weekends, but other than that none. read more

This was our first time coming here and everything exceeded our expectations tenfold. The Lebanese/Mexican fusion was extremely refreshing and original. Being a large group, we ordered many items across the menu and not a single thing disappointed. From the burritos, tacos, shawarma, burgers, and loaded fries, everything looked and tasted absolutely amazing. You could tell that the food was made very fresh with care, passion, and attention to detail. Honestly, you could probably order anything from the menu and leave happy. Fatima is a fantastic cook and an overall awesome lady! However, what makes Fatima's Grill truly deserving of 5 stars, beyond the food itself, was the outstanding service from the owner, Ali. Although we came in with a large group near closing time, Ali was extremely accommodating and patient with us. He treated us as friends and went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. We will definitely make sure to visit as much as possible! read more

The service was terrible, told our party 45 minutes but delivered at an outrageous time. Food was cold, and they refused to warm up the food. Staff was continually disrespectful, and did not respect all customers. Food did not taste good at all, and was severely overpriced. Staff even refused to give napkins to customers. I love all kinds of foods and appreciate a diversity of restaurants in the area, but was severely disappointed by Fatima's Grill. read more

I acknowledge the idea and the inspiration that this restaurant portrays. Although I would say otherwise about the food. I came into the restaurant hoping to receive a good meal. I ordered a birria crunch wrap, a burrito with Cheetos infused as well as a carne asada quesadilla with Cheetos and 2 drinks. All I can say is that you're better off ordering it without the Cheetos on any of the items but it still it isn't an excuse for the meat to be so under seasoned, I'm talking about all 3 of the dishes were so under seasoned. Price for the meal was a whopping $53.00 and the burrito with Cheetos was 14.99 which outrages for some nacho cheese and Cheetos on top. The presentation itself is the only reason why I'd give this place a 1 star, besides that, it's a overhyped restaurant! read more

after seeing an article of Fatima's Grill on LA Eater, we gave Fatima's a try today. I had the falafel wrap and it was uber delicious. falafel was moist, fluffy and flavorful with the crunch of the outside still in tact, INSIDE the wrap. (how!?!! :p yum) everything else that went into the wrap was so so good. i'm not a vegan but if i got to eat stuff like this all the time, i'd seriously be down to turn vegan. i downed my wrap (it's pretty substantial) in one sitting, without any breaks and felt completely satisfied. at the end, all i can say to my lunch mates was "that's the best wrap i've had. probably ever." the last time i had falafel-anything that good and memorable was in 1997 in aix-en-provence, out of a permanent roach coach run by an awesome family. (yes, odd place, but the best indian food i ever had was in england, so go figure). so stoked i found another awesome family place in fatima's! read more

This place is amazing, I didn't want to come here, my friends kinda just brought me here, I didn't know what to expect..... I didn't want to get full Incase I didn't like it so I ordered the big boy hotdog! I have to say it's the best hotdog I ever had! Been all over and this hotdog takes the win! I also had the triple threat fries which were also a must have! This place is amazing, the meat is fresh too! You guys got my recommendation and definitely will be coming back! Amazing! read more

Loved it! We visited after seeing the foodbeast video, it was bomb! I got the hot Cheeto quesarito and it was so dang good, a little heavy on the rice but amazing! My husband got the hot Cheeto carne fries and said they were a perfect amount of fries to Cheeto/meat ratio. The owner was walking around helping people and delivering food to tables. It's quite small in there and it was very warm as they don't have central ac. All in all it was really good and we will def be back! read more

I would give them zero star if it was possible. They are rude! We had over $150 order, our whole family was in cars, we order separate menu items and they were all packed as if it was a catering order. -"" Chicken in separate containers, bread in a separate box, all sauces separately. We were going to eat in the car, we had to buy paper plates and separate them in the trunk of our car. Another issue, I called them to see if they bring out the food to our cars they refused. Another issue I called at the pick up time to see if the food is ready- their answer we don't know I am not in the kitchen and can't tell you when it will be ready. They suck. Don't go there. I never will. First and last time for me. Owner Ali called me right after the review offered apology, as well as refund and more. With this type of customer service, they win me over. I came here today with my sister and mom and had a great experience! The owner was at the counter and asked if it was our first visit and how we found out about this place, to which I told him we disovered it on Yelp. He graciously offered us free cans of soda! We decided to share the Lebanon trio burrito combo (beef shwarma, chicken shwarma and beef gyro), which came with fries, and a Hot Cheetos carne asada burrito. Ali asked if we wanted the burritos cut in three pieces, since we were sharing, which was nice. The food came out beautifully presented on a wooden platter and they also brought out some garlic sauce, hot sauce, red and green salsa, all of which were good! I liked both burritos, but I think the Hot Cheetos don't work as well inside the burrito because it causes them to lose the crunchiness quickly. I'm sure they work perfectly on top of the loaded fry platters though! I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good the fries were! I've learned a thing or two about fries from my boyfriend, who considers himself a connesieur. These were seasoned and savory, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft within. It was about 2p.m. when we get there. Even though it was late lunch time, the restaurant was pretty packed. No wonder...food wasfresh, juicy, good combination of flavor... awesome. Since it was our first time, we needed some time to decide what we wanted, but the owner of the restaurant and staff were really friendly and patient with us. We brought a year old daughter with us and they interacted with her and I could feel that they really care about their customers no matter if they are new or regulars. Even though the restaurant is far from where we live, we will definitely come back. read more

