Fire wings review: had the BBQ , Mild and teriyaki sauce flats only. Chicken alone is good the wings have plenty of meat on it not dry pretty big size haven't had one of those baby wings in there. Not overcooked where it's crispy just right. Sauces are really good too BBQ could be slightly better but still really good mild is pretty spicy but then again I'm a bitch for spicy but it's really good probably my favorite from the 3. Great little place near Cal State San Bernardino to get really great wings! They are so meaty and so good too. The Peking, garlic Parmesan rub, and Thai are my personal favorites. My only complaint would be that they rarely answer the phone, so sometimes it appears they are not open. So I've had to call sometimes 5 or 6 times before I can get them to answer. To add insult to injury Lakisha refused to give us the wings that she shorted us and said I will just give you two and proceeded to serve us the two smallest wings she could find. As usual such good wings! I hadn't been to this location until my first visit (obviously), but what I mean by that is that I have been to the one at haven city in Rancho. Anyways, their wings never disappoint. I ordered 3 different flavors of their boneless wings to bring with me to a girls brunch and they were a hit. I ordered the BBQ, mango habanero and Thai chili...all of which were a big hit. I ordered extra ranch and didn't even need it because the wings are that good. Wow met a friend here for my 1st time, so they ordered 20 wings and a order of 5 off menu wings which she's been talking about forever. I went to Fire Wings (San Bernardino, CA) for the first time on Wednesday, November 6th. It was so good that I had to go again on Friday, November 8th. The service and wings were great. The employees have great customer service skills, common sense, efficiency, and thoughtfulness. The wings were perfectly cooked (crispy, high meat to low breading ratio, and reasonably tossed in sauce). The boneless wings have been likened to Wingstop by other reviewers, but (in my opinion) they're better. My perfect boneless wing is on the meatier side with a thin outer layer of breading. I dislike wings that are overly breaded and skimpy with chicken. Fire Wings has wings that are more like the former. The meat to breading ratio is top-notch! The buffalo sauce tasted like any standard buffalo sauce that you would expect anywhere. That's not a bad thing in my opinion. If you order buffalo wings, you expect a familiar buffalo flavor (tolerable spiciness). The restaurant ambience is nice as well! The dining area is kept tidy and clean. There is beer on tap, a Pepsi Co. drink touchscreen dispenser, and plenty of seating and TV screens for the big MMA/UFC fight or NFL/NBA game. I'm normally not a big chicken wings fan but the flavors here are unique compared to what I'm used to. Try their Saigon Street and Peanut Butter because they were my personal faves! I drove about 40 minutes to get to this location, once I got my food I left and headed straight back towards home. Once I got on the freeway we tried eating our food, took a bite and the chicken was cold inside(not just a little cold it wasn't edible) I called and spoke to the manager, she told me that she cooked them and that she had dipped the chicken in cold sauce that's why it's cold. First of all the inside should still be hot on the flavor that was dipped, secondly lemon pepper isn't a sauce so why was that cold? She told me I could come back in and have them refried, which I didn't have time for(since I was stuck in traffic on the freeway), then offered me a $10 credit on my next visit. I accepted the $10 credit but I feel very ripped off, the meal cost nearly $25 and I couldn't eat it at all. We shared 60 wings family style with 6 different flavors (dragon, Korean kick, lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, mango habanero, and salt & pepper). We also ordered the garlic noodles, garlic fries, and seasoned fries. They were all good but the Louisiana rub and dragon were my personal favorite!
