I like the food here but they seem unable to provide the meatballs when you order spaghetti and meatballs. My wife stops here every couple months for an easy, tasty dinner and more than half the time she gets home and we realize there are no meatballs. Even though I had a bad experience this past Friday 12/11/2020 I'm still giving it 5 stars. So I ordered food from the Westerville location after leaving from seeing the Christmas lights. I ordered the classic sampler for myself and two kids meals for my daughters. We waited a long time for outlets food as people who were coming in after us were getting their food. We finally got it. I get home, I live in gahanna by the way, and my food isn't in the bag, just my daughters. Very frustrated at this point I call and they tell me they will make things right. I get there and this young man named D Angelo was very helpful, he even gave me a brownie and a cheesecake for my girls, his customer service was excellent, not to mention the food was delicious and it was hot. It's been three years since I've been here so it's time for an update. I ordered a plateful of spaghetti and three meatballs. The meatballs are small but it also comes with a couple of pieces of garlic bread (you can have more if you ask). There's cheese on the table. The food is served on china with real silverware. First time eating here. I was starving so I ordered the sampler. It was very tasty. Lasagna was my fav on the plate. Not too much sauce to overpower the cheesey goodness. The fettuccine alfredo had a great flavored sauce. Spaghetti was good but unusual with their sauce. Jury is still out on that one. I give it one star because the food was half way decent, was in the drive thru for 20 minutes, didn't get straws or a fork for my wings, I walk in there to get them and there are employees walking around doing nothing. I haven't had Fazoli's in probably a decade!! Last night stopped in for a salad and some lasagna! The meal was so good! I felt like the lasagna wasn't even fast food! It was piping hot fresh and the salad was very tasty as well.. and those bread sticks were yummy!! Now I wonder why I haven't been here in so long!! I just want to say thank you to the Fazoli Company and specifically the Westerville, Ohio location for making Veterans Day memorable for so many veterans such as myself. I can appreciate that the free Build Your Own Pasta dish was a financial burden so I appreciate the free soft drink instead. I would however recommend something in the future to save the confusion that I obviously had. I know most advertisements say that there is limited participation or something like that and that is absolutely fine but if you could please put a sign outside your location to allow us vets to know that you are not participating it would be very much appreciated and it would save your employees time to assist other customers. Thank you for your support I will do my best to spread the word so others will learn from my mistake. read more

I give this a one star only because I cannot go any further down. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have worked in the food industry for 13 years, so I never complain because I know the industry. But the manager was the most nasty woman. My husband had dental surgery and wanted an Italian ice. We pulled up about 10 minutes after they opened. There were some men working outside on the building. We sat at the drive thru speaker box for about 2 minutes without being recognized, so we just assumed either they were not open, they were shut down for renovations, or that we didn't trip the sensor. We then left the drive through to go to see their store hours. The men working on the building informed us that the restaurant was indeed open, so we pulled back around to the speaker box. The box wasn't working and there were loud cracks and pops...we thought the woman was trying to talk to us so I told her we couldn't understand and that I would pull up to the window. The woman working drive thru who claims to be the manager throws her hands up when she sees me at the window and yells at another employee, "I don't know what she is doing. I told her to wait and that we would be with her...forget it...she can just wait!" I proceed to take a picture of the "how are we doing sign" and she then promptly came to the window lol. She asked how she could help me and I asked to speak to the manager. As condescending as she could be she replies, "I am the manager." I told her that we were not trying to be rude by pulling to the window and I tried to explain that the box wasn't working. She makes a face, pushes her button for the box and says "that's funny..cause it's working right now." I said...well it wasn't working when we were down there and that I didn't appreciate her attitude with throwing her hands at me, arguing about the box (cause that is a silly argument and would be stupid to lie about) and the condescending attitude I was receiving from her. She then proceeds to interrupt and talk over me. She said, "I wasn't talking to you." I then told her I was done arguing with her and would contact her corporate office...which I did lol. She yells "you go right ahead and call...I wasn't even talking to you...I talking to this employee." I just drove off. I have never been treated so poorly...shame on this fazolis for hiring such a rude and argumentative manager as the face of their store!!!! I know that the customer isn't always right...but don't sit and argue and talk over and interrupt the guest! We will never be returning! read more

A+! Staff was friendly and attentive. Upon entering the restaurant, a male employee greeted me happily and I told him that it was my first time there and he answered all my questions in full detail. I ordered the $5 lunch which was spaghetti, salad, unlimited bread sticks and a drink. I also tried their brownie sundae which was incredible! Everything was awesome and the store was super clean. Went for my first time today during my lunch. This location was clean and the people were very friendly. Was greeted right when we walked in and had plenty of time to look before ordering. Once we placed our Oder it only took us about 5 minutes to get our food. It was warm and fresh the bread was unlimited decent quality. Price was alright about the same as it would be for two meals at a true fast food restaurant (burger king or Wendy's) but better quality food and more for your money. Fazoli's is a very good quick Italian meal. For 'fast food" Italian I actually think this is on par with Olive Garden and would not be surprised to learn it was the exact same food served there. No it's not gourmet but it is a better option for a quick good meal than going to McDonalds etc for about the same price and you actually get a complete meal of real food. read more

This place serves up some very good quality pasta and salads. It is very inexpensive for this type of food. The menu seems kind of rigid but I think they are only showing popular suggestions for the non-Italians who are used to choosing burgers and fries combos. They are very flexible if you want to change something that you order. If you want some good quality Italian food and don't want to pay a lot for it, try this place out. I was very skeptical of this concept when I first tried one of these restaurants in another location, but I travel a lot and have been only disappointed once (in Indiana). Give it a try. read more

Fazoli's on S. State is one of my favorite places to grab pasta or a yummy sub or pizza at the drive-thru. The manager (Jerry) is fabulous and a real sweetheart! From what I've seen over the years, he works harder than anyone I've ever seen. Fazoli's meatballs are my absolute fave and the chicken carbonara is excellent, as is their spaghetti sauce and their cheesecake. Insofar as servers/window people, Ali is your best server and window person there: sadly, she may be leaving before the year is out :( . Mike is another sweetheart. Both of these employees are kind, honest, generous, efficient, and eager to please. (This is not the case with at least one of the other employees I've "experienced" at the window. There is one girl there (works nights) that is absolutely obnoxious, loud, and rude to customers. This girl acts as though she just doesn't care. She is argumentative, even combative, and does not understand customer service at all. Luckily, she is the only employee currently working there who behaves this way. For shame!.) In fact, there is an older review on this site that seems to point to this same "girl" of twenty-something. Any way, aside from the one employee, this Fazoli's is superb! If you've got a coupon, use it because your meal is then an even tastier value! And remember to get and use a frequent buyer card! You will get $5.00 off at the end of several purchases. Love their food....and the selection grows all the time. Love their manager (Jerry, you are the best!). Love several of their service/window people...especially Ali and Mike...kudos to you both.
