The reason for my 1 star review: 1) 20 pack wings costs $25.29 and only comes with two dipping sauce. For the price you pay, it should definitely come with at least 3 given that most people are going to be family sharing this. 2) the Ranch dipping sauce is disgusting. It's completely watered down. The owner needs to stop being so cheap and trying to extend the duration of the sauce by adding water to it. Yuck! Customers are paying premium dollar to eat here. At least let the sauce compliment the food. 3) we ordered a pitcher of beer which costs us $20 On the pricier side if you ask me. My boyfriend and I entered the restaurant and was immediately greeted by the workers. The place was very large and clean, which I hoped it would be since it is a newer location. We ordered the 20 wing pack, which comes with 3 flavors, 2 dips, large fries, and veggie sticks for $25.29. The flavors we chose were lemon pepper, garlic parm, and Saigon street. With this, we also ordered a pitcher of Golden Road Pineapple Cart. First, we received the Pineapple Cart. It was served in a frosted pitcher with frosted mugs. This was a great touch, since it kept our beer cold. We originally sat at the bar to watch the TVs, but the bar was a little too high (or the chairs were a little too low, depends on how you see things), so we eventually moved to a high table. The food shortly came out after this. The lemon pepper, which is a dry rub, was too lemon-y and salty for me. The garlic parm was delicious. My favorite was the Saigon Street. It was kind of like a fish sauce taste with a kick of spice and honey. The seasoned fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The bleu cheese was fresh and cold, which I enjoyed. The veggie sticks were crunchy and cut into decent sizes. The workers here checked up on us regularly and they were always busy doing something, which I appreciate when I am dining at a restaurant. Came in here last night to give the food a try and was super pleased with everything! We got a variety of wings to try but my favorite is the classic buffalo and lemon pepper. Always hits the spot. The garlic fries, seasoned fries and garlic noodles were also amazinggg! It's a newer spot so it's clean, spacious and awesome! Food was fast, service was great and I will definitely be back for wings. I do prefer this over your standard wing stop and bww. BWW has the most ridiculous service and wing stop is horrible too! Also their wings are inconsistent with taste. I really hope this place will hit the spot each and every time so I can be a repeat happy customer... Love the wings here! My go to are the Thai chili and bbq with a side of mango habanero dip. Although the flavor is great, pricing is a bit expedience (an extra side of mango habanero is $1.50!) The only reason I give this spot a 3 is due to the lack of cleanliness and long wait times. This place is a good spot to get your wing craving and your hot chicken sandwich filled. They do not mess around with spice!! If you ever been to Howlin' Rays then you probably have a standard set high and this place is definitely is a good compromise when you're feeling the craving I don't wanna wait for hours. Out of 10 wings I only had one decent wing. Fries were okay. Nothing really to say or review. But gave the 1 on the North end a try, it was a great choice. The service was much quicker, the wings are bigger & it was hot! Food is sometimes not as hot as it should be @ the Rancho location. I think its due to the influx of orders, oddly enough. In a college area it wasn't as crowded as i thought it'd be. Wings are flavorful, never dry or over cooked. This spot is has really good service and even better wings. Although the price is quite hefty, they had honestly the best wings I have ever had. Only complaints are that the lemon pepper wings were too salty and the regular fries were not tasty at all. If you pick the right combinations of flavors this spot can really live up to the 5 star, but if you go with the worst things on the menu, you won't really be enjoying your meal. We ordered every flavor of boneless wing. Out of all of them my favorite was the Louisiana and Parmesan rub. They were prepared very fast for the amount that we ordered. They're definitely not the best wings I've had, but they are decent and priced well. We also got the Parmesan fries and they were really good. I came here with my family for the first time this past weekend . The inside seemed unorganized and messy. When we were trying to find a table there was only a small one and a medium size table and we asked the waitress if they can be put together and she said yes and walked away . She didn't come back to move the tables so me and my husband moved them . The food didn't take long and when the wings we ordered came out they were hot and looked delicious . We also ordered garlic fries and they where very cold. It seems that whatever toppings they put on the fries must be cold and it is too much and it makes the fries cold. I went to let another waitress know and she apologized and made me new fries but they were just warm and had too much of the toppings . Wings are decent, lots of flavors to choose from however some of the flavors are just too salty (Jamaican jerk). The garlic Parmesan wings has cheese on the top that is not melted so it just falls off. The two biggest disappointments have been the garlic noodles and zucchini sticks, both taste pretty bad. The wings here are horrible. They have soggy skin and are way over seasoned. All you taste is the over abundance of salt in the dry rubs. The super fire hot chicken sandwich was so awful it wasn't even half finished before it was thrown away. It was NOT HOT at all and in fact the sauce was disgusting. I wish places wouldn't call something Hot/Spicy if there is no heat to it. The fries are basic freezer bagged fries. The seasoned fries were not really seasoned "Cajun" like was told to us. The servers were nice enough, but seemed like they don't want to be there and they do not try to sell you on their food. They don't tell you about the flavors or any recommendations. They basically just ask what you want. The server who brought our food to us looked so depressed, I cried for her. She basically dragged her feet coming and going and just sat our food down without saying anything. They play music so loud that you can barely hear who your with talk.
