I enjoyed the service by our server Eddie. The ambience that Finney's in Camarillo provided was refreshing. Upon entering there are televisions enabling sports fans to enjoy the game while eating. There is a bar located in the middle of the establishment which allows you to also enjoy a flavorful cocktail or IPA. My seat was located outside on the patio which I was a little hesitant about because it was a little breezy out; however, there are heaters located throughout which helps keep it warm outside. In addition to the heaters, there are televisions, ping pong tables, a grassy area where you can play corn hole, and lawn chairs where you can sit and just enjoy the sun. We chose to order the following appetizers and entrees: Mini Lobster Rolls, Mini Ahi Poke Tacos, Chicken and Waffle Bites, Loaded Tator Tots, Crispy Coconut Shrimp, Crispy Brussels, and Poke Nachos. If I had to choose my favorite 3 they would be the Mini Lobster Rolls, Crispy Coconut Shrimp, and Poke Nachos. For entrees we ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad, the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, BBQ Chicken Flatbread (Gluten Free), Hickory BBQ Burger, Double Stack Smashburger, and the Bison Burger. The downside to the burgers and sandwiches is they do not come with fries. They come with house made chips and a pickle; however, house salad, fries, and onion rings ARE available as an add on item. It looks as though the gluten free flat bread pizzas come out as round rather than rectangular which is probably in between the size of a small/medium pizza. The serving sizes are decent. Not too big and not too small. My favorite entrees were the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad and the Double Stack Smashburger! As for cocktails, they have many specialty cocktails and a variety of different drafts. We ordered the Watermelon Smash and it was refreshing and light but tasty and sweet I believe this location is in a great area and will be successful. They just opened so it was quite crowded but they sent a bar service around to get you something while you waited. First drink wasn't good but the bar manager and then general manager Sam came and made it right. Waiters were all eager to please and the food was awesome. I went to finney's this past Sunday, 4/28. I'm no stranger to the busy Sundays as my family and I frequent here about once a month. We waited about 45 minutes or so for a table. The hostess jeanet (curly shoulder length hair with glasses) was very on it as far as customer service. I'm not sure if she's new or if I've never had the privilege having her host my family because, my visit was the first time EVER my family and I got offered water while waiting for a table. From the greeting at arrival, minimal wait time and interaction with hostess, to the phenomenal service as we ordered and even more magnificent attention as we dined. Kaela our server was wonderful. Great attention to us and endearing treatment all around. Checked on us in timely increments, just outstanding. As we dined, Jocelyn was delivering drinks to tables, including ours. On one delivery she walked by with attractive drink, Tarantula Hill Sour, and it looked Devine. I asked what it was and she informed me, also offered to get me a sample. A few moments later there she was with a sample. Quite tasty may I add! She returned later and checked up to see how I liked it and offered information on the beer. What excellent customer service to just give her time for a table that wasn't ordering more drinks but she was more than happy to help. I had the pleasure of listening and watching other servers interact and all were pleasant and happy to be of assistance. However I'll tell you what, I couldn't have gotten any better service than I did from both Kaela and Jocelyn. Kudos to you both. You two truly made the visit 1000 times better. I've now been to Finney's Crafthouse in Camarillo several times, and every time I've visited, the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere have been top-rate. Not only have the hosts/hostesses and servers been consistently wonderful, but the restaurant managers have also made regular visits to guests' tables to make sure everyone's experiences are ultimately positive, which I really respect. The music is always fun and energetic, plenty of sports games on TVs all over the place, and families and friends enjoying themselves indoors and on the patio. Well shoot... I was so looking forward to this place opening but I won't be going back anytime soon. The table we were sat at was barely big enough to hold our plates and the chair was horribly uncomfortable. The guest wifi was locked and none of the employees knew the password. Then we were seated during happy hour with no happy hour menu, so the waiter took one off another table and handed it to me with sticky stuff all over it. I had to ask the bus boy to clean it off for me because it was gross. Food was good, drinks were mediocre at best. The waiter brought me a drink I didn't order and then added it to the bill, and my friend's drink was served in a glass with a broken rim which she cut her lip on. I understand it's a recently opened establishment, but they should have their act together better than that before opening their doors. Sadly won't be back anytime soon... read more

My husband and I sat at the bar (hint, hint... zero wait time) and were instantly greeted by an incredibly friendly bartender Miles, who introduced himself, along with letting us know the name of the other bartender who would be serving us. Miles was on top of it with taking our order and checking back with us. The food arrived very promptly. We shared the lobster roll appetizer and the Poké tacos. Both were absolutely delicious! First, our server Evanne was attentive and our orders arrived promptly. She made our meal very pleasant because my pregnant wife and I were very hungry. The grilled cheese and tomato bisque was a delicious comfort food starter. The steak tacos and double smash burger were very yummy. The tacos were a good size, but the burger was on the small size. Went here for the first time. The wait was fine for a Saturday evening. I was amazed at the wide beer selection they have! The staff was friendly. The food was mid, nothing amazing. But the thing that was super annoying- GNATS!! EVERYWHERE!! The fact that i couldnt sit there for more than 2 minutes without swatting a gnat, was horrendous!!
