This review is specifically for their Brisket Sub Sandwich. First the Fatima Grill has outstanding friendly employees. What do you expect when you order a brisket sub? I expected sliced or cubed chunks of beef Brisket. Instead the sandwich is made of shredded beef. Shredded beef makes me question the beef used in this higher priced sandwich. I have never been to a restaurant and ordered brisket and it was served shredded. However even if it was brisket the meat was chewy because, in my opinion, it was overcooked causing it to be dry. I came to eat with my husband on 12/22, the food was amazing. However, the customer service sucks. The day we walked in there happened to be an influencer. We were treated differently than her. The server brought out our food and theirs around the same time. She asked them if they needed anything else and brought out whatever they needed. Yet, when I asked for more green salsa she told me that I had to pay .85 cents and the register to get. We are paying customers and should be treated the same. I've been wanting to check this place for a while after reading the reviews and looking at the photos. I ordered the hot Cheetos crunch wrap and the nacho cheese came out ice cold. I dined there so there's no excuse! They made me another crunch wrap which I appreciated but honestly it was still cold. I didn't bring it up again since I was on my lunch break and had to quickly eat and go. This just gets worse, after dining here. I felt sick after an hour and threw up 2 times. I left work an hour earlier so I can go home and rest. I called the restaurant that day to speak with Ali who he says is the manager. I explained my situation and he didn't care at all! Just plain rude, horrible customer service!!! Every restaurant have off days and I like to try other items on their menu at least three times before I make a firm decision. I was willing to come back here and try another dish since they have other unique dishes that's inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. After talking with Ali, I'm never going back here again! Had this bookmarked and coincidentally, my friend recommended this place when I was over at her house since it's by where she lives. Highly recommend the queso birria tacos! I shared the queso tacos de birria and hot cheetos crunch wrap since that was what my friend wanted. And the tacos were fire! The order comes with 3 tacos filled with cheese, beef, avocado sauce, onions, and cilantro with sides of lime, radish and the stew to dip in. The meat was SO tender and the cheese with it made it so savory and delicious. I wanted more. I did dip the taco in the soup but it did not do much since the taco itself was so flavorful and juices were already coming from it. I did drink the stew and saved some for later use! But the disappointment for this place lies with the hot cheeto crunch wrap. This place is famous for having instagram worthy food and photos as it has tons of menu items that include hot cheetos with it. I think the down fall with the crunch wrap was the cheetos and the wrap itself. I love a good crunch wrap especially from taco bell and what falls short for this crunch wrap was that it was not crunchy at all! I half expected the cheetos to be a bit soggy but even without the cheetos, the wrap was no crunch wrap. It was missing the crunch factor or just something crispy like shredded crisp lettuce. (I would also assume the crunch wrap on the menu would not be crunchy as well.) I think, and would also recommend adding to this wrap, it was missing the tostada shell that can withstand the layers of hot ingredients like a taco bell crunchwrap supreme would have. The hot cheetos also didn't really do anything for me in this wrap. All the other flavors within the wrap covered up the taste of cheetos and by the end I did not like the soggy cheetos. But I will say, this dish was very filling. Half of the crunch wrap would be enough for one person even if I didn't have the tacos. I would only recommend this dish if you like soggy cheetos and soggy food in general. I would be wary to get anything with cheetos if I ever come back. BUT, I will come back to get the queso birria tacos again and also try the queso shrimp tacos. I want to also try their Mediterranean dishes as well! The tacos definitely boosted this rating or I'd given this place 3 stars. This place only does online orders and no phone orders. They won't let you order over the phone for pickup, so you have to order online. There is a "convenience fee" that drove up the subtotal about 12%. On top of that, you can't tip $0 even if you click on custom tip. I walked into what I expected to be a busy place during prime dining hours, but there were two tables of old folks eating there. There is no view into the kitchen which is sketchy. I got my food which came in a mostly empty box. I bit into it and tasted uncooked potatoes. They didn't even bother to fry them to enough to brown or crisp. Flaccid fries- gross. The beef was tough too.
