I would have given a full 5 stars; however the cleanliness of the facilities leaves much less to be desired, which is juxtaposed to the food served, as it is well seasoned and not the usual taco and burrito choices. This is my 4th time eating here and the food is always on par. I just stopped by after a 6 week break due to traveling out of state. What a shock. The grass is dead in the front and the landscaping died with it. Okay, I get it, tough times are here. I still decided to go in and order the outstanding birria tacos, and did not disappoint. As I was eating, it was hard not to notice the windows. They were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned in months. I began to wonder if the empathy in the lack of cleanliness migrated into the kitchen and food prep area. How sad, for the staff is always welcoming and helps describes items on the menu I am not as familiar with. It does make me wonder how many potential customers just drive by and decide not to stop because of the lack of care to the appearance of the building itself. I feel like I took a chance eating there today. I most likely will NOT return until I see a bit of TLC given to parts of the business to give a better impression, even if it is replacing the grass with decorative hardscape. They could even charge a bit more on the menu items to help cover their costs of upkeep, for the food is that good. read more

Giving a 3 star. I liked my tacos I got but my husband didn't like his. I got the creamy chicken tacos. My husband likes traditional tacos with ground beef lettuce tomato and cheese. Apparently nowhere in Idaho do they serve regular tacos with real fried corn tortillas shells. Not store-bought shells. Floor was very sticky my shoes kept sticking to the floor that was a little bit gross. But would be willing to try again. read more

You know this place has really good food. The sad part is they always close earlier than what is posted on google. They just put up a sign that says they weren't busy enough. It's to bad. I have heard of a lot of people stop coming here because they are closed after 6. They would probably get a lot more business if they stayed open until 9pm like they are supposed to. This is my go to fast Mexican food spot. With zero hesitation, I'd recommend the Chipotle tacos (I like the beef more than the chicken, but both bueno). The chicken tortilla soup is also might mighty fine. The nachos are HUGE and also very good. I try to not get those just from a calorie standpoint but would be great to share. If you're feeling lucky, just eat them all if dining solo. Their regular street tacos are also very good. One of my family members really like their salads as well. The quesadilla I had was also huge and very good. Only thing I don't like about the Dilla is that it automatically comes with a side. Which brings me to my only disappointment with Fiesta Chicken... The sides. The rice and beans are fine, they are rice and beans. I haven't been impressed with the broccoli salad, potato salad, or the Mac and cheese. Some people really like them, that is great. I liked the idea of them and that they are different than what you'd expect to see. They just don't do it for me though. I'd order the broccoli salad before the potato salad or the Mac and cheese. The food is delicious and the chipotle ranch lives up to its reputation as being phenomenal. That said, I've been to each location now and both are quite dirty. Almost every table has food on it, the salsa bar is a disaster, there's trash on the floor, and cobwebs are in all the corners. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like. I was excited to try this place because I've heard how good they are. when ordering the #10 it said on the menu that 2 side items come with it. they lady told us that's not the case and just let it be. I've worked in fast food and if the menu says something then you should probably make the customer happy and give them what it says instead of "that isn't right" and do nothing about it. Our food was good but when we went to sit down every other table was covered in food. When we left I let the cook know that they tables were dirty and her response was "ya we know." I personally don't think I would recommend this place based off the cleanliness and attitude. read more

We were passing by Boise and needed a quick bite. Decided to stop here ordered a chicken enchilada meal, Taquitos, and the chicken meal which is a charbroiled chicken. All were flavored really good, it was nice to not have to eat traditional fast food and still get it quick and taste great. Will stop again! read more

It's an unassuming place, but do the Chipotle Tacos with Carne Asada. It may just be the best taco I've EVER had. Now that I'm reading more about them, some people are referring to them as "Crack Tacos." Yea, that's accurate because I'm probably going for my next fix this week. If you want moist juicy chicken then you might want to go to Popeyes or KFC. I ordered the combo # 4. Wings were small and way over done. Burnt almost. The breast was dry and over done. I would have taken it back but I didn't want to wait in line inside for another 20 minutes. Service very slow and quite chaotic. I have had their mexican dishes and they were really good. If I go back it won't be for the chicken. I know they are new and all but they need to get with the program if they are going to make it work.. $9.00 for that meal was a waste of money..... I love Fiesta Chicken and I'm here about once every week or two. If I had my way, I'd be here even more, but then I'd start looking like a burrito! I love their chicken, so I've never tried anything else. I keep telling myself, next time, but next time never comes! They have an excellent broccoli salad, excellent coleslaw and awesome mac and cheese. I always get the 2 piece special with the two sides, plus you get your choice of tortilla, corn or flour. The prices are very reasonable. Sometimes the chicken is overdone, but it is still delicious. I'm so glad they opened up their restaurant on Orchard in Boise. read more

Was there on a weekday night, around 7:40. Well staffed and relatively clean. Not crowded and wait time reasonable. Service very good. Had the Green Burrito with chicken. Agree with another reviewer in that there was not much chicken, mainly rice and beans. Good heat. The chicken that was present was good. Will try the place again, but perhaps stick with either their street tacos or a straight chicken dish. read more

Been trying to find a "healthier" option for burritos. I ordered the twice grilled... umm not sure what's twice about it.. tortilla was barely crispy. Ingredients weren't spread out, mostly just plop in the middle, so my first bite was just into a bit too salty for my taste chicken. And within seconds it was dripping pure grease. The los Betos bacon asada whatever my bf always gets me doesn't even drip that bad. Flavor was good, pico had a little bite (but not too much - I love spice but my body does not, but this wasn't enough of a kick to worry) so I'll give them that. I did enjoy the side of beans, not overly salted. A bit toooo chunky for my preference but not soupy so that was a plus. Drive thru was empty at 830 at night; service was fast (maybe why it wasn't twice grilled?) and friendly. Also a ton of food for the price. I only ate half the burro/beans and am full (not overly though); plenty leftover for lunch or dinner tomorrow so that's 2 meals for $10. read more