Instagram worthy Hot Cheeto Burrito, but the flavor was just okay. We ordered a couple of items. My chicken kabob plate was okay compared to other Mediterranean spots. The owner was also training a new employee and there were several times where I felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to him. It was a busy day and it seemed that the new employee kept making mistakes, but the owner or manager, whoever he was, kept telling him all he was doing wrong but right in front of us. I felt bad for the guy. read more

Delicious food, excellent customer service. I've been here twice, both times on Sunday to avoid traffic. I've had shrimp and carne asada fries with hot Cheetos. and the shawarma was greatttttt. Also has a burrito with hot Cheetos but I preferred the fries. Food comes out ima timely manner and great portion sizes. Stopped here on our way to SD. We got the mix meat shawerma platter and the triple threat tacos. The food was decent. However, we had to wait almost 1.5 hrs for the food. The time was given when ordering but such a long wait for ok quality Shawerma and tacos is just unacceptable. Would suggest better management of their kitchen and orders otherwise not worth coming again. read more

Customer Service: Kitchen failed my order twice in 2 days; however, the owner Ali, was quick to address it. It shows that he really cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure they leave happy. If there is ever a problem with your order, reach out to him and it will be fixed. He even gives out a free drink to first time customers. Food: Food is excellent. If you're into trying new things, especially fusion Mexican/Mediterranean this is the place to go. Tacos, specialty fries, shawarma platters, fusion burritos, all good. Don't forget to try the hot sauce which is made in house. You won't regret it. read more

