Went to Fields Cadillac Jacksonville to check out a car on their website. I had to drive a fair distance to check out this car. I was welcomed into a beautiful showroom that truly caters to the needs of the customers. Food, drinks, comfy chairs - oh yeah. They have it in spades! Especially lucky for me --- Jeff Morgan was there! He met me in the lobby and walked me around to the car. He walked me through the ENTIRE car. Showed me all the various bells and whistles and then helped me understand how the features differed from other makes and models. He knew an incredible amount about an enormous number of cars! Turns out - he has owned a fair few.... Anyway, we went for a ride and he said I could go wherever I wanted. He wanted me to actually see how the car handled in all sorts of different situations. If I didn't like it, we could look at something else or not. Additionally he offered to let me take the car to lunch by myself without any sales people around to bug me - but just to get away to have some private discussions with my husband. He had a lot of patience with me and didn't push me into making a poor decision. He wanted me to make an informed decision, which was really helpful. He helped me think through the positives and negatives of the car without pushing me to make any sort of deal. He was truly the best! So of course I bought it and would again. My entire family loves the car! What's more is he even delivered the car to me 80 (that's right 80) miles away so I wouldn't have to make the return trip to pick it up! First time purchasing a car over the Internet and I must say Field's Cadillac knows how to make it a worthwhile experience. I searched for the vehicle I wanted, with all the options I wanted. Found 2 within 250 miles. Asked both dealers for their best price quote over the phone. Field's gave me an honest and fair quote the first time. I knew this was a serious and reputable dealer when the Internet concierge called me back the next day and asked if I had any questions. Made an appointment to visit and test drive. Upon arrival saw my name on their TV screen at their front desk. Was assigned to a salesman (lady) that really knew the Cadillac line. Really impressed with the salesman's knowledge and all the perks at the Field's dealership (had a free cafeteria for clients!). Since they are 200 miles from my home, I'm sorry I wont be able to avail myself of all their benefits and hospitality. Purchased vehicle on first visit. Dealer had an in house delivery team and delivered vehicle directly to my home a couple days later. Would recommend this dealer without reservation and will definitely purchase my next Cadillac from them. All dealers should study how this dealer works to build a Cadillac relationship with their customers. read more

My experience was terrible from the service department. They were not efficient nor were they accommodating. I had an appointment for an oil change that took 5 hours. They got my car mixed up with another, and had completely forgotten about my car. After asking several times about the time, they assured me it was being serviced and it was NOT! They didn't have the right customers car, therefore I was not given correct information and no one was able to own up to doing something wrong, one of the customer service agents (lady) was nice enough to investigate further after other could not find out what had happened. This affected my entire day. This is the third time this has happened with my car being serviced in excess of of the time it should actually take to service it, while other vehicles brought in after me came and went. I went by one afternoon to browse the lot to see what 2018 CT6 were still available at a decent price, I worked with Melvin Smith in the past when my wife purchased her 2018 CTS from him, and I was amazed at the professionalism the he showed us. There was no pressure into buying from him and he made the process easier once we all came to an agreement on a final offer. Seven Months later I was back in Melvin's office negotiating and signing documents on a 2018 CT6 for myself. I recently took my ats into Fields Cadillac for a recall. While inspecting my car Ora Bezue (a service advisor) noticed my Cue screen was cracked and not working properly. She asked if I wanted to have a quote. I already had one done. $2800 to fix it. I explained that I had it replaced once already, that I wasn't going to do it again. About 15 minutes later Ora came over and told me she had spoken with her manager and they could get me the Cue for free. I was amazed. So I asked how much is going to cost to put in... Ora said nothing. I can't tell you how happy I was and pleased with the service at Fields Cadillac and especially Ora. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. They make sure you are 100% comfortable while you are there, whether its when you are purchasing a car or while having your car serviced. Awesome service! Set an appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. Turned out I also needed a tire plugged and had a recall notice on my windshield wiper motor.
