Officially my new favorite spot. My fiancé and I wandered in and were so pleased with our pizza that we ordered extra to go. The pizza was the perfect thin crust, with a satisfying crunch so good it left us talking about it even after we left. The staff were pleasant and quick, and the pizza was served steaming hot. Will 10000% be back, and will be thinking about this pizza all week.

My favorite pizza in town(pun intended) the crispy crust and delicious toppings make this my personal go to. We love that you can order a slice to go or order a whole pie to take home. It's a small space with a counter and the staff is great at recommending good options. Are personal favorite is the classic pepperoni or the 7train! You really can't go wrong though.

A great pizza spot for the night out in the city! Very casual and fast, reminds me of my favorite pizza place in NYC. You can get a whole pie or individual slices, which they also have a good selection of. The beer options are pretty solid and you can find one for any taste (cans and bottles only). The service is quick, you get your order done really fast. There's a limited amount of spots inside and a few outside spots.

Was always curious to try this pizza place. Open late in the night and they serve through a window for a quick grab and their pizza slices start from $5. I got the cheese slice. They took a lot of time to heat it but the pizza wasn't great could have been better. They also had Italian, pepperoni and beers and drinks. Will visit again to try their specialty pizza.

Whenever I am downtown for training or anything I visit Favorite pizza for that good lunch slice. This place is not huge in size and the ambiance has a relaxed feel. The place can get a little busy during lunch and there's not a ton of space inside . You can order a slice or a whole pizza. They also have drinks to include alcoholic beverages as well. The pizza is NY style in my opinion and very delicious. The crust has a slight crunch and The pizza is always fresh and the staff is always personable and quick paced. Would definitely recommend trying it, especially if you are downtown.

It's a very small establishment (bar counter, window counter, and two tables). I was super excited to have found a pizza place where I could buy per slice! For the size the price felt reasonable and I got the Speciality pizza which had japanenos, peppers, pepperoni, and cheese. There were cheese and red pepper flakes shakers on the counters to sprinkle on the pizza and also packets in case you planned to take the pizzas to go. On the bar counter there was also complementary water and plastic cups. Overall I enjoyed my pizza, the crust was very crunchy and the toppings certainly had the kick of a jalapeño pepperoni cheese pizza! Would love to come again to try out future specialty/seasonal pizzas!

A friend of ours that lived in New York for a while said Favorite Pizza was THE BEST NY style pizza she has had in Austin. Naturally we just HAD to check it out for ourselves. Sunday to Thursday they have a deal with a large cheese or pepperoni pizza with a pitcher of beer for $22. Pretty great deal! Went with a large pepperoni with side of ranch and Tyler(I believe he is the manager) threw in some sort of special sauce they have to try since it was our first visit. I really enjoyed the pizza! They did not skimp on the pepperonis, the bottom of the pizza is super crunchy and the crust fluffy, but still crunchy. I only wish he had more red sauce, but I'm a big sauce person. I feel it's very comparable to Homeslice, but I like this price point better ha oh and their ranch is sooooo good. I did like it over the special sauce we got. I wish I remembered the name. On a gorgeous day like this was I recommend sitting out on the patio. It's not very large, but they have a TV and umbrellas. Fun people watching too. Tyler was super nice and they happened to pour the wrong beer for someone and he offered us the additional pitcher. So that was very nice! Oh and the restroom is super cute with a disco ball!!! We'll definitely be back and I want to try the Cesar Salad and some specialty pizzas.

Oops, I gotta dock a star. We came through hungry after a few drinks. $45 got us 3 slices, 2 awful cups of wine, and probably the worst ranch I've ever had. Not bad, not great. Just okay.

It sucks and it's over priced. The service is also not that good. I'd rather go to a random food truck that doesn't care. Go to one taco or P Terrys or whata. It's not worth it here.

While this place has really good pizza the staff is kind of rude. Maybe it is supposed to go along with the "New York" style pizza.

The salads are served on big trays which makes sharing easy (even when I didn't really want to share my yummy tossed salad with toasted garbanzo beans and Chunks of fresh mozzarella and a super yummy dressing. The pasta and pizza tasted really good. From an owner of a few pizza places in Houston, I was disappointed in the crispness of the dough. I don't care for pizza that can hold its shape when being held. But if I just told myself it was bread instead- I enjoyed it. It was really the pasta and salad for me. We didn't try too much because we were actually surprised it was open. Many friends mentioned the desserts were to die for. Even Guy on DDD mentioned the caramel rolls were what cinnamon rolls wish they could be. He also LOVED the pastrami sandwiches. I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.

They also serve calzones, New York-style pizza, gelato and wine, so there's truly something for everyone. The pizza is priced by the slice, which makes it easy to mix and match like I did, though you can also order a full pie. I will say this definitely isn't cheap pizza, but you're absolutely paying for quality ingredients and incredible flavor.
