Fink's barbecue is a Meat Lovers Paradise! I have been there quite a few times and It is my favorite barbecue restaurant! Everything there is absolutely delicious! This time, I had a pork belly slider and a brisket slider. The meats were so tender and flavorful! OMG! A must try is the corn pudding. It is a pure heaven and believe it if not, the main reason I go to Finks. Although it's not around the corner from me, it definitely is worth the drive. Service is always on point and it has a nice vibe. Definitely give it a try. You won't regret it.

LOVE to have fried catfish!! It's been too long, and Fink's definitely hit the spot! And for someone who doesn't much care for greens, I took my leftovers home! Very juicy, not bitter, and a nice flavor overall. I love the daily specials, such a great idea that's not seen very often. Really meaty wings, and next time, I'll be sure to get a regular sauce as advertised, rather than the dry rubs that I usually prefer. I also really liked the ambience, multi-levels, taking advantage of the uneven terrain it's built on. We did have to ask after our wings, since we'd already gotten our entrees before them, but they were promptly delivered. Can't wait to come back and enjoy more of the menu!

Hot Diggity Dog let's get funky at Finky town. This is Linguini Bonotucci of Yelp Elite News reporting to you live from Fink's in Suffern. Regionally referred to as a motorcycle mattress and a headache of a parking lot, those who dare to enter leave ready to return in a few hours for entree number 2. Join me as I sit down with customers, maybe talk to some cooks and possibly order some food for myself! I'm here with first-time customer Bobby Ray, Bobby what are the vibes you're catching here you little spunk rocket, "Hey Linguini...", Call me Mr. Bonotucci. Respect me or you'll find out why you should... "Yes, sorry hello Mr. Bonotucci, big fan. The vibes are legit. I was a little scared to come into this spot but I'm legit happy to be here. I can smell what the rock is cooking, I can almost taste it. I'm legit slippin out my socks inside of my crocs I'm ready to let these dawgs howlllll." Alright sir come calm down, I'm going to 'legit' have to tell you to take 5 steps back from me and bury your cheeks in breath mints because your facehole smells like a pig pen you shameless hog. Oinkkkkkkkk. "Do I really smell that bad?" Don't speak until spoken to, do you understand Bobby? Shut it... I'm back on the air. You heard it here first, Fink's passes the vibe check. It's what you expect but also kind of more because most don't expect anything in here. Follow me to the booth with that lizard looking family of 6... hello folks what do we got here on the table? "We've done an assortment of the best appetizers as described by you Mr. B, to share amongst us. Smoked Wings, Gumbo, Tots and Porkenfries." Oh wow so just ordering apps today then? "No these are just the starters we'll get our meals after." Lord have mercy, how many toilets are at your house? Don't answer that... I'm sure Fink's will deliver a plumber to your house free of charge. Class organization. For those that have never been, the wings here ALWAYS hit that spot. The G one, or so I've heard. What do I recommend? I recommend you Cajun Dust me with that dirt you naughty ol' chicken... then Tango with me while we're lathered in Tangy Apple BBQ. YeeeeHawwwwww. Sorry, cut out there at the end. I'm here with Gal Fieri who is covered in pork. Lady, can you free your hands and mouth from that plate of pork to answer a few questions? "Nom nom nom nom nom" Ma'am can you hear me? Hello? No? Oh man bring the camera closer look at her eyes. She's possessed by the soul of the entire Pig she's consuming here. I brought a needle... bring that over here and watch as I remove some blood from her and test the contents. Huh? Is it sanitized? Idk. Just keep rolling... I found it in the bathroom it's not a big deal. Wow look at the "liquid" I've extracted... I don't even have to test it. That is coming out super slow, yes that is pure lard coursing her veins. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I'm gonna be honest I'm getting pretty hungry here this lady doesn't deserve to be having all the fun does she? ~ (Linguini sets down his mic, unbuttons 10 buttons from his shirt, pulls out the insides of his pockets from his jeans, slightly undoes his zipper and dives head first into Gal Fieri's plate of pork. They are both just going at it, bite for bite it is a scene of bewilderment... seemingly lost in the pork they meet eyes for a moment and begin to French Kiss 6 ounces of Pulled Pork in and out of each others mouths. You'd anticipate the restaurant would begin to clear, but this is just a normal Wednesday night at Fink's.) ~ Hey guys I'm back, sorry just lost my place there on the prompter (wipes pork and mashed potatoes off corner of mouth and puts undershirt covered in duck lard back on.) The pulled pork is simply at another level here. It is always perfect by itself or in between two blessed buns. Corn Soufflé is the best side, Mac and Cheese is sublime, Quackie Tatties, some real nice baddies... just endless options... I'm just happy to be here. All the cheesesteaks are wonderful. They are huge, they are creative, they are customizable. They serve hot dogs. They come out fantastic. I feel like I'm a kid at a carnival here. My eyes are wide open, my smile runs ear to ear, I'm not wearing any pants. Life is simple at Finks. Smell food. Choose food. Eat food. Repeat until your belly rolls out of your shirt and you begin to foam out of your mouth whatever you most recently ate. Only then can you contemplate leaving. And at that point? You still may choose to stay. Thanks for staying through this review. This is Linguini Bonotucci of Yelp Elite News... until next time.

