I rarely ever write reviews on non-food places, but this place deserves a review for sure. I trust this place fully and only this place with all my clothing. I've tried other dry cleaners around the area, but nothing compares to the quality and customer service here. The prices are unbeatable for the quality work they do. I always think some stains are impossible to get rid of but they somehow always make them disappear.. and so quickly too! They're also always extremely accommodating when I need my dresses and scrubs altered even when I need it for the next day. The staff here is amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers and I feel like I'm not able to find that anywhere else. Highly recommend this place! They were part of her Marina City Club pick up and delivery service was my introduction a few years ago however prices seem to be getting higher a lot on Alterations. The alteration Woman is awesome And I've been a loyal customer for about eight years I had one alteration that came apart in the same exact spot very quickly and they charged me $15 in original cost to do it again so now I'm moving on. Don't take your clothes here. They NEVER accept coupons, they NEVER have store coupons and they don't do a good job cleaning ANYTHING. I brought a cream colored sweater here and when I picked it up it had a HUGE burn stain in the back of it. A dark brown mark, probably made while being ironed or pressed. It was hidden in the middle of all the clothes I picked up and I didn't notice it until I was home. Of course they did nothing about it and claimed they didn't ruin my sweater. Whatever, I know for a fact the stain wasn't there when I dropped it off. Period. Additionally, having clothes cleaned on a regular basis gets expensive. Every week I spend at least $70 on dry cleaning and every once in a while its nice to get 15-20% off. Nope, not at this place. On top of being pricey, this location is in a place that is horrible for parking. All of the above are total negatives as far as I'm concerned. Wouldn't go back if they paid me to dry clean my clothes! Just sayin. read more

Really nice people who reliably do a good job. I used to use them when I lived in an apartment building in Marina Del Rey and was rarely disappointed. I think they could go a little easier with the chemicals on suits to help them last longer, but they do a great job with shirts. I have since moved a little farther and they have offered to do pick up and delivery. Looking at some closer options, but all in all I like this place. read more

I've been taking my dress shirts here for the past year and a half, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! I usually bring them about 50 shirts at a time, and all of them come out perfectly pressed with no issues! If you have a lot of french cuff shirts, they do an excellent job of folding the cuff over and using a paper cufflink to keep them together! read more

I just wrote a gushing e-mail to the coordinator of Final Touch's delivery Service - Lucio Ruiz. My wife and I have been using Final Touch's home pick-up and delivery service once a week for several months. Lucio and his team are really detailed, usually within half an hour of when they say they'll arrive to do pick-ups, and best of all for me - they do their own dry cleaning, meaning they do next-day dry cleaning delivery. Absolutely amazing. If I could give them 6 stars I would. It's worth noting that I used to use Sparkling Coin laundry delivery service, but after they lost a favorite article of clothing, claimed they had never seen said article of clothing, then after several days of arguing with Arnold the owner, he finally "found" it. Pretty disconcerting experience, which lead to a fairly extensive competitive analysis of west side laundry delivery services, with Final Touch coming out on top, both on paper, and I'm delighted to say, in reality as well. We have used this dry cleaning service for 4 years. We have often gotten back shirts that didn't belong to my husband and they have lost items that we have given them. We were lazy and kept using this service because it is convenient. Unfortunately, most recently, my favorite clothing item, that has been dry cleaned at this establishment many times, came with with two large holes in it. They didn't offer to compensate me for the damage, although we have spent hundreds of dollars there, and suggested that it was my fault that it happened. I'm switching dry cleaners. read more

I had recently went to this establishment for a pants alteration and they were able to alter them that day which was great. Unfortunately, when I had picked them up I saw that there were two large tears in my pants just above the rear pockets. I will definitely be requesting them to fix this and I will not use them again. read more

First time to this place and LAST TIME. Came to this place for stitching and dry cleaning on my sport jacket and was told to be done in 3 days. Came to pick up my jacket on the due date just to find out that it was not ready due to their machinery not working. I was asked to comeback the next day. Picked up the jacket and I asked if I can have a courtesy because this was my first time and I was not having a positive experience and they said " I'm sorry but I cannot". What a way to make me feel valued and earn my business! Not only do I pay for service but I also appreciate "customer service" with that and this place doesn't have that. I am a 20 year customer here and recently i found that one of my shirts was missing from the order. This was a brand new $165.00 garment which ordinarily , i would have laundered myself but since it has patch pocket sleeves it required dry cleaning .After going around and around with these guys they are washing their hands of the situation , checking again, talking to so and so .This is bad news and if you have a garment make sure you bring the receipt in and check carefully Never to return to Final Touch .Ever. read more

Great cleaners and great people. Always on time, and reasonable prices. Been going for at least 30 years and never a complaint. The seamstress has even done some oddball custom sewing jobs for me (in addition to alterations) and always with a smile. Just had a ski parka cleaned that hadn't been cleaned in years and the grime was ground into the collar and all over the back and arms. When I picked it up it looked brand new and only cost $20. read more

They have incorporated or purchased the old school Lace House into their business. Lace House, formerly in W Los Angeles for decades, was a great place to take large tablecloths. Final Touch has the equipment to beautifully wash, starch, and press your vintage linens. They will be returned carefully folded with blue paper liner (to soften crease lines) on special hangers. You can also select long cardboard tubes for the cloths to be rolled on if you have storage in your home for this type of long tube. They do a perfect job on napkins, flat and perfectly folded, no sloppiness. They will also repair old linens - not to museum quality but good enough to keep using them. Great hours and easy off-the-freeway location since I drive my table cloths and linens from Long Beach. That's how good they are. Sandy D. read more