It's a lot to take in, especially in such a small, cramped space where finding seating is already a challenge. Speaking of space, the wait times were rough. Even with no one ahead of me, it took 25 minutes to get my food. If there's a line? You're looking at closer to an hour. Oh, and heads up--there are no bathrooms for customers, which is pretty inconvenient for a place that can get so packed. I like Lebanese quisine and I am a regular customer at Fatima Halal Meat Market, on Florence Avenue in Bell, CA. But that is not the reason I am giving a 5 star review here. Fatima's Grill is like an extension to their Meat Market. I have tried almost every Arab/Lebanese eatery in Orange County and Mr. Ali and his food beats them all. And here's why...Mr. Ali and his staff are very caring and attending to my needs and wants. I sometimes even tell them how I want my food made and they oblige. For the price I pay for the food, this is a quality that I value. Expect the same treatment for yourself also. The quality of the food is home cooked and nothing beats that. The sauces they use, you cannot find them any where else in Southern California. Their spices are not one fits all dishes, like you find in most restaurants today. Their salads, hummus and tabbouleh are all homemade. This gives their food a distinct Lebanese authenticity that I have not found anywhere else, yet.They are small now, but I am hoping for them to grow in the future. But the thing I like the most about these guys is that I can call in advance and have specialized Lebanese foods made for me. For example, grilled chicken, makluba, kibbeh and bulgur. Taste like they save the left overs from the night before. I asked the owner if I can order something else because the burrito just did not taste right. The guy rolls his eyes and started to argue with me and said "it's an acquired taste you will get use to it." I was a bit surprised he was trying convince me to eat something I clearly did not like. As I was looking thru the menu to order something else this guy started arguing with another gentleman. I think he was a customer from the business next door because Fatimas was really packed and they were probably taking up space from the other business. Looks like this guy has a lot on his plate. Maybe since his business is so popular he should move it to the Promenade where there is clearly more space to handle his clientele. Any ways I guess that gentleman must of upset him so much he forgot about me. To much drama at Fatimas forget this place, it's only a burrito. Fatima's Grill in Downey is one of those spots where the food does most of the talking. It's a Mexican/Mediterranean fusion place, and honestly, the burritos are the bomb! They're different enough from your standard burrito that it actually feels worth going out of your way for. The menu has a lot going on in a good way. Plenty of drink options, desserts, and other items I'd definitely come back to try, but the burritos are what sold me. You can tell they know how to combine flavors without making it feel gimmicky. The inside is pretty limited on seating, so I'd treat this more like a takeout spot than somewhere to post up and eat with a group. Also, customer service could use a little polish. Not the friendliest crew I've come across, but nothing that would stop me from coming back. Overall, the food is legit and the portions/flavors make it a strong 4 out of 5 for me. The idea of combining juicy shawarma meat with Flamin' Hot Cheetos in a burrito definitely caught my attention; it's a wild fusion that you don't see every day. However, the execution was a bit off for me. The flavors didn't quite mesh together the way I'd hoped; the Cheetos added a strange crunch and spice that felt out of place next to the savory shawarma and other burrito fillings. The burrito was definitely interesting and fun to try, but the combination of ingredients just didn't come together in a cohesive way. It felt more like a novelty item than something I'd crave again. I can't say enough good things about this place. I've tried at-least 15 different items off the menu and all of them have exceeded my expectations, by far. You can taste the quality of ingredients, the thought process behind them, and the creative thinking behind the dishes. This is the kind of place you share with your friends and family because the food just makes you feel different. Ali really has created a gem of a restaurant with Fatima's. I'm a 45 minute drive from this location and have no problem making the mission to grab a California burrito and specialty fries. It's worth it to me. Also, now that they are franchising, it may be my next investment. I'd invest in whatever Ali is up to. The dude has is all figured out. This is THE PLACE! If you need reassurance, let this be the review that convinces you. I've been coming here for 6 years, even before the pandemic, and it has always been amazing. Ali is the man my brother is the main reason this strip mall does so well. The atmosphere is great, the food is always on point, and the staff is friendly. It feels like going to your brother's restaurant, where you don't have to worry about anything outside. Perfect spot for watching sports, going on a date, or even just hanging out on a rainy day. I recently ordered the shawarma plate, OMG burger, and steak quesadilla. The food itself was solid--flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying. The shawarma was tender and well-seasoned, the OMG burger had great toppings, and the steak quesadilla was cheesy with a good steak-to-tortilla ratio. However, the customer service left something to be desired. You're required to order through a kiosk, which feels impersonal and inconvenient, especially if you have specific questions or preferences. Oddly enough, they can ring you up manually if you're ordering drinks, which makes the kiosk-only rule seem inconsistent. Overall, the food is worth trying, but the lack of attentive service might put off some diners. read more

Service and staff were great and halal is a plus, but the food overall was just okay. Shawarma meat was really, really fatty. For a place that is heavily advertising that it's Lebanese fusion and it has a know-how of shawarma, this was some really chewy and bland meat. For the price, you'd expect they would give some more quality, leaner beef, but it was very fatty. The burger I had was decent and the fries seemed homemade and were excellent. I'm assuming a lot of people like Fatima's because they give a lot of food and they incorporate hot Cheetos into a lot of items so everything looks pretty, but if you do want to try this place, stay away from the shawarma. read more

Great place i am so happy i found this place. My family and I (of 5) only eat halal meat because our religion and usually have to travel around 20-30 minutes going to the restuarants we like. Just to find out that the best restaurant was right under our nose. The Food is beyond good. My son states its the best burrito he has ever ate and he ate alot of burritos from many places. My wife says the rice is perfect and the chicken kabob plate is awesome. They have amazing combination of fries as well like the shawarma piled fries. Already Sent plenty of people here. It's been a while since I've come back to Fatima's Grill (life exists lol). I was on Instagram and noticed There's a lot of new changes of the menu and I was super impressed!! For my epic cheat day, i had the Hot Cheeto Burrito and my expectations were pretty high but this went beyond them. It was so good that I had to go back and pick one up for my brother, who also LOVED his!! Ali is THE MAN!!! He was so nice and welcoming. We are most definitely coming back and telling everyone. We had been eyeing Fatima's Grill for a very long time. Being that we are from NJ it's hard to find good variety in Halal food in the area. When we came to try Fatima's Grill the food was amazing! We had the Birria Crunchwrap and it was an 11/10. The meat was incredible and the Birria consome was the perfect touch to the crunchwrap. We loved their quick service and the variety of options to choose from their large menu.They have something on the menu for everyone so it's definitely worth it! I don't even know where to begin! i drive 40 minutes almost every week just for Fatima's Grill. This place is beyond amazing and delicious. I have been going there for a year now and each time I go I am always greeted by the friendliest employees. Everyone here treats you like family. I try something new every time and am always blown away by the food. Each bite is full of flavor. I always order a variety of items and the servings are huge!