Pulled pork and amazing cornbread soufflé!
    Alicia M.

Great BBQ and seasonal menu reflected Fat Tuesday offerings such as the brisket BBQ. Also, the cornbread soufflé is a local favorite for over 20th years. Not your typical cornbread and it was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend and would eat heat again if we lived closer.

    Brisket Sandwich
    Barney C.

TL;DR Version: - Exceptional service (Shout out to Paul!) - Dog friendly outdoor seating - Decent BBQ. Solid 3.5/5 for grub. Long Winded Version: Food: 3.5/5 - Brisket was a bit dry. May it was an off day. - Brisket sandwich had a bit too many flavors, brisket got lost Location: 4/5 - Convenient if you're hiking one of the many trails in the area Atmosphere / Ambiance: 5/5 - Nice and chill. Friendly customers. - Service is steller. Our waiter Paul was friendly and attentive. Quality: 5/5 - Solid food at a good price.

Cheesesteak and tots, cold local beer!
    Albert L.

Fink's was on point. Kept hearing about the cheesesteak but it was more than just cheesesteak! Service, engagement, customer service, and the place as a whole. Walking in and figured sitting at the bar would give a vibe of how everything goes here. Ordered the classic at first and actually took one home as well. Good beer selection and more liquor than I knew what to do with. Krissy at the bar was inviting and had plenty of good conversation. With all the spots in the area, Fink,'s is a Dimond in the rough. Pay them a visit and tell them who sent you!

    Fried Catfish Po'Boy

I enjoyed my meal and really like the homemade potato chips. My server was nice and friendly.

The food and service was great! Famous for the corn souffle was delicious!! Highly recommended! The bbq ribs are insanely tender!

    Yum

Good food but slow. Over half hour wait during lunchtime with the place nearly empty. And no rolls available for sandwiches, only wraps,

Great service, however, food was disappointing. Baby back ribs BBQ sauce was very salty. The cheese steak sandwich was just ok.

Let's talk about heaven…read more... This is it. If the owner ever opens a sit down restaurant I want a standing reservation for the rest of my life. From the pizza to the fresh mozzarella to the cook at home porchetta there has never been a miss and I am a critical foodie...but my god...everything is delicious. We picked up a porchetta for the holiday and a hush fell over the table...every bite was succulent and cooked to perfection which was lovely because my husband took point and was able to easily handle it from the instructions. Now the bad. (Entirely unserious) Oh. The bad is that the young man at the counter didn't physically twist my arm to get 2 orders of EVERYTHING. The Cacio e Pepe fritters are life changing I would eat a bowl the size of my head and then a dozen of these fried bites of heaven. HEAVEN. He was too nice he should have told us to buy more We love the ability to grab the nectars and imported beverages by the single or 4 back, the garlic bread is absurd, the mozzarella sticks are soooooo creamy dreamy and the meatballs? A village set in a valley cannot be hidden. Like winter wonderland for suburban Italians. I walked in just to take a look, and upon entrance my eyes opened so wide that tears begun to flow upwards out of my eyes. Combing my hair backward with flooding water. My brother pinched himself but lost all feeling, and was unable to tell if he were now in a dream. But as we know, he wasn't dreaming, signori. Unexpectedly, but with the ebullience of a young boy I pridefully dropped a fat bill on a variety of goods. Zippo on the regrets, and ya better believe that. Some personality behind the counter adds to the vibe of this pseudo deli turned ristorante. They could've convinced me into buying the whole establishment - had me hook, line and sinker. Yet I didn't leave feeling like a stinker. What do I recommend? Every ting. Da sandwiches is surelllllly da best in a couple town radius. Diameter. Pi. Calculus, yea whatever. Sandy was fat yet functional, sort of like me. Bread options are spectacular. The homemade balsamic. The balsamic dip. Arancini. Dessert. And of course, da pig of da pin, da bell of da ball, da Porchetta. Not to mention, but I guess I am mentioning, you can practically live here. The porchetta king is constantly throwing porchetta samples on the counter. You may get overwhelmed by the samplings. I think they may have been feeding stuff to me hand to mouth. I blacked out. Sfogliatelle samples? Scusi me, where are we in Napoli? Who do you folks think you are? Love it. Love the game. What did I get myself into... Anyways I think I left with the pistachio cream, a Parma sandwich I may have added a cutlet, this thing was beautiful. I got their balsamic vin dip and slapped it on the bread of da sandy myself. Mamma Mia I need to go back. I got a classic crispy loaf, for I am a man of class. Some gelato found its way somewhere. Call me dramatic and over emphatic but this place is an automatic. Cheers to the new kings of DTS (Down Town Suffern for non locals.) I'll be stopping in here and there to pay my respects, mi amore. Ciao ciao - Mr. Bonotucci.
