We've been here a couple of times for brunch. So yummy, and the Bloody Mary bar is fantastic. Service was great too!

They have free valet if you're not a hotel guest if you get your ticket validated. This is unlike many hotel restaurants I've been to and the food was fantastic. I had the flat bread for an appetizer, then the sea bass which was superb. Then finished with a banana milkshake. The whole meal was great. Worst service I've ever seen! Can't seem to get their act together! Not only bad service but the food was literally inedible. Scrambled eggs that were so overdone they were hard as cardboard. The coffee tasted like the coffee filter hadn't been changed in God knows how long. All U could taste was weak coffee that tasted like coffee filter. Will NEVER go back. Couldn't even eat the food. We ordered the brussel sprouts and sugar snap pea small plates. The veggies were mushy like they had been micorwaved. Very disappointing. The deviled eggs were uninspiring and bland. I came here for brunch with one of my girlfriends, and I got the crab cake eggs benedict because, well, why wouldn't you? It was deeeelish (but when is eggs benedict not delish?), and my friend got the whole wheat french toast which I got to try--pretty good, but not the best french toast I've ever had. However, the quality of the food is definitely worth the price and the service is great. It's also huge so it's good for big parties if you are looking for that. read more

A very fancy conformable spot to have brunch! The only down side I can think of is that they should definitely expand their brunch menu. In my opinion, I feel like there should be a lot more, there wasn't any hash browns, which I am most disappointed about! Every breakfast/lunch place should have hash browns! Other than that $14 for bottom mimosas is not so shabby! We definitely made the most of that ;) Also amazing customer service, they knew what was up and came by and refilled our mimosas even when we weren't half way done with it, not stingy at all! read more

An all around incredible dining experience! The food was absolutely perfect! Our server, Brett was such a fantastic waiter. My wife has celiacs, and he was so attentive to her needs, that it made our evening extremely memorable! He took the time and made us feel special. We had such a great time because of him. The food was great, the service was not. They got my wife's order right but the messed up mine bringing me pork ribs, not short ribs. The manager asked if I wanted something in the meantime and I asked for a second order of Brussels sprouts. Eventually the short ribs came and they were awesome. I never got the extra Brussels sprouts. It also took a long time to get our check because there was no waiter regularly in my section. Eventually the check came and we were charged for the second order of sprouts that we never got. After pointing this out they fixed the check and bought me a drink. Overall Finch & Fork is worth going to. Their food is 5 stars. It's a shame the service was mediocre. read more

We came to Finch & Fork during our weekend get-away for an afternoon bloody Mary and were very impressed! The bloody Mary's were only average, but the deviled eggs were awesome and highly recommended. Although Finch and Fork is a classy, upscale dinning spot, it isn't at all LA pretentious. As is typical with Santa Barbara, the vibe was kick back, service was profession, and clientele didn't judge if you walked in with flip flops! If you're looking for a great spot to kick back and get an afternoon drink or appetizer, this is the spot! Can't wait to go back and try the dinner menu! read more

Incredible! Finch + Fork has incredible cocktails and creative twists on traditional foods. After a Sunday of wine tasting, we arrived for a late lunch/early dinner. The menu was limited given the time of day, which wasn't a problem because everything we tried was delicious. We had the house made jerky, burger (cooked perfectly and so good we ordered a second), shishito peppers, roasted sweet corn, and pickled vegetables. The Guava Jelly cocktail is one of the best drinks I've ever had. We ate several meals during our stay in Santa Barbara (all good), but this was by far the best. read more

I had dinner there 3/14/14 and it was yummy. Our server, James, was fantastic. He knew the wine and food menus and gave us intelligent recommendations. Nice to have a waiter whose head is in the game. The wine, appetizers and food were all delicious. The place was hopping and they didn't rush us out like so many SB restaurants do these days. I ate here over the Memorial Day weekend so it was a little crazy. The food was good, Had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with garlic fries and a kale salad. Sure do love those garlic fries. Slightly upscale restaurant so probably not ideal for a quick/cheap bite, but if you're looking for a slightly special dinner, this should be on your list to consider. Chef James Siao is a local celebrity, the food is delicate and sophisticated, but the portions are generour. Quite on the pricey side though, but you get what you pay for. Lovely ambience. Good for business meetings or for a couples date, but I don't think you'd do well here with small kids. read more

