This place is convenient for me, and they deliver quickly. I really wanted to like this place, i have tried so many different meals, but I've never even had something decent here. The garlic bread is consistently burnt to a near crisp. The spaghetti is always overcooked and hard, the chicken is chewy and tastes revolting, and same goes with the seafood and veggies. Ordered delivery here last night on Foodler. It was a little late when I ordered, just after 7pm. It estimated the food would arrive by 8pm, which wasn't ideal, but I figured it was probably going to come sooner because I lived only a couple minutes away. At 8:20pm I called them to check that the food was on the way. The person who answered the phone sounded unsure and asked my name. She looked up my order and asked if I ordered something I didn't order, and I said no. Then I told her what I ordered and she said OK, it was coming, they were just a little delayed. Then I waited. After another HOUR passed, I called again (9:20pm). This time, again, the person sounded confused, and asked my name. She looked it up and said it was now out for delivery and tried to downplay it, saying they were running "a little late." Then, when I sounded frustrated she claimed the driver had a flat tire, which I found hard to believe because if that was really the reason for the delay, she probably would have said it right away and called me to let me know it was going to be over an hour delay. I got the impression throughout the experience that they just didn't care and basically expected it to take 2.5 hrs to get people their food. In the end, my food came at 9:35pm. It was fine, but nothing special. I got Chicken Parm, and the chicken was a little cardboard-y, but definitely a step up from frozen tv dinner style food. This is our go to Italian restaurant in the area. The food is fresh and prepared well and fast. If you eat in you can bring your own bottle of wine. Marinara sauce and Pasta is good and the pizza is brick oven baked is very good too. Calzones are excellent and large! Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. read more

The hot dishes like chicken marsala and piccata are great for a fast take out dinner during the weeknights if you don't have time to cook but want something tasty. The caesar salad is a traditional caesar so definitely recommend it. I would steer clear of their pizza-I have much better. read more

If you think you've experienced good tomato sauce, you'll realize you were mistaken after coming to Fiorellas. Best tomato sauce I've ever tasted. I have been going to this place for the last 15 years and food is always good and in my opinion with best pizza in town.

I love this place and order delivery from them an embarrassing amount. Their calzones are fricking amazing, especially the Chicken Pesto. Since I moved to a place around the corner, that's become my staple comfort food. Their pizza and eggplant parm are also good, and I have high standards for both. Today I had a yummy cookie from them that was chocolate chip filled with chocolate. Delivery is lightning speed, and though they once forgot my drink, they made up for it by coming back with that drink, and another additional to make up for forgetting it the first time. We've been here twice now. The meatball calzone is great. We didn't care for their pizza much. I don't like how they leave the skin on their eggplant... My eggplant parm wasn't great. Living close by we have ordered from this place bi-monthly for a few years (circa-Cafe Fiorella). Mainly ordering just pizza's, the quality is fairly consistently good and the speed is quite fast for pick-up. One time I did become ill from an order, but after stating the bad experience to management, we were taken care of very well. They had done a refresh over a year ago, moving away from a "house of pizza/sub" type places and into a more hybrid takeout and dining with upscale decor. read more

Have ordered here plenty of times over tthe last few years. Have never gotten a bad meal. Our favorite to order is the chicken gnocchi fra diavlo. The chicken is always tender and the sauce has the perfect amount of spice. Ordering the garlic breadsticks makes you feel like you're eating at the original Fiorella's, not getting take out. Perfect for a night you want a delicious meal, but don't want to go through the whole sit down restaurant experience. read more

I ordered delivery and The calzones are good, but barely filled... chicken fingers cost $6 and they give you 3 sub shop style fingers, a cookie for $1.25 and it was about 2" round, and pizza was tiny and over cooked. Horrible experience. read more

This is our favorite pizza in Belmont-- been going there for eat in or take out over 16 years. The crust is what makes it-- chewy and tasty. Have ordered only once since the big makeover and thought the eating area update was a big improvement, didn't think the pizza had changed much. We'll be back again. read more

Highly recommended. First time visit, on a Monday .... clean, warm atmosphere with just a few tables since, it seems their delivery service is nonstop. Eventhough the woman working the phones and counter was answering calls continually, again, even on a Monday, she was so friendly both on the phone and to her guests. They do not have the liquor license but heartily welcome bringing your own wine (offered the corkscrew) and in fact are just a block or two away from Magnolias Wine...another helpful, courteous and reasonably priced establishment. Ordered the classic: pasta with meatballs....yum! The meatballs are made with the currently popular 3 meat mix of pork, veal and beef along with cheese and herbs....delightful. You can even order a very nice, small side salad for very minimal price. Advice: they've remodeled the front to a tan-colored theme, unlike the current Yelp pic.
