Finally got a chance to try this place and it was a pleasant surprise! Came here for dinner with a colleague and was surprised to see how busy it was on a Monday evening! There were plenty of tables for indoor or outdoor seating. Lots of tvs as well. I was surprised to see how close the tables were placed together. We dined indoors and I felt like I could barely hear my friend speak and I could hear my neighbor's conversations. That was the only downside to this place. However after the parties to our left and right left, I can hear my friend just fine and it felt less crowded and more comfortable to eat and talk. Service was great! Lots of tasty items on the menu. Portions were generous and prices were affordable. I ordered the Peggy 's Chicken Sandwich and Tater Tots for my side. Beautiful presentation and very tasty! Loved the freshly fried chips that it came with. Lots of tasty fried tots. And the burger was tasty! Will definitely be back to try their other burgers and menu items. I love this Finney's location!!! It can be a bit loud like all of the Finney's. The service at the bar is my favorite place to sit. We always get great attentive service when we sit at the bar. The staff is helpful and encourages us to try new things while also sharing their favorites. The open floor plan at this location is great. We love the community tables when the bar is full. This location has great vibes full of happy locals to enjoy conversations with new people. The food is always dependable and delicious. I enjoy the salads with great flavor profiles. The servers are usually attentive at the beginning, but sometimes they miss circling back between bringing the food and dropping the check (I drink A LOT of water lol). This was our first time visiting the Camarillo location and we absolutely loved the vibe. The wait times can be lengthy, but they have a ping pong table and other amenities to keep you entertained. The food was so good I completely forgot to take pictures of everything we had. We tried the cheesesteak egg rolls, jalapeño egg burger, finneys burger, and the pizzas. Everything was delicious. How about a ZERO star rating? Can't say much about the food because after waiting 20 minutes for a table the manager came over and said he would refuse to serve us. Why you ask? Came in at happy hour on a holiday Monday. 20 minute wait for an outside table even though there were plenty of empty tables outside. Asked if there was anything they could do to make the wait shorter-they said no. 20 mins later our table is ready. As we are walking with the host, the manager Jordan stopped us and said "its not fair to our other customers for you to ask us to expedite your table so I have the right to refuse service to anybody so I am not going to serve you". What is that about? Seems a bit harsh and completely uncalled for. And after reading further reviews about service, Jordan seems to be the common denominator of the problem, Had I known they were so rude and had horrible customer service I wouldn't have waited 20 minutes. We live in the area and will be sure to let all our friends and family know how they treat people at Finneys. Never going back and neither should you. read more

I realize this is a new location with bugs to be ironed out. It's nice to have a watering hole to meet up with my friends and enjoy a brew. That being said the food we ordered was ehh. The pastrami was way over cooked almost burnt for the sandwich. The tacos were okay. Gotta get used to the taco shells, not the normal texture. The beer was tasty, no issues there. The bill came and of course we were over charged, by about 90$...lol. a manger fixed the issue. Another strange caveat was that it was hard to tell who was a manager? Almost everyone working is in uniform, however, the manager I seriously thought was a patron. A name tag or something would be recommended. read more

Been looking forward to this opening for a while and am so happy it's finally here! My husband and I love Finney's and have been to several of their locations and love that we have one in town now. We go to Finney's for the local beers, awesome happy hours, and fun vibes, and this location's already got it! The inside is well done with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, SO MANY TVS, a great flow of space, outdoor cornhole, an outdoor fireplace, and cute decor. As it was their grand opening of course they were packed, we were there for the tail end of happy hour and we got a seat within 15 minutes - yikes cutting it close haha! I would make sure to mention you want a table inside (if you do) when putting your name down because we were escorted to an outdoor table and even with the heat lamps it was too cold for me. We spotted seats at the tables near the bar and asked if we could hop there instead. The servers were super kind and even grabbed our order so they could put it in quickly. Okay now onto the good stuff, here was our order off the happy hour menu: - Guava margarita - this is a must-have, so refreshing, sweet and tart, with a spicy tajin rim - Old fashioned - my husband said it was good and well made - Cheesesteak egg rolls - creative! The filling was hefty and tasted like cheesesteak and the egg rolls offered a nice crunch. It came with a sweet jalapeno-like jam but I would've opted for a spicy sauce instead - Buffalo Cauliflower - can't go wrong with these, super well seasoned, with a great breading on the outside that you don't even remember it's a veggie! - Nashville hot chicken sliders - my husband loved these, great spice on the chicken and very poppable - Sausage & garlic pizza - what a steal for the price. Loved how crispy it was, sausage really shined here and the perfect amount of garlic made each bite a flavor blast - Mini ahi poke tacos - these were our favorite of the night. There was plenty of ahi packed into these mini crispy taco shells and the flavors worked really well together We also ordered Finney's hef and pilsner and thought they were good-tasting beers - thumbs up from us. After 20 minutes, we were sat at a booth. While sitting down anyone that put there hand on the table, ended up with a splinter. The table was was very sticky and covered in cloth bits from them wiping the table. The food was disgusting, out of all of our food ordered only one item tasted good and that was the quesadilla appetizer. All items are from Sysco, nothing is made in the house, all of it is from a container. We had a total of three waiters, never knowing, which one was our waiter. If I could give zero stars, I would. We just got back from eating here and I have mixed ideas: First the Reuben was EXCELLENT, and I grew up eating in Jewish Delis. The Coconut Shrimp were too cooked (dark brown) and when I pointed it out to the girl who served me, she got snotty & went to the manager., who came to me & said "Burnt?", yep.. and when he asked the girl what was wrong she got snotty to him! She was also rude to the table next to us, so she needs a lesson in service or to find herself another job. We also had Lobster Rolls; these were not so goo; they were toasted inside, but the outside was a mushy white bread. The Lobster was in a mayo type sauce & tart, whereas, if you know Lobster Rolls, you want the bread toasted & not gooey outside and you want that Lobster dripping in butter. The selection of beers/ales/stouts was ample.... The staff was otherwise friendly and we will go there again, but we'll not order the Lobster Rolls. read more

Date night at Finney's! We had an hour or so to wait so found ourselves on their lighted outdoor patio in comfy Adirondack chairs facing the firepit with a drink in hand! I appreciated the blow by blow updates of how quickly we would be seated (they use Yelp waitlist) Once we were seated, our server was efficient and friendly. We decided to make a meal out of a host of appetizers-- my favorite way to eat! - mini lobster rolls-- sadly the Tabasco aioli overpowered the lobster which was further downplayed by the sweetness of the Hawaiian bread. - Yuzu Buffalo chicken wings - crispy deliciousness! These were perfectly done. We asked for firecracker and bleu cheese dips to go with the wings - the firecracker was yum, but the bleu cheese wasn't. It tasted more like ranch than anything else. - Mushroom truffle pizza -- mmm this was delicious with the fontina cheese and arugula. The crust was flatbread style - perfectly crisped. I really enjoyed it. Crispy Brussels - figs were a bit over cooked - and didn't add anything to the dish. The Brussels sprouts were so so so yummy and perfectly crispy. I could have made a meal out of them alone. They have a great selection of local breweries' beers and the bartenders definitely know their craft with the cocktails. read more
