I've been here before on a good experience and that is why I'm giving it two stars. However, after my most recent visit, I would give it a one. On Tuesday, April 16th, my two friends and I visited. In total, we ordered about 30 boneless wings and chicken tenders/strips. When my friend bit into the chicken, it was still raw!!! About half of the chicken was still raw and you could without a doubt see it. I told the cashier and she took it to the back to talk to the staff. She came back out and asked my friend what she wanted to replace the tenders with. She got a garlic noodle as a replacement. I continued to eat my boneless wings thinking everything was okay since it was not pink. Throughout the night into the next day, my friend and I suspected we got food poisoning from the boneless wings we got (lots of symptoms). I called in and left a voicemail requesting a call back since no one answered. I called again later in the day as well and no one picked up. It has been three days since and I have yet to hear a response. read more

Went in and ordered an item ... They attempted to charge me more. When I questioned, the excuse was the video menu price was wrong. In other words, don't believe the prices on our menus, it actually costs more. They weren't willing to honor their printed prices. That's not how you restaurant. It doesn't work that way. Was not happy about my last visit yesterday. Usually when I come here the food is pretty good but it seems like there are a lot of new people working. The food wasn't up to par like it usually is so my boyfriend and I along with our friends were pretty disappointed. When ordering food up at the front the cashier didn't seem like she was paying attention because we had to repeat that we wanted rice 3x times to her. She then tells us there's no rice so we ordered fries instead. The soda machine was also VERY watered down. My boyfriend and I tried different sips of soda and options and I kid you not they ALL tasted WATERED DOWN. The garlic fries and normal fries that we ordered were both VERY STALE. When I say stale it was so stale that it was HARD to chew and it was difficult to eat because it also LACKED SEASONING and FLAVOR. The Buffalo chicken wings we ordered tasted very different as well. Seems like they hired a lot of new employees at this location because we saw new faces but please be consistent about providing good food and service. Probably not going to come back to this location if this continues. I expected a better experience. read more

We were really excited to try this new wing place and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was relaxed and modern. There are flat screens displayed throughout, great for sports fans. The best part was obviously the wings! The wings were fresh, cooked perfectly and the flavors....amazing! The food is good but if you plan to eat here just know that its not comfortable, it is sorta crowded and what is even worse, the music is extremely loud so bring ear plugs. These are the best wings in town. You will not be disappointed. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they got my to-go order wrong and we didn't notice until we got home. Yeah, I love wings and beer. So, I by-passed the 'ol BWW across Highway 12 and opted for the new folks on the block. Sauntered in, took my time to look over the menu hanging on the wall. They have combos, but none that included beer. I opted for ten wings, two flavors and a pint of IPA. The bill came to a little over $13.00. About the same as BWW's lunch time combo (a few wings and a side, like fries) with a pint. Fire Wings gives you the wings only - no ranch or bleu dressing, forget the celery and/or carrots my friends, we are talking just wings, napkins and a fork. Live with it. I chose the dry rubbed Cali rub and the Thai Chili style boneless - cause I like that white meat and don't feel like gnawing on bones. You order up at the register, get a number on a placard and find yourself a seat. I chose the bar so I could watch a little sports on TV (did I mention it was around 1:30, kinda slow after lunch?), scroll on my phone and wait. Young lady poured up my beer right away and I got served my wings within 10 minutes or so. Wings were just great, although the dry rubbed ones were floating around a little in the oil (hopefully pic will show this). This did not bother me, because they taste wonderful. I finished off my beer, asked for a to go box and was on my way. This seems more of a take out kind of place; no wait staff to speak of. Very clean, nice staff. I would highly recommend the Mon-Tue 60 cent boneless wings deal. I'll be back for that on the right day of the week! read more

I've always gone to the fire wings in Manteca. The staff has always been welcoming. Here, not only did it take 6-7 minutes for someone to come help me, but when I was finally helped the teenager didn't even seem to want to be there. I get it, it's been a long day and you want to go home but at least get my order right before going to talk to your friends. Specifically ordered bone in since I hate boneless and had a full order of boneless. Full order came out and they walked past it a few times before someone finally brought it out. The lemon pepper one might as well have been chicken nuggets because I saw no lemon pepper on them.
