I had an amazing experience at Fins and Wings! I ordered the fish and chips which were fresh not frozen (halibut), and it was absolutely delicious. The halibut was perfectly cooked very moist and flavorful, with that golden, crispy coating that crunches and melts in your mouth. The fries were just as good, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, exactly how they should be. What really made the visit special was the owner. The owners are super friendly and passionate about fishing, and they use fresh, locally caught fish. We tried the local fish and chips, and the fish is perfectly crispy on the outside and moist/tender on the inside. The fries are super crispy, and they have an assortment of sauces. Our favorite was the garlic aioli! It added so much flavor to both the fish and the fries. They've only been open for 4 days, but they're already making a great impression.
