Lychee Oolong Tea (After I drank it all... lol)

I ordered a coffee milk tea today and added boba! I adjusted it to have 75% sweetness. I really needed some caffeine to wake me up. The service here is great as always and this time I decided to stay a while and get some homework done. The vibes are so nice here. It's pretty quiet and most people are in and out so seats are pretty open.

It's a matcha day! Got to try Matcha Love (cake) and Matcha Cream. Both were good. The Matcha Love cake was soft, kind of like a pound cake with matcha cream and matcha pocky on top. It was mild on the matcha taste, not too sweet also. The Matcha Cream was good. It was mild on the matcha taste, no clumps of matcha (appreciated), and not too sweet even though it was 100% sweet!

I was craving boba and saw that this new spit popped up on my feed so I decided to take a little trip and it was totally worth my drive! Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome, a sweet smile and relaxing music. The place is aesthetically pleasing. The menu has a variety of drinks and pastries. I ordered the dirty boba that is made with love with the following ingredients: brown sugar syrup, black tea, milk ( I opted for oat-milk ) boba pearls of-course and a creamy cheese foam which was absolutely exquisite! This is such a great addition to Bakersfield, specially for all the sweet treat enthusiasts.

Gotta have my boba fix! I was excited to try the dirty boba; omg omg .... If you love milk tea or brown sugar boba you must try this! That cheese torched foam... does something to my taste buds! Unique taste... absolutely! Don't wait run there now! The atmosphere is small, but welcoming ! Drinks made to order! Staff friendly!

Cute new drink spot in town. The location is next to Ono Hawaiian bbq on Rosedale hwy in the Studio Movie Grill parking lot. The store was very clean and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They have so many drink options that I'll be back to try... Dirty boba, mango breeze, purple reign... today I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and a tiramisu treasurer both highly recommended by the staff member who helped me. The Vietnamese coffee was perfectly sweetened, although I do like my coffee on the sweeter side. The tiramisu was a soft spongy cake with tiramisu milk foam, chocolate pearls and milk chocolate kisses. It was delicious but not overly sweet. The packaging was so cute!

Qick and delicious great start. Love when you can customize- 25% sweet! Heavy ice! Oat milk! Yep I can make my boba exactly how I want it. This spot has been opened a few months and they seem efficient and my drink came out quickly. The boba was soft and the drink yummy. There are lots of options to suit almost anyone's taste. Prices are on the high side. Parking was fine on a Sunday morning but i could see an issue during peak times.

Great tea spot and other drinks. The signature crème brûlée dirty boba is actually torched on the foam. It also tastes awesome. Strawberry au lait was great as well.

This is our go to spot for drinks. They're yummy and refreshing. We like the matcha and taro breeze :-)

Went to Feng Cha today for the first time and it was very good! Ordered a Summer Melon and a Creme Brulee Dirty Boba and both were excellent. On the Summer Melon drink which was a cross between Watermelon, Lemon and tea, would have been better with less pulp but all around a great refresher! Can't wait to go back and try more drinks!

As I was walking I saw the sign for this place and was happy I did because my other coffee options were a fast food restaurant or the famous coffee chain. It was a bit confusing to locate. It was tucked away in the back of a commercial office space type building. Once inside the place was very clean and organized. Very minimalist design. I was only one of 4 total people inside. My order was taken quickly. I ordered an iced americano with a ham and cheese turnover. Coffee was on point. No notes. No complaints. The pastry however was not good. They asked me if I wanted it heated up. I said I did. I saw her put it in the microwave, and I assumed they turned it on. When I bit into it (I had already left and walked across the street) it was cold. Like cold cold. On top of that it was flavorless which made it worse. Stick to the coffee or make sure you check the temp of the food prior to leaving.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I ordered a lavender latte with oat milk, and it was flavorful but not overly sweet. The food menu is small, with a few baked goods available. As a vegan, the only option I found was instant oatmeal with a selection of dried fruit and nuts to mix in. While I appreciated having a vegan option, I would love to see a few more plant-based choices added to the menu. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return for the coffee and the comfortable space to meet with friends.

THE GRUB: The Cuban coffee is outstanding, and the Vietnamese iced coffee is one of the best around, actually its the only one around. If im clueless let me in on the Vietnamese coffe you know of...anyhoo If you're looking for a caffeine kick, the cold canned Vietnamese coffee will give you a jolt you wouldn't believe. Food-wise, the Peruvian grilled cheese sandwich was flavorful and well made, but I'd recommend asking for the sauce on the side unless you enjoy a messy sandwich. The ham and cheese croffel had great flavor, but it was a little light on the ham and cheese. I think the cropples are better suited in the sweet variety as they seem small incompressants to a ham and cheese croissant someone would purchase for about half that price. In my opinion, it was more of a kid's snack than a meal and not quite worth the price, if you're actually hungry I would go with something else off the menu. Everything was made fresh , you must be patient here , perfection can be slower than your metabolism, so dont go there hangry. During my visit, Hector explained that he envisions Uncharted Adventures as a gathering place for the community. The business frequently hosts weekend vendor markets and local running clubs. Hector also shared he was creating a dedicated Memorial Day wall honoring local veterans, first responders, and teachers, while also working on an outdoor eating area. It's always great to see a Hector and Chris, and the new Adventures they take on. This is one of the few coffee shops in Bako worth checking out, whether you're stopping in for a coffee, a bite to eat, or a community events theyre hosting give em a visit an introduce yourself. You can thank me later. .Overall I would give everything a four and a half Stars but since Yelp doesn't do half Stars I'll give them a five out of five stars. As they deserve a free half star for all of the Uncharted Adventures that they are a part of...lol get it.. nevermind.. bye for now...

She did offer for me to purchase an iced Vietnamese coffee but that's not what I wanted. I wanted the convenience of purchasing the canned coffee so I could enjoy later in the week. I decided to try their Berry Matcha $8.66 for about 12oz. The price point is definitely higher than Starbucks for 20oz Triple Berry Matcha. The matcha was way too sweet and the strawberry foam was pretty watery. I would not order this again. And unfortunately I had to toss it after a couple of sips bc of the sweetness. If overly sweet matcha with watery cold foam is your thing, then you will love it. Would have been nice if I had been asked about my preferred level of sweetness. The gal who helped me was not friendly and conversation was forced when I asked menu questions. So disappointed bc I literally went out of my way just for this place. Sadly I won't be back anytime soon.

He had a tattoo near the corner of his eye and was wearing a jersey. It really disturbed me about how he seemed to be harassing the baristas. He told one of them "your tummy is sticking out again," when she said "it's because I just ate," he said "no it's always sticking out." He them proceeded to complain to them about another employee who "decided to get knocked up right when things were getting busy," and said some other things about maternity leave. The most apalling thing was he then asked the barista "if you're pregnant and found out your son was gonna be retarded, would you do the un-Catholic thing?" She tried to brush him off by saying "it would be too late," to which he made a joke about using a "coat hanger." Truly the most apalling thing I've ever witnessed at any establishment. I never leave reviews at all, but I had to report this because it seems like this guy involved with management is bullying and harassing the employees. And this non-profit works with foster youth?! Edit: Thanks Randy for the follow up message, I really appreciate it and agree everyone deserves a chance to learn and grow from mistakes. I'll still be grabbing coffee at Covenant whenever I'm in town. Thanks again for the follow up, I really appreciate it.
