I love peanut butter, but the Thai Peanut wings were a bit much, even for me. It was like they dipped the wings in a jar of peanut butter! I just won't order those next time. My friends and I met for happy hour to watch the NBA playoffs - Go Cavaliers! The interior has a nice modern look to it & nice relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted when we entered & the staff was very friendly. We had a good time & food and beer were very good. We had 2 pitchers of 805 & 1 of...ugh drawing a blank on the name (I'll update this when I remember). We had Lemon, Garlic, & Saigon wings, & Tater tots. All were very good. Their garlic noodles are amazing!!! They are like Gilroy garlic fries but even better! I would give them five stars alone just for the garlic noodles but their wings bring the review down a bit. We got the boneless wings, which is where we made our mistake I think. They were a bit dry. We tried the peanut butter, Saigon street and Malaysian curry flavors. The peanut butter flavor was good but not what I was expecting- there was no peanut butter taste. It was somewhat spicy but had no peanut flavor, just crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. The Saigon street wings needed more of the sauce to really get the taste. The Malaysian curry boneless wings reminded me of curry schnitzel- great flavor but too dry again. If we get wings again next time we will have to try bone-in. We will definitely be going back if for nothing other than more garlic noodles!! read more

Today was a bad day for Firewings. I did an online order and was not able to to pick it up. The parking is terrible at this site and there is no lighting. After being trapped and prevented by others trying to find a spot, I gave up. I went home and told them to cancel the order. They stated they would only give 50 percent as it was already made. No where does it say in order form that only 50 percent would be refunded. When I asked if I had trouble with the food or it was cooked improperly, could I get my money back. His response was that they would cook again. However, as far as he was concerned, the parking lot or insuring spots were available for customers that a was not FireWings problem or responsibility. He didn't care that I had trouble finding a spot to safety get out and it was my problem about the situation. They will only give 50 percent and that was it. He would pass on to manager. I talk to my credit card company to open a dispute charge in two days. Congratulations on being popular but I will go to Delta Shore location. It is bigger and cleaner. read more

I placed a small order for two and after watching several people who arrived after me get their orders, I asked about my order and was told it would be right out another 10 min later I was given my bag. Finally got a chance to check out Firewings. The bone-in wings was a good size, with alot of meat. The flavors I tried for the bone-in wings were peking and jamaican jerk. Both were good but the jerk was a little on the salty side. Flavors for the boneless wings I tried were bbq chipotle, thai chili and garlic parm. All were coated perfectly with sauce... BUT... the breading was too thick and overcooked causing the meat to be on the dry side. The worst boneless wings i have ever tasted! I waited a whole day to write this, just to let myself calm down, because I was livid yesterday, and didn't want to say something unfair out of anger. I want to start by saying that my family and I have eaten and enjoyed fire wings many times. I work at a hospital up the street, and have found it convenient to online order and then just go pick up on my lunch break. The wings are great, which is why they are still getting 2 stars from me. This review is based on the HORRIBLE MESS of an experience I had on Super Bowl Sunday. I placed a large online order on Saturday at 4:32 pm, in which I paid in advance. My order pick up was Sunday at 3:00pm. When I walked in to the restaurant at 2:55pm, not only was my order not ready... (and neither were the orders of at least 30 other people waiting) they said they were running AN HOUR AND A HALF BEHIND. To make a long, irritating story short, I'll just say that I'd rather WATCH my team play in the Super Bowl, than wait for a business that obviously had no idea how to manage the amount of orders they got. I requested a refund, but after getting home and looking at my receipt, it says order amount "0" and refund amount "0." My bank has no record of a pending refund transaction, so not only did we not have food on Super Bowl, now I'm going to have to deal with getting my money back. Awesome. We will never, ever eat here again. read more

I was a former wing expert and I must say this place is FIRE!!!! First time today and I went on my lunch break around 2 with my sister and niece. No line and open parking was great. I order the the 6 bone in combo and had the salt and pepper flavor that comes with sweet potato fries (light seasoning) and a drink. I must say every bite was juicy and crunchy I could eat it with rice too! My sister ordered the Saigon street flavor it was really good as well. We even tried the garlic noodles. Omg. Came here last night for an order to go. We got the family combo pack with Saigon street, dragon, and sweet chili. We didn't check anything when we got home but we opened everything up to only having drum sticks. We ordered around 10:50 pm and they close at 12am, so maybe we just had the last of batches. I don't know. This place is called fire WINGS not fire DRUMS. Kidding. But seriously, my family eats wings. We never requested for it to be all drums so I have no idea why it was that. Anyway, we barely ate any because we don't really like drums so that was a waste. I called the next day, and they granted $8 on a $25 bill. Look if you want some dry wings that come in a standard batter and the only difference is the sauce you dip it in, then go to wing stop. Realize your overpaying for something they take forever to make and takes no special skill or touch. If you order the family packs the sides are awesome. You can mix and match boneless or bone in and different flavors. The service is as fast as it can be. There were 2 cashiers up front when I was ordering my food and when I tipped them, there was no acknowledgement from either cashier when they clearly saw me putting money in their jar. Their wings are juicy and isn't over fried like other places. Have plasma tv's mounted on walls displaying live sports. Only thing I disliked were how skimpy the portion of ranches and side of veggies were. .75 cents for a small cup of extra ranch and about $1.40 for 6-7 pieces of celery lol.