Overpriced and Over hyped.. You are basically paying for the ambiance and the expensive decor. The food was below average, we had a party of 12 and none of us were really impressed by it. The waiter seemed to have an attitude and was annoyed by the questions we asked. He kept trying to persuade us to get dessert when we repeatedly said no. After we finally gave in and ordered dessert, it was coffee. The salesman attitude and the pressure made the whole experience even worse. read more

My husband and I were pleasantly shocked at how incredible our meals were at Finch & Fork! The hotel is nice but a bit generic so we had put off going for awhile but the Axxess card deal persuaded us to give it a try. The rainbow trout (which is wild) was incredible as were the creative, perfectly paired sides. My husband had the sea bass, which was one of the best fish either of us has ever tasted, and I am a pescaterian of 5 years so I've had countless fish dishes. Highly recommend. read more

I love their greens juice. It's a good pick me up in the morning. The burrata appetizer was delicious! The lamb burger was so juicy but a little heavy on the yogurt. excellent service, beautiful interior, but horrible food. I was so excited to bring my boyfriend here for brunch while on a weekend getaway in SB. I ordered the egg white omelet (with whole eggs for fear of being bland) and J ordered the lamb burger. lamb burger was good but wasn't spectacular. not sure it was worth $18, just sayin! my omelet was SO BLAND. I'm vegetarian so I can handle blandness, but this was bad!! the fruit that came with the dish wasn't even ripe (we live in CA so there is no excuse to have horrible produce in my opinion...). I couldn't eat more than 1/2 of what was on my plate and ended up throwing the rest away. the quinoa didn't pair well with the omelet- it made it more bland and the veggies + omelet weren't seasoned with anything. the jam that was brought for my toast was pretty good tho. also, the water tasted disgusting on the 2cd refill, which is just weird! I drink filtered water, so I'm used to a tappy water taste but this was nasty. two things I never do, I did: waste water and food. I felt so unsatisfied upon leaving this restaurant. What a fun and classy place! On our trip up the coast, the girlfriend and I made reservations here based on the photos and hype from Yelp reviews. Boy, are we glad we did! The restaurant is situated at the base of a beautiful hotel there in SB. We checked in about 30 min early with intention of having a small drink at the bar. The respectful hostess told us that we could definitely wait at the bar and that she would come and collect us when our table was ready. We walked over to the bar and were glad we wore some nice attire bc this place is on the classier side of casual. I ordered the tasty Guava Jelly and she ordered a strawberry martini. Bartender was attentive, quick, and very polite. As soon as we had taken a couple sips, we settled our tab bc the table was ready. We were seated at an interesting table which was in front of a couch. It seemed to be the only table in that dining room that had that configuration, but it was comfy and different :) Our waiter, James, was a really nice guy. He gave is some time to look over the menu. We ordered the garlic fries appetizer, the special of the day (lasagna), and the baked mac and cheese (based on how delish it looked on Yelp). Word of advice: the baked mac and cheese is a small portion. It looks large in the pictures on Yelp, but it's pretty small for a dinner for one person. Nonetheless, we both split the lasagna, the salad it came with, and the mac and cheese and were stuffed by the end of the meal. The place is beautiful it's part of an upScale hotel , the prices are moderate for how nice it is , I ordered the steak salad and it was perfect (like my meat raw) . With that being said my husband ordered the chefs special tacos and they were small not much meat and super dry no sauce . Service was great no complaints. read more

This hotel/bar is so subpar and I have been there several times. Drunk women unattended and unnoticed in the lobby. Girls at the front desk who could care less about a thing. Bartenders who are tattooed and unattentive to people who are there for hours. Food that is average and has not been updated in 6-7 months.Charred should never be burnt. Great place, great food, very good service. We could have gotten through the evening on the Happy Hour food menu, to say nothing of the huge serving of Sangria. We split the scallop dinner after that and found room for them because they were so good. Highly recommended -- and do ask about the Happy Hour menu -- it did not come automatically -- but it includes food items and great prices and lasts until 7 -- at least when we were there. read more

Mimosas were fantastic and they refill them for just a $1 which is an amazing deal for a Sunday brunch.
