First time poster of anything, anywhere. Sad it had to be like this. I have been to Feast twice before, and it was pleasant, But this time it was not so welcoming! We where invited by my Uncle and his wife, who attend there frequently, for my Mothers birthday dinner. We arrived a bit early, went inside, girl at the desk ask to seat us. I said that we where looking for someone, not sure if they're here yet. She said we can have a look. We walked around the desk looked through the people, didn't see them, decided to move out of the path of customers and staff. directly behind the desk is a set of booths, it is apparent the section is not being used, but a good place for Mom to sit while we waited a few minutes. Just as we got seated, the wait/cashier girl approached us and said, we can't sit here. I said we just waiting for the others, and she said we can't sit there. I then said ok but, when we do, I would like to be away from the main crowd. I was trying to explane my condition, but this was answered with storming off shaking her head and telling some other lady. Which immediately ran over to us and started barking orders that "we can't sit here, we don't have a server to serve you here, that you can't sit here". Finally she stopped and heard me say that we are waiting for someone. She then walked away. A few minutes later, my Uncle arrived and we met him at the desk. I then ask the lady if she would like to speak with me like an adult and hear me out? At the same time she kept talking over me. I then said, are you going to let me talk? she then built up more attitude and planted her arm on the counter and said, sure what do you want to say? I was trying to tell her about my condition again, about needing a little space, she then again started talking over me with out concern. I just asked if I can speak with the manager? She said she was the manager, so I said I will just call corporate. She then says, "I am corporate!" and at the same time directing my uncle (which I am not sure she knew they was the ones we where waiting for) but as we followed she started to stop at one of the regular tables he usually likes to sit at. She then turned and saw we was with him and started going to another area, with my Uncle asking why can't we sit here? She then yells not real loudly but still yells "he don't want to sit here!" even with out asking me if this was ok. I then had to stop my Uncle's confusion and the embarrassment from more customers, and said, this was fine. She almost didn't want to seat us there. I had to repeat myself again. I then had to explain everything to him. Even though I was the person with the condition, I was more embarrased for my Mother and family. Mother is 83, my Uncle is late 80's or maybe 90 by now, and I'm 61, so it's kind of sad the way people are treated nowdays. If this lady's truly the "manager" or "corporate" and this is the way they want to run business, I will be more then happy to honor their so called services by not giving them mine. It won't bother me and as seen I'm sure it won't bother them. But I think it should be known. -no sympathy here, just feel it's a very crappy way to greet the ones that feed you and let you make that oreo cookie hair-do possible. read more

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We came to eat tonight, and even though they were busy, we were very well taken care of. Our server, Heather, was amazing!! Our drinks were never empty and our plates were picked up immediately. Not only that, but she was very personable and super sweet. It was nice to have someone take the time to talk to us, and not just treat us like a dollar sign. She made our experience so much more enjoyable. The manager with the blonde hair, was also really awesome. She was always checking on all of the tables and we saw her helping her employees in SEVERAL different areas. She was literally being pulled in about 100 different directions and she handled it with such poise and compassion. She never made her employees seem like they were a bother. We heard her explain/teach, what must have been new employees, on more than one occasion. I definitely couldn't do her job. We come to eat here a lot and there seems to be a lot of new faces/employees, but it seems like it's a really good change. This place is definitely looking up. This is the type of business we like to support. Kudos to all of the staff tonight. From the guy at the front door who greeted us, to all of the cooks, especially our server and the manager. It's not clean, the food items were cold, not fresh, the staff cooked the food and didn't recycle the pans, They put fresh food on top of old food. The staff are not friendly. This was the worst buffet style restaurant in Oklahoma. It is worse than Golden Corral. I will never come back to this dirty, especially with COVID, restaurant.
