I was already 5 loads behind in my laundry after the weekend so this was super helpful. He fixed screw and hopes that would be it but after I tried my first load I reached back out stating it still was popping off. He said I needed a new agitator. Instead of $470 like LG quoted he charged $208 including tax and did not charge another fee for the second visit either. Machine is working great now! This business owner is fair, works hard, has great communication and integrity! I highly recommend.

When I asked about the initial $225 not applicable to the cost of the work, the justification that they gave me on the phone was "Bosch is a high end, they are very expensive". I thought the travel and quoting has nothing to do with a brand name, although repair services and spare parts, yes, it is expected. Regarding the discount offered in the email, they were not interested to hear my case number; they said they have no discount, only a coupon of $20 in their website, applicable to the work being done. Not very polite either, I was disappointed of the Customer Service, not what I was expecting from Bosch.

I stopped in today to pick up a tool to open the filters on my RO system, and it was quick and easy to find using the app to get the aisle number. What stood out the most was the service. I had two different employees ask if I needed help while I was walking through the store, which was a nice surprise. I feel like at a lot of Home Depot stores the employees are experts at hiding from customers, so it was refreshing to actually have people checking in to see if I needed anything. We purchased a golf cart and we didn't have a way to get it into the back of our truck to transport at home. We made a quick call to Home Depot and found out that we could rent a ramp for just 14 bucks for four hours. We also noticed that they rent a large variety of equipment from water pressure to carpet cleaner , everything you need for a home project without having to spend a ton of money on things you might not use that often. This place also has propane tanks. You can make a key and get Primo water as well.
