Definitely eat here! Ordered some take out the other day. Wait was super fast, basically ordered and drove there and it was done :) portions are super generous and food is very well priced! I ordered a chicken chimichanga. My husband ordered the Guadalajara Burrito and we got a kids quesadilla plate for our 3yo. I was very surprised by portions, they are very generous! (I am aware I already said that, but they are!) My chimichanga was delicious. It's a basic chimichanga, but cooked well and the chicken was well seasoned and moist. Husbands Guadalajara Burrito could probably feed the Boise areas homeless! The item description mentions a large tortilla but to call this thing any less than a monster burrito is crazy. My husband is a good sized dude, this burrito was like 3x the size of his hand... Easily over a foot long and 4-6" wide. Biggest burrito I've ever seen. Ever. Our son loved his quesadilla :) I also loved that they provide fresh tortilla chips and salsa, great touch! Dined in tonight and was seated quickly. 2 other parties (2 people each) were the only others dining in. Our waiter came and took out drink and food order. We received drinks quickly. However after our food was delivered we were never approached again by our waiter. The 5 of us needed drink refills and could not find our waiter. 2 other employees walked around frequently. We asked one for refills he disappeared for over 10 minutes. When we asked the other he said he would get our waiter (which at that point was making tableside quacamole) for another table. Apparently the other 2 employee's were not capable of refilling our drinks. We had finished our entire dinner with empty glasses. After we were done, out waiter came to our table and we asked for our refills. He brought all but one. When we asked for our bill to be split into two, he disappeared only to come back and say he couldn't figure it out and that he would just pay for our bill. We politely declined and told him forget it we would pay the bill in whole. When we received the bill, it had each refill charged. We have been going to this restaurant for over 12 years and had never been charged for each refill. He responded that his boss told him that is what they are to do. Just made a reservation and the customer service is ON POINT!!!!!! I'll update with food review! Food was oh so disappointing. Nothing like what I had expected. And my "frozen" margarita had ZERO ice and was luke warm, like they had poured it into a glass straight out of the dishwasher. Check out other Mexican food in the area. We come to this Fiesta Guadalajara as it is closest to our home. What I really like about this place is that it is a big restaurant so you can sometimes get a nice quiet dinner. Food is of average quality then again, I am still looking for a great Mexican restaurant in the Treasure Valley. Until then, FG has decent food and we enjoy this location. read more

I love the chicken mole at Fiesta Guadalajara and the family enjoyed their meals. The waitress was constantly getting drink refills. The only reason this is not a 5 review is we were the only people in the restaurant and it took at least 20 minutes to get our food. Seemed like a long time for nobody else being there. How can a Mexican restaurant not know how to make nachos without soggy chips?

Worst service ever! Food was good though. I asked for sour cream but never got. Got charged for it though. One gal took my card and charged me already. The other gal redid the bill and took off the sour cream and gave me another bill. I said the other gal already charged me! She said sorry for the miss communication. They were on the phone most of the time taking to go orders and forgetting the patrons inside! There was only a few other patrons inside so there was no excuse for the slow and inattentive service! I left paying for the sour cream on the first bill I signed. I left $2 on the table for tip which was totally undeserved!! I give 3 stars for the food. None for the lousy slow service! read more

Worst Mexican food I've had in a long time. The pork in the tacos was dry and not seasoned at all and they were covered in the lettuce I asked them to hold. The margarita was served in a fresh-from-the-dishwasher hot glass, so the ice melted immediately. I admit I should have had a clue when the place was half empty on Cinco de Mayo...... This is always a good choice to come to eat, I have never been disapointed. The food is always good and timely, and as of recent there are more new employees so the customer service is good. I love Mexican food, this place has fast friendly staff and great food. My wife and I go here with my kids often and have not had a bad experience. I love the Carne Asada and my wife kids love the burritos and the chips and salsa on the table disappears with my kids. The prices are good everyone is super friendly and ready to help. I will never eat here again! My mystery meat (or meat like product) tacos were soggy and dripping fat. Husband ordered a beer that never showed up. The prices were ridiculously pricey for not even edible food. Service was awful. Actually there was no service. It was like we were invisible. After frequenting the other recommended Mexican restaurant in Kuna for years, the occasion came to where we didn't feel like waiting in line for a table and drove the four blocks to Fiesta Guadalajara. Wow we were amazed and felt a little silly putting up with the crowds at the other place for all this time. The food is every bit as good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is far and away better than the famous Mexican restaurant down the street to the west. And now serving a lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday. I am a huge fan of Mexican cuisine. I stopped in here for a quick lunch while visiting some family and was glad I did. Fast, very friendly service at a very reasonable price. Let's start at the end. We went to Feista Guadalajara in Kuna, Idaho. I asked if they had a military discount. Our bill was $55. The waitress looked at me and said I will give you one dollar off, and that's exactly what she took off of the bill. That is not only an insult to me and my family but to all of our military servicemen. If you don't offer a 10% discount then say no I'm sorry we don't offer one. NO PROBLEM!!! I go there once every two or three years hoping it would change. I will NEVER be back again !!! I took my kids there it took five minutes with no receptionist upfront to get a table and it was slow. The food was not that great, it took a long time to come out, and my alcoholic drink didn't have any alcohol in it. read more

I come from a big city where Mexican Food Restaurants are everywhere. I moved to Kuna a year ago and decided to stop into this loney place in Paul's market shopping center. THE FOOD IS AMAZING! Beyond delicious! I stop in at least twice a month for dinner and sometimes even on a quick lunch break! I dont understand why this place isn't packed all the time! The drinks are delicious!
